I don't think I would go back to the store. The staff was very friendly but compared to other Joann's stores I've been to in other states this one doesn't seem well cared for as if it's in need of some dire updates or TLC. The lighting is dim and a lot of shelves were empty. The dim lighting kind of made it seem uncleanly and it very small there's only one way to come out a lot of aisles if a person is already there. I would recommend going to hobby lobby instead.

Very kind staff, educated on the products and quick to help. Great place to socialize a young puppy, always remember to call first unless your dog/mini horse is a legitimate service animal under the ADA.

This is truly a one-stop shopping store. A very large inventory of all things sewing. Like Crafts? They have that covered. Plus, the staff are friendly and ready to help or make suggestions 🤔. Very knowledgeable!

They have lots of great stuff, but there are some down sides that make this not my favorite place to go for crafting supplies. It's always really busy, and so hard to get help or check out in a timely manner. Also, often the employees don't seem all that interested in assisting you, and if they are willing to help, they don't always know much about what they're talking about. That said, they have a great selection!

I like this store. Cashiers (not the fabric workers, they can get snotty) are always upbeat & kind, actually seem to like their job and people. The store is well stocked & clean. Prices could b cheaper but using digital coupons does help.

The staff is incredibly friendly. On my last visit the cashier helped me save over $25 on an order that was over $100, and let me know how to save more on future visits. On previous visits employees helped answer all the questions that I had.

I almost always find what I need at this store. The workers are helpful and know what they're talking about. I was there yesterday and Becky answered all my questions about a project I'm in the middle of; she gave me step-by-step help.

Super helpful employees and always knowledgeable. The lady who cut my fabric was great at helping me figure out how much I needed with out trying to get me to buy more than needed. Good selection of christmas fabric in cotton and flannel. Not a good selection of christmas fleece though.Sadly the app was not working while in store. Therefore I could not use a coupon, that was only available in store. The employees where great at helping me figure out why. However their hands are tied and nothing they could do to help. I was just SOL. I think that is the most frustrating part. That and how restricted the coupons are.

I have never seen people who work with the public be so rude and unhelpful in my life. I asked a store employee a question and she made it quite clear that I was inconveniencing her life. When I told her that I didnt know exactly what took for she got extremely nasty. I simply told her she was being rude and she replied with "well you don't have to be here". I left and will not ever be shopping in this store again until management reaches the employees better customer service and better manners. I have worked with the public most of my life and this is not how you treat people !

I have really become disenfranchised with JoAnn's. It's been awhile since I've shopped there, and the reason I stopped is because the prices of certain items have skyrocketed. For example, average size dishtowels ranged in price from $9.99 to $12.99! There's nothing special about them, not made with superior quality fabric, and the graphics unimpressive. Flower's are yet another unnecessarily expensive item, even on sale single stems range from $5 to $7 and bushes with only 5 stems average $10. JoAnn's was once a place I frequented sometimes daily and spent a good deal of money as well. Goods were a true bargain and wonderful quality, but it has certainly changed. One final observation; not nearly enough staff. One staff member to cut fabric, and ring up and assist customers.

I've been twice. The first time I went (a few days ago) I found what I needed, burlap and plain tea towels) with the help of an store employee. Very positive experience - 4 stars. The second time (2 days later) I stopped in for an additional pack of tea towels and as I browsed the store I looked up to see an employee picking their nose. Gross. I saw them and they saw me. I wandered off and eventually made my way to the register a far minutes later. The nose picker was behind the register. I put the tea towels back and left. Very gross and unfulfilling experience. 1 star at best.

I love going to the store to look around. They still had a few Halloween things to pick through and I got some cute fabric to make some pillow covers for Halloween! The girls are always sweet and helpful.

Quiet store with Polite and helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible. Prices are high even with sales. Utilization of their app and coupons sent via text and email are helpful in reducing costs.

I love this store so much. Great selection of crafting and DIY supplies. Staff is always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. If I lived in Carbondale I'd be here every week.

It didn't seem tacky at all which surprised me after reading other reviews. They had what I needed and were very nice and helpful. I don't have enough experience in shopping in fabric stores to give it a five! They seemed to have a lot of fabric from which to choose. Clean store.

They have 3 different colors of grey yarn but they don't have yellow yarn. Then when I asked the manager about it she either lied or they have the worst policy ever where she can't order new items for the store so this place was no help at all. Do yourself a favor and just use their website and get it shipped hopefully they take all these stores out of business and we just work with websites.

Every time I go there I tell myself never go back again, but I went today and was once again disappointed. Prices are high, items not available and you better be sure you have their app or print off coupons from email or you are totally screwed!
