Don’t eat here!!! I ordered from here because I grew up eating Jimmy johns it’s usually ok not the greatest but I eat it for the nostalgia. However the last time I ordered there was a long blonde hair in my CAPOCOLLO!!! Like before this place was hit or miss but now I can’t even go back I have to go all the way to marion for a sandwich.

Not sure what was going on, but it wasn't working. Except for the person making the sandwiches; that person was fine. I almost walked out. The music was so loud the person who (finally) took my order couldn't hear me (shouting) my order and I couldn't hear him.That's the first time I've had a bad experience but it was weird enough that here I am.

Not sure if it is the app or the staff, but the last 3 times I have ordered my order has been wrong. Used to love ordering Jimmy Johns and picking it up from here, but not so much anymore.

It was absolutely horrible and not edible! The lettuce and mayonnaise was very wet and runny. They used to have great service and sandwiches, but this was the worst. First of all, if you're a person that hasn't been there much or is new to the restaurant, please direct people to pick up their cup for their drink. No one ever says "don't forget your cup for your drink". I should have returned it, but I was back at work by the time I saw what a mess the sandwich was. 😔. I want a refund!

Awesome prices awesome bread and awesome sandwiches. Something that is very addictive about your subs. I have never got a bad sub yet the ingredients taste so fresh. The Italian meats are amazing it's just good and add some salt and vinegar chips even better. You guys are awesome

Welp, the last time we ate there was two years ago and had an awful experience. Thought we'd give it another shot. In general, we like Jimmy Johns. But not this one. The local owner clearly doesn't care if people eat there. Took an hour to get our food. NONE of our sandwiches were right. Called the store and they said we must have received the wrong order. They asked for the WRONG food back. In a pandemic. They wanted food we had opened and touched. K. We put it out on our porch. Forty minutes later we got our food. One of the sandwiches was still wrong. Two hours into it, they never offered to fix it again. Called and asked the manager to talk to us. No call from management ever. We live a mile from this place and eat out at least three times a week. and will never eat there again.

I'd love to leave less stars, over 2 hours to deliver food and when I called to ask about it all I got was they delivery guy was busy. I asked how much longer as I'd watched my coworkers eat the Jimmy John's they ordered ten minutes before I did and return to work. I was offered money money back, rudely, then told he'd call the driver and cancel my delivery. Then I got a call from the poor overwhelmed delivery guy that my food was delivered, and half of it was... And we got a bunch of stuff we didn't order. I can say the excuse was they were catering a swim meet. And I get they are shorthanded, as we all are, lately. All I wanted was an acknowledgment of the problem and maybe something for my delay, but they person was rude and hung up on me. My husband's lettuce was covered in rust, too. Not thrilled.

This is not the first time I’ve gotten old lettuce on my sandwich, but it will be the last. This can make people sick. Please stop serving old lettuce.

Last couple times I've ordered it has taken 2 hrs and then some to get my food delivered. I live 3 minutes away from the store. There is no excuse. You only got one driver. Okay then the manager or assistant manager needs to go out delivering too. I've done it plenty of times when I worked in delivery.

Always, always slow. Takes at least 45 minutes to an hour to get an order delivered and we are 3 minutes down the road. Not a fan of leaving bad reviews but after having this happen over 5 times, I had to say something. Please hire more people or change your slogan to "Freaky Slow."

Food is good. Seems like less meat on sandwich but could be wrong. My biggest issue is the bacon was not heated. Is this new? I have never had cold base bacon on my sandwich. I mean even Subway microwaves their bacon . If this is a new practice please warn people. Food prices are so high right now at least give us crispy bacon lol

Absolutely the rudest people on the face of the earth. Trenton (the store manager) uses profanity towards the customers and employees. I'm not sure why he is even there. He isn't customer oriented nor professional in my opinion. The wait for a sandwich to be delivered is over an hour at that point it should be free. Please if you value customer service go to subway or just make your own subs. Buy the ingredients from kroger or Wal-Mart. The food you make will be a lot better than dealing with this place.

They make the sandwiches REALLY FAST, and they have a variety of music playing all the time. The staff is very friendly and nice, and never mess up the orders. The food is delicious. The interior is nicely decorated, as all Jimmy John's have the same decor, but it is always clean. Overall, it's awesome.

An order was placed at 21:19 which wasn't received until an hour later. Jimmy John's were called about the situation, for the simple fact we had no food in out possession.we spoke to the manger he said it was delivered and the driver knocked on the door. We explained that wasn't possible due to the fact that we were in the front room waiting for our food as any normal person would when ordering out. We opened up the door to find our food sitting there, without knowing how long it was there for. We opened it sadly to see it wasn't correct needless to say it was my 1st and last time ordering from them. As they say 1st impression the best, they failed at that for me.

Quick and Delicious Lunch Spot!Great service, professional people, excellent food!Can order online through the app and pay ahead of time for time-saving grab and go orders. If you choose to just walk in, they will usually have your order ready withing 3-5 min. Staff is friendly, professional, and take their jobs seriously, venue is clean and orderly, food is delicious and accurate.Staff will go the extra mile for customization, for the picky eaters!Would definitely recommend for a quick lunch or a late night fill up!

Ordered a sandwich for delivery at 12:02PM and it was not delivered until after 2:00PM. The sandwich had sat, and was not fresh. I called, and the first time they answered, aftter trying to speak, they hung up on me. So I promptly called back, and their only response was that they were 'swamped' because students were in town. No apology or offer to correct the nasty food. I should have been refunded.

Placed order at 11:15 for delivery its now 12:25 still not sandwhich its been out for delivery now more than 20 min my office is 5 min away. Tried to do the feedback thing online it would not work . This isn't the firsts time this has happened and I try to be understanding but never again after this . This is ridiculous . Freaky Fast my a@#

Ordered a number 9 at 1030 pm. Currently it is 1157 pm and no order yet. Called when order wasn't delivered at 1115 and the person answering the phone said they only had one driver and would deliver it when they had time - the store is half a mile from where I work. At 1215 I will call again and cancel order - there definitely is nothing fast here. This is the 3rd time this has happened so this location will not be receiving any calls from me and I will definitely spread the word .

I ordered 1 sandwich and 1and 1/2 hours later I still have not got my sandwich. I had to call to find out where it was. I was told that the driver had left the store already with my order. My work is literally 5-7 mins away. This is unacceptable for a company who’s known for “freaky fast" delivery.
