Alysha did amazing with Hannibal!After his previous facility switched groomers, Hannibal was landed with a messy cut, that looked like choppy layers.Alysha was able to fit him in just a few days and made him look great!Due to the bad cut, his fur had to be cut shorter than normal to even it out, but now it is much more smooth and fluid. His fur is shaped perfectly to grow back out in his usual style!She completely understood what I asked for and was patient with his nerves! She was super friendly and went above and beyond! I could not be more pleased, and once his hair grows out back to his normal length, he will definitely be back!

i brought my teacup Pomeranians here yesterday and i give this place a 10 + . My fur babies were there for two hours. they came out so beautiful. the detair in the work was excellent. this lady takes pride in her work and it shows. The best groomer in carbondale. Made my second appointment.

Alysha is very talented and professional, her work is impeccable! Her new facility is adorable and in a great location, and she makes your dog’s experience positive so that they look forward to going back again. My standard poodle looks amazing, and we get so many compliments after her grooms! I’m so thankful to have her back in our area!

Alysha is fantastic! My mini Goldendoodle Jack HATES to be bathed and brushed. I’m not kidding…it’s like wrestling with an alligator when I try to brush him! He is also a big baby and hates to be away from us. When I took him to Alysha the very first time he was very nervous and she sat with him for a minute giving him treats and petting him with me there to make sure he was comfortable before taking him to the back. He was scared of the blow dryer and she made sure he was comfortable by having him air dry for a little bit first so that he wouldn’t have to deal with the sound of the blow dryer for long. Alysha put together a cute video for me of his first grooming and I was amazed by how calm he was. She took little breaks to let him lick her face and give him a ton of positive praise before continuing on with his grooming. She really takes her time to make sure that the dogs are happy and comfortable. Not only that, but she does an amazing job! Jack looked like the cutest little teddy bear every time he got groomed. He loved her so much! The second time I brought him to her he was so excited to see her and had no issues with going to the back with her. When we would leave the shop he had a little extra pep in his step because he knew he looked good! I wish she was still in our area. When I took Jack back to the same place to get groomed after Alysha moved, he was so confused that she wasn’t there and he didn’t want to go to the back. He really loves her and misses her! I highly recommend Alysha. She is patient, talented and a true animal lover.

My sweet Bella loves seeing her groomer every month. When I first got Bella I was so worried about who I could trust to groom her the right way. Since I found Alysha she always did a great job with her and since then I couldn’t stop going to her. I highly recommend Alysha she always gets the job done. I took my shy little Havanese who has never been any where except to the vet to Alysha. She was able to calm her and give her a wonderful first grooming experience. We have new appointments scheduled. She also does wonders with my 12 year old Miniature Poodle.

My dog has been everywhere for a groom, and always came back very nervous and anxious--even if the groom was half-way decent. With Groomed & Gorgeous, she not only looks amazing but she is calm and happy. Also, Alysha pays such attention to detail on the important things necessary for good health of a non-shedding dog--like ears, paws, and the unmentionable bits. Hands down, this is the best groom a dog can get in the 618!

Our elder Pomeranian got the best grooming she’s ever had! (And I’ve been to four other groomers in her lifetime!) No one could get it right but she’s definitely going to be going back to Groomed and Gorgeous! Alysha is absolutely the best! Not only is she a wonderful groomer but she herself is an amazing, honest, person. She whole-heartedly loves all animals, a true animal whisperer. I have fallen in love with a breed type that requieres a lot of regular grooming maintenance and Alysha is the best of the best. I’ve tried many other groomers and Alysha gives the best doggie cuts and blowouts. My fur baby loves Alysha and is always happy to see her. I’m so excited to have her back in Carbondale!
