Called and asked about their special, was politely put on hold for 10 minutes and then the call ended. Called back, and realized the guy hung up and ignored my number 3 times because they don't know how to answer a question unless it's going to be the answer the customer wanted. Called off of my girlfriends phone and he promptly answered and laughed at me when I called him out for it. Whatever dude it was has no business dealing with the public.

4/1/24 (morning) Today the employees tried to sell my elderly mother a $100 listed flower product for $135 after taxes, a 20% senior discount, and $10 off from points. They refused to explain why the price was so high and poor shamed her instead of admitting and explaining their mistake (despite her asking to go over the math with them). She came home without the medicine she needs to manage her illness because of how poorly their manager on duty treated her and 'handled' the situation.

Usually a very good experience. I requested a couple things on the way the bag was packaged like stapled etc etc. The guy said you could say please. If I have to repeat myself more than once I don't say please, thank you. I will go to Marion next time or thrive in Harrisburg. Have a good day. Updated information, got home and lo and behold no receipt in the bag.

Usually it's a great experience. The lady today was very hateful and worse attitude I've experienced. Maybe she was having a bad day idk. They gave her the wrong item and once I told her thats not what I ordered she got hateful. She didn't show me the other item until I asked if it was in there. No thank you, no have a good day, nothing it was just "here". I always tip the bud tenders but not today. If she don't want to be there then leave.

I go to Consume Carbondale for all my cannabis needs as it is; but today when my car died in the parking lot, one of the budtenders came out and helped jump my car. I cannot emphasize enough: 5 star service.
