I don't go in stores. Call it anxiety, a phobia, yet another gift my PTSD gives me. In any case, I always do pick up orders from here and they go above and beyond to make my trip worthwhile. The associates are friendly and the few times something has gone wrong with an order, they've IMMEDIATELY taken care of it. Absolutely recommended.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They're almost over staffed. That being said it seems like nothing is ever done the aisles are always full of products still on the skids they came in on. None of the aisles are wide enough for two carts to pass each other. Would think the main isles at least stock put away and cleared. Never has to be a fire hazard. Always a cluttered mess hard to navigate with a constant barrage of apologies. For swapping paint, rubbing fenders, drafting, putting each other in the wall, running over your heels and just not being able to get out of the way. Because one of the employees has decided to do top shelf stock count on a set of aisle stairs in the already to narrow aisles. At the busiest time of the day. When the costumers out #staff maybe 5to1. Did I mention over staffed and nothing gets done. Add photos later today.

I've never seen a Walmart that small before. I couldn't go down the freezer or refrigerator aisle due to the abundance of employees standing around talking. I assume they were supposed to be restocking but it looked more like socializing to me.

I'm sorry but I have now incountered the same older lady and the customers service desk that repeatedly doesn't know what she is doing. She tried to tell me I couldn't return an unopened air mattress when there are 2 stickers on said mattress that says I can return unopened for 90 days after purchase. Also showed me a slip of paper that came out of her register that did say they couldn't refund opened air mattresses but clearly started they could return unopened ones. The next day she then doesn't know how to cash a check and pay a simple bill. U need people that know what they are doing clear and simple.

It's hard to not shop at Walmart but this store makes me try. The prices scan wrong half the time and the staff is short with you when you ask for help. It would not be a bad idea to open a register to accommodate the high traffic but I guess Walmart doesn't do that anymore.

If you're approved for liquor in the self-checkout lane they will deny you that purchase and take it from you and claim your drunk becouse they don't want to take responsibility of there error on there end becouse some the employees there and the boss think there royalty so they need to be fired give them awake up call your not royalty or the police who the hell do you think you are!!!

Always friendly and helpful staff. It is a small store with limited selection. The town is big enough to have a larger store since K mart is gone. Used to be very fast to get in and out with plenty of checkers. I might be seeing a trend to have you check it out yourself which is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Hope store management does not get a dictate to close down more people assisted checkouts.

Most of the time the store is a little too big for people like myself who have mobility issues. Even though I don't usually feel I need a power cart, and they are available at times, this trip was a little harder because I was in need of a cart and all were in use. That also meant that handicap parking was full. Staff was helpful and courteous but I was exhausted by the time I got my three items. I am also not a fan of the two-way parking aisles.

Not a very good place to take anything back without a receipt took a old battery back bought a new one there and they charged me core charge for lawnmower battery two days ago manager had a bad attitude about it I shop there a lot but I'm gonna take my business somewhere else besides there not a super Walmart and they don't have much out of to lazy workers to put the stuff out!!!! Great place to shop in a small town, they need to have a better stock of food. There is not much food items there and they seems to always be out of milk, even before the pandemic started. They have masks on standby in case you do not have one though it would be nice if they did not hand it to you with a pair of tongs. Store seems very clean and I absolutely love their clearance section they have.

My husband gets his med at Kmart I always get my plants there it is nice for getting my phone cards plus we get games headphones and stuff like that I like the shoes and all the clothes since we don't have a place to get nice clothes and price is good.

Have lived in canton since I was 4, have never had any issues with Walmart. They are good at helping out the community and have reasonable prices. Always check out the clearance section. The printsAre usually printed within about 3 hours. 9 cents a 6 x 4 print. Will help load things, staff are super friendly. If you're just passing through, this is a small town Walmart but it still has the essentials

I use to go to the Canton Walmart on a regular basis. I purchased a battery mid February from Walmart. After about a week or two I threw the box away. Then, a week later the battery post broke off. I took the battery back to exchange it for a new one and was refused that option. They told me they couldn't do it without the box due to no bar code. At that moment I also didn't have the receipt with me. I asked if they could look it up with my card and was told they couldn't do that in their store. So I went and purchased another battery and brought it to the service desk so they had a box to do the return. They still denied me my return. I then called Walmart corporate office who was very nice and the found my transaction within a few minutes and emailed me my receipt. I then went back to the store with my receipt and was still denied my refund. I was treated badly by the staff and the 2nd shift manager Tim. Even with my receipt he would not give me my money back. I had to call customer service once again to make a complaint. They told me they told me they would take care of it. The next morning the store manager Ryan called me and took care of the issue very quickly and gave me a full refund. I am just very disappointed with the Canton Walmart and how I was treated. I find it ridiculous it took 3 hours of discussion 4 trips and 3 phone calls just to get my 60 dollar refund.

It's nice to have a Walmart at all in our small town unfortunately it isn't a supercenter so I still have to drive 30 minutes to go to one, good for milk, eggs or other essential items but not for full grocery shopping

Found everything I needed. Went through the Christmas/Garden checkout and the cashier I got on my side was very slow. The other cashier rang 5 people out to every one of hers. She was worried about her break so luckily someone much faster stepped in to take over. I was very happy they still had cashiers unlike the Macomb, Illinois Walmart

Will not be going back anytime soon. I am so dissatisfied. I used to love Walmart but not anymore...I was there on a busy Friday and there was only one assisted checkout open. That's a terrible way to treat customers. I refuse to spend my money there and have to check myself out and bag my own groceries.. Shame on you Walmart.....

This little Wal-Mart is crying out, begging to be renovated. It is so packed and crowded with goods, one can quickly become claustrophobic while navigating the store. It is practically the only game in town - heck within 25 miles - so I would think it is a cash cow for Wal-Mart. It deserves to be expanded, modernized, given a bright interior and made a pleasant shopping experience. The staff maintains a great attitude and does their best to keep it organized.

I'm visiting Canton, IL this week and just appreciate that Walmart is nearby. I did need help to locate an item and was able to find an employee quickly. She was helpful and nice. The woman at the checkout was helpful and friendly.

Recently, several associates refused to help an elderly veteran who was stranded on one of the Walmart scooter/carts that had a dead battery. One person cited that they were on break and refused to help and others wouldn’t because they were “busy.” Another customer, fortunately, helped and advocated for the man. The customer service personnel who ended up helping did so begrudgingly. This store should face considerable consequences.
