I have nothing against the employees only the management of this store. They are Severely understaffed and when they get a rush the line at the checkout is absolutely ridiculous! You want to go to the service desk be expecting an hour plus wait for someone to actually show up there. there will be employees actually coming into the office and looking at you and just walking right out. Manager specials used to be good almost 50% off now you are buying stuff that literally is passed its expiration date with a manager special at 20% off. Go ahead and Google how crooked Kroger's is

Nothing new to share. Prices were as expected and service was good. Unlike some stores, as the length of the checkout lines increased, other associates stepped up to shorten the customer wait time. I'm satisfied with the experience.

Why change up the aisles...do we really need a full aisle of cards? Why reduce pet products? This store is a mess now. It has nothing that it had to be one stop shop...now I'm uninterested in shopping here. It's a confusing mess. Prices reflect the economy, easy to spend 100$ on few items. Cold goods are stored questionably in the backroom.

This store is fantastic. Great prices and sales. If you get the app on your phone you save even more. I also get coupons in the mail for more savings. As a loyal customer some coupons are for free items. Don't miss out on the deals.😚😊😊

I would normally have given a 4 or 5 star but something happened today that upset me. When this weeks ad came out it showed that the Boston ferns would be available. I called to make sure they were before I drove to Canton to get them. I was told by a person (not naming names) that they weren’t getting theirs this week so I asked when they might expect to get them. I was told “I’m not giving that information out because I don’t want to hold any for anyone” I then informed her that I didn’t ask for that reason I just wanted to know so I didn’t drive up needlessly.....gas is not cheap. That didn’t sway her.....so I guess I have to call everyday.😡

I was treated so poorly today by one of the younger men that work there. I was given dirty looks and then spoken to very rudely.... I ended up leaving my cart full of groceries and going to hyvee. I will never go back to the canton Kroger again. All the cashiers have always been very friendly! It was a stocker that treated my husband and I poorly.

Cashiers are always friendly and patient. I had a terrible incident with the manager of the Deli. He was vulgar and cussed at his employes calling them "stupid ass kids!" Very unprofessional. But prices are better than hyvee

Wished it was 24 hours, but better prices and a lot friendly help definitely including management than HyVee and great location plus easy to get in and out of parking lot. Just needs a gas station for the points and that area of town.

Has about anything you would want for a meal or snacking. The meat is fresh and looks great.They also have all sorts of dairy products.If you want wine,beer they have that too. Their sales are good too.

I don’t even know where to start. I was having a really rough day and decided to try and get a thing of soda here at the location in Canton IL, but my card got declined! But the guy who rang me up, Mike, he bought it for me. He truly did make my night with how kind he was. I don’t know who to go to exactly, but that man deserves a raise.

I live 10 miles west of Canton , I get home and noticed that there were items that I paid for that wasn't put in my cart. Really PISSES me off. Now I have to go back to Canton to get these things I paid for. Not the first time this has happened to me.
