They have a good selection of meats. Many traditional offerings as well as bison and elk. I went with their $75 bundle that had a little over $80 worth of beef in it. The streaks look pretty fantastic! Also offered are a wide variety of seasonings, rubs, sauces, and marinades. The next time you're planning on grilling out, stop in the locally owned butcher shop and pick up some deliciousness!!

As with most businesses in Canton, it easy to find. The staff was personable, friendly, and helpful. I was a bit surprised to find Elk meat on hand and felt compelled to at least give the Elk burger a try. I was not price shopping but I feel I did well enough. I got a roast that looks MUCH better than anything I've seen in a grocery store for a long time. My main reason for this visit was for slab (uncut) bacon for a recipe I'm working on. I am happy with my purchases and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

Great shop with a variety of meats, cheeses and lots more. Very helpful and friendly staff and top quality products. This was my first time here but I'll definitely be going back!

They were set up at Lakeview in Canton during the Spoon River Drive in October. They were serving elk and bison burgers. I had one of each and they were fabulous. If this is any indication of the rest of their services, I highly recommend you give them a try. I know I'll be trying their products again.

Great selection of fresh meats Ribeyes, T-Bones fresh pork Elk Bison they have it all prices are what to expect at a meat shop the seasoned ribeyes are amazing! Great people and a great place!

Great Place. Good selection. Staff was Very helpful and polite. They will be starting Deer processing next year 2022. That is what they told me.
