If I could give them 0 stars I would. The pharmacy department has the most incompetent staff I have dealt with in a long time. For the past 6-8 months I have continuously dealt with receiving the wrong order and/or my prescriptions not being ready when promised. I have had to take MULTIPLE trips to the store to finally receive my prescription or even be told they don’t have them. With how much giggling and gossip going on behind the counter, you would think that people’s prescription were filled correctly and on time. Whole department needs to be retrained. At this point revoke the whole staffs license. Awful

This is crazy why its so hard to pick up prescriptions. People is been waiting over an hour to pick them up I had 5 in front of me 2 already left the line very frustrate since they were waiting for so long. I called to ask for managment and they didn't put him/her online 😒 instead she ask me for my name and birthdate to speak with him/she. Her excuse they all been filling prescriptions. And if I don't like it I can return another day. I told her I'll see her soon. If you don't like your job and Learn to be more professional then it's time for you to leave. Don't give me attitude I was not rude what so ever and At the end she didn't pass management. I'll locate corporate Thank you.

checking on a script for a patient has never been such a hassle. the script was sent in 4 hours ago, on our end it says they received it but they are telling me they can not see it in their computer. They have transferred me to 3 different people and nobody has any idea what to do. now they transferred me to another person and I've been on hold for over a half hour. I would never allow for someone I care about to use this ghetto pharmacy. EDIT: I ended up on hold for 68 minutes and once it was finally my turn, I was hung up on immediately before I could even say anything.

By far the worst Walgreens for filling prescriptions. Went in the store on my lunch break at 12:30 am to see if my prescription was in stock. Nobody besides the pharmacist was in the store since it was early in the morning. Pharmacist took my prescription and ID. She asked me to have a seat. I waited 30 minutes just for her to call me back to the desk and say it wasn’t in stock. So I took my prescription back. To add insult to injury even after taking the prescription back she never removed the prescription from the computer (even though I had the physical prescription in my hand) so then I had to call the store(which is another nightmare I’m not getting into)to get the script removed from computer otherwise no other pharmacy will fill it because it’s showing as being processed. There was an extremely long line in the front of the store more than 10 people in line on one register so I tried to make a small purchase in the pharmacy just now (which there was only one customer in front of me ) and got denied my purchase.The lady already seemed to have an attitude, I tried to smile until she denied my purchase she tried to make me buy something behind the counter before she could help me, and I almost did that then I thought about it changed my mind and left. I don't know what your policy is at this location but never have I ever been denied a purchase unless I was buying something behind the counter in the pharmacy in any Walgreens.I understand common sense ain't too common these days but you would think that your fellow co-workers would try to help you out when there's an overwhelming amount of customers in certain departments being short staffed.

They need to fire the WHOLE STAFF and start over with people who actually come to work to do their job! They got 20 teenagers with nasty attitudes and no hair acting like the customers are in a soup line begging! It’s Walgreens policy to call “IC3” when there are more than 3 customers. It is about 15 ppl maybe more in the line right now with several workers walking past texting, cracking jokes and not helping! And please don’t get me started on the pharmacist, I’m convinced they got they license from the cereal box

The wait times at the pharmacy are ridiculous and the drive thru is never everrrr open. Need to hire more staff and treat the employees better.There is no reason why the cashier is by themselves and pressed the help button multiple times with no one coming to relieve them. Insane

I have been on hold waiting to speak with someone for over 20 minutes no one is answering call music plays then phone rings the hangs up and its 11:21 pm. This is shameful these people are getting paid to be incompetent.

The pharmacist on duty was very kind & helped me get my medicine even though the pharmacy drive thru was closed!! I was having a very bad spasm attack in my right arm,& I couldn't use my cane to come into the store!!!,GOD BLESS HER!!🙏💖

This morning i had to run and get the ingredients for homemade slime for my son school project… (yes last min because that is just how my kid is ..lol) and when I went in at 6am looking for what I need, Anthony personally took me to find the particular items i was looking for. To me that was awesome customer service. Thank you Anthony! Keep up the good work!

Two hours and fifteen minutes on the phone waiting for The pharmacist when they picked up, they just hung the phone up. Every time I come here for prescriptions, it's always a bad experience. This is the last time.I will drive 15 minutes out of my way. So I won't have to come here ever again.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The line is so long and extends all the way down the baby isle. There is 8-10 people working in the back of pharmacy with only one person to help the customers. While the others try not to make eye contact with the huge line of people waiting. Sad. Waited in line over 1.5 hrs here.

This Pharmacy location is straight dumpster juice with trash customer service.I've been trying to order my medicine for 2 weeks. I work overnight and can't call during rhe daytime.You can't get in touch with anyone daytime nor nighttime because the pharmacy purposely don't answer the phone. All should be fired and replaced immediately.Youll have a better chance going to the CVS across the street or Walmart. They're not organized and don't care about their customers. Don't waste your time on this trash pharmacy.

Waited over 24 hours for a prescription refill, still says “pending pharmacist review,” haven’t filled, IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the phone. And don’t call the main store and ask a question about the pharmacy! They won’t let you get the question out of your mouth and they’ll just transfer you back to the pharmacy to sit on hold and no one ever answers the phone! Ever!

Worst Walgreens ever! Lines always long, there is always 1 cashier but a million other associates roaming the store doing nothing while the line is almost out the door. PHARMACY IS TRASH‼️ the pharmacy techs are very rude very disrespectful very inconsiderate and handle medication like it’s a second priority. pharmacy is very unorganized ran my medication through someone else insurance. Pharmacy tech will hang up on you if you’re correcting them or asking too many questions. No one in pharmacy will give you the pharmacy manager name because according to them “It’s to hard to pronounce”. Suck a joke and I will travel to the nice areas to get my medication going forward

Made an appointment for a tetanus shot 4 hours before having to arrive. Got there early, waited in line for 45 MINUTES, only to be told they don’t have it in stock- even tho I received multiple texts reminding me of my appointment & to arrive early. When they informed me of this they said “we can order it & it’ll get here within a few days” Yeah well…the tetanus vaccine only works within 24-48 hours of initial exposure and a positive diagnosis is incurable & almost surely fatal. I cut my arm on some rusty steel about 18 hours ago so RIP to me I guess. THANKS WALGREENS! What a mf JOKE.

I believe the pharmacist that helped me was Sonya L. Thank you for urgently filling my sons medicine at 1am. Sonya transferred the script for me from another store and had it ready within 20 minutes. If you only know what you have done by making my first time visit to your store stress free, convenient and a kind environment. It isn’t always easy for me to get my sons medications, so thank you for making tonight so much easier for me to be able to do that.

every single time i am here i’m waiting 30 minutes to get my prescription no matter how many people are in line. sometimes there’s 10 ppl in front of me others there’s only 3 and it still takes 30 minutes somehow. this place seems terrible unorganized because i called ahead of time to double check my prescription was ready and it took them 10-15 minutes to find it.

Very slow and unprepared to handle customers in the store, drive threw is never in operation, only one cashier at the pharmacy counter with 15-20 people waiting in line, this is truly unacceptable!!! Management doesn’t even address the issue when customers complain, they just turn around and walk away like no one has even spoken to them and then never return!!!

Pharmacy reps are very rude. They have no sense of customer service skills. I literally watched a rep take care of a customer in front of me and she never even looked at the lady she was helping. She even openly said how she was calling in the next day to one of her coworkers.

They are horrible!! They never answer the phone at the pharmacy to help you! I’ve been on on hold numerous times after repeat calling for 30 min or more! If they weren’t the only 24 hour pharmacy I would MOST DEFINITELY go elsewhere! HORRIBLE!!

Everytime I come to the pharmacy the line is long with 10 to 15 customers waiting. I waited at least 30 to 45 minutes. No one was working the front counters. When I finally get to the counter. The employee told me to wait he would be right back and left the store. After me complaining to anyone that would listen. Another employee came and told me he clocked out. This was the worst experience I've ever encountered .

Not sure if they are under new management, but the last few times I have been in there, things have improved tremendously. I have also noticed new people. The old, rude, ghetto, and non-customer service oriented staff seems to be gone. I hope they continue with this trend. We'll update this review in a few months.Update: As promised, I updated my review to say the improvements I thought I saw the last few times didn’t last. Still Worse Walgreens Ever! Went in there today to pick up an order (mind you it was supposed to be a curbside pickup). The employee acted as if I was disturbing her for asking for my order. That’s it! Won’t be using this Walgreens ever again!
