I am a pretty regular shopper and usually have good service at the Bushnell location. The past few times I've been in to the store have been iffy, but today I was very disappointed. There were two employees working when I was there, one of them being the guy I liked the most. He is pleasant and always prompt to the register, always looking to help. The other guy I had never seen before. He looked like a slob, and I walked past him to go to the checkout counter and he looked right at me and walked away. I then waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to check me out. I was the only one there so its not like there was a line and the guy knew I was there because he walked past me and looked at me multiple times. Finally the other man comes running from the back to check me out and apologized over and over and said he had no idea I was there. I told him it was alright, but the other man working knew I was there waiting and he was one aisle over and could have helped. Again I am very disappointed, and I am afraid I will have to take my business elsewhere from now on.

This place is ridiculous!!! Every time I go into the store in bushnell it's a mess, whether it's the stock carts in the way or items just thrown on the shelves. Half the time you can't find what you want. Why do they not put stock away when they are closed so it's not in the customers way? What's up with their color coded shapes? I don't think I'll be shopping here any more! Or at least won't be going any time soon! Get your act together!!!!

I am Marilyn. The store in Bushnell Illinois 61422 is a total mess. You can’t walk through the the store with out running into boxes, carts and trash every where. You can’t see the merchandise with the large carts in the way They never have things put up on the shelves Bushnell is a small town. We really need a nice store.

The Bushnell store needs some serious improvements. Nothing ever put away. Don't even think about using shopping cart cause you can't get down aisles with one. Piss poor management.

The staff at this store is rude. They ignore customers that are waiting in line, then they don't even greet them or speak to them when they finally show up to check them out. I've gone through whole transactions without one word being exchanged. Not a very warm, welcoming place to shop.

I'm quite happy we have a DolGen in Bushnell. Before they opened, you had to drive to Macomb to get most things besides groceries. It's a great convenience to have basic cleaning, pet, household, and over-the-counter medication available every day in town. I've never had a real problem here - the only negative thing I can really say is that sometimes they have unstocked product blocking the aisles.

The aisles are always crammed with large carts of merchandise that need to be put on the shelves. Some aisles you cant even get through. It just has a dirty look to it. The only reason i go there is because it is the only store within 15 miles of where I live.

I go to the Bushnell store often.... The isles are always crowded with the big carts of new items...... need more help... And get a new AC unit..so hot in the store I had to leave.....

Went there this afternoon. Only saw one person working. When I checked out she was on the phone talking the entire time, only stopped talking to tell me and the 2 people ahead of me our totals. Extremely un professional very disappointed. Will not go back.

Love the Macomb store, hate the Bushnell store! Always stuff in the isles blocking your path, carts and storage carts parked in front of products that you need.

The Isles are packed full and can't hardly walk through them. Could not even get through one cuz it was full of carts with product.
