Went to emergency care and had to wait 2 hours for a UTI culture and antibiotic prescription. I confirmed it was sent to Walgreens by going in person. Pharma told me when it would be ready, and it was ready exactly when they said! Only took an hour. Considering how busy it was, this was great service for a same day RX. I regularly pick up my RX. Text and app alerts tell me when it's too soon to fill because of insurance. Auto refill alerts me when there's no more available and will contact my Dr automatically if they have too. I am on 5 different prescriptions and staff synced everything so they can all be picked up same week for me. Went the extra mile. Express pay pickup at drive through is always quick.

This pharmacy is a disaster. They call me to pick up my prescription and when I get there they say it will take another hour and when I go back there after TWO days to pick it up they tell me it is still not ready. Prior to that I picked antibiotic prescription for my daughter they gave me the powder without mixing it in water although the dosage said 5 ml and when I went back to get this fixed they gave me a dosage that did not last the full course and when I went back again to ask they said some of the water may have spilled during mixing. Like how many times does one give them a pass before deciding to write a review. How can a place be managed so poorly when that is your core job?

Absolute trash of a location. It shows the disarray of the corporation. Store should be closed in order to stop making people suffer with their incompetence.

The pharmacy drive-up is poorly managed with kids who don’t know what they’re doing. We have better things to do than waiting in line forever and told to come back only to have it still not ready. This is not the first time.

Why I hate this place? They are selling expired formula! Apparently the employees are not required to check what is on the shelves! If my baby didn't vomit tonight I cannot even notice those formula I bought today has been expired for 3 months! I mean 3 months not 3 days! OMG it is for a newborn baby!!! I don't remember that I have the responsibility to check the date but I will definitely do that every single time in the future!Thanks for the lessons walgreens.

The customer service in this drug store is definitely great. The staff were really friendly when I bought something from the pharmacy. He is so nice and, at the same time, knowledgeable. I do not know much about the prescription as I was just told to buy it and I was glad that the staff were nice and knowledgeable, who also explained everything about it to me. The store was also very clean and organized when I went in there. I do not go here mostly, but I think I would go more because, aside from the pharmacy, they also have a nice selection of products like milk and other daily essentials, which also have a variety of options. The prices are also the same as the prices in the grocery store. Prices are really fair and reasonable. The store is also not crowded, and I really think that it would be the best store to buy a few things that are available inside. It is definitely convenient. I went here only for the prescription, but I left the store with a lot of other stuff, and it was really nice. Checkout is also very quick since there are only a few people inside. Overall, this is really a nice drug store. They have a great selection of products. The store is clean and organized, and they also have a spacious parking lot.

Krushil Patel, Pharmacist and Yalisa, Pharmacy Technician are the Superstars who helped me 09/01/23.I spoke with Mr. Patel a couple times and between us we called 12 different Walgreen's within 30 miles to try to find this medicine without dye in it. He tried everything he possibly could and found it--in Park Ridge! Krushil was unbelievably kind and concerned.I called Yalisa several times to see if my Doctor had sent an escript yet due to a shortage of medication at my usual Walgreens and she was friendly and helpful each time, as there was a mix-up at my doctor's office.I can't remember the last time I received such genuine concern and help.

This review is for their COVID rapid test results, not for the store. I scheduled a drive through rapid test on Oct. 31. The results were supposed to be sent to my registered email within 2 to 4 hours. I just got it. 18 days after my scheduled test. I think they should change the rapid test to snail test. If the results walked from the lab it would have reached sooner. This is my second time. First time I scheduled one on Sep 15 and the results came by Oct 9. Pharmacist has no idea that their servers are slow. They shouldn't be called rapid nor computers. I think Walgreen should stop rapid tests and provide only regular tests which may be a month late. Atleast it's not misleading. The covid tests that you see by the side of strip malls send your results quicker. With a huge IT and servers infrastructure Walgreens can do much better.

Not sure why this place is rated so low - seems like people are misappropriating anger with their insurance companies or something.It's a clean Walgreens with friendly, attentive staff. The store is clean, the shelves are stocked, the lines move quickly. If you want a better prescription pickup experience I suggest not going at 5pm on a weekday or there will probably be a line? Seems like common sense to me.Worst thing about the store is getting into and out of the lot, made worse by recent construction. You can no longer take a left onto Aptakisic from the lot - only a right - but that doesn't seem to stop people from taking a right, slamming on their brakes and using both lanes to do an illegal u-turn to go left on Aptakisic. Has happened in front of me twice now in the last month here.

I don’t know what has changed with their communications in regards to receiving their scripts from doctors, but it SUCKS. Three members of my immediate family have had delays receiving our medication bc of this. Three DIFFERENT doctors/practices, and Walgreens takes no accountability and blames the doctors office. Umm no, my pediatrician didn’t magically send over a prescription at 7:30. The office closes at 5.

worst pharmacy ever. the doctors office called in a prescription got the pharmacist’s name that they spoke to, & that pharmacy is still trying to tell me they never called in the prescription. I was in the office & heard the nurse call in the prescription. I know everything is busy and short staffed but you shouldn’t lie to people who need prescriptions.

Just your regular run-of-the-mill Walgreens. Store was easy to navigate and service was fast and efficient. I was in a rush, and my shopping trip was a quick in-and-out to get what I needed and go. Wouldn't hesitate to come in again if I was in a rush.

I like shopping at this place. It is good, clean Walgreen's with awesome customer service. It doesn't have 24 hour pharmacy. On downside, taking turn to South Thompson Blvd is not possible.

I paid for medicine on their app and they charged my credit card. When I went to pick up the medicine they tried to charge me twice. They are scammers so don’t shop here. Take your business elsewhere.
