Appointments don't mean anything here, pet just enters a queue with many other dogs in crates, and it took 4 hours for the "appointment" to be done.Very rude customer interaction as well, giving an incorrect pick up time, and being berated for showing up at the time they gave. An hour later, a botched haircut much shorter than requested was all we got after a 4 hour long appointment.

I called and she said she can take me in at 12:00. She took Paprika and told me it would be no more than 1.5 hours. A little after 1:00 we picked her up and our puppy looked great! We will definitely come again!

The owner kicked me out of the store because she wasn’t done but I dropped my dog off at 10am and they she would be ready at 1:15 I got there at 1:20pm and she yelled at me telling me that dogs hair cut could not be done in 2 hrs also I wanted my dogs hair long because the cold and she cut it really short she needs to be more professional

We have worked with Victoria, the new owner, at previous grooming shops for several years and happily followed her to the new location! She's the best! Our shiba inu mix was a rescue and takes some time to build trust and warm up to people. Victoria has been patient with him and he is very comfortable in the shop. I trust that our pup is in experienced and loving hands when he is getting groomed. Every time he comes home, he is extra clean and adorable and smells great for days! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

All Pets is NEW and very much IMPROVED!!I can’t say enough good things about the new ownership. I have used Victoria as groomer for about 25 years now (and followed her to two other shops). I’ve driven a half hour or more and it’s worth it!! I’m thrilled that she finally has her own shop and can run it her way… putting the pups’ needs and their owners’ needs first and foremost. She uses only the best products (shampoos, etc.) and takes the time to make sure that every pup feels beautiful and special. She pays attention!!Besides that, she is a phenomenal groomer and I’ve recommended her many times and only heard fantastic feedback regarding how fabulous she is at styling.Also, she only hires groomers that she trusts will do a great job as well :)As you can see, I can’t say enough good things. You won’t be disappointed 🐾💕

They do a great job here!! So much better than the prior owners. My dog is nervous to go to the groomer and Viktoria is super nice to him and makes him feel comfortable. Plus they have reasonable prices and do a great job!!

I have a little bit of a mixed review. I had scheduled a shaved with a little lion patch in the front and tail.I'll start with this, the owner is rude.!!! There was one groomer (who was very nice) told me I have to hold my cat while they trim him. I did that and also held him while she gave him a bath. I had to leave the cat while they put him in cage an let a standing blow dryer dry him. The groomer said she will brush him when I return.When I came back to pick him up I was told they didn't have to brush the cat since he had a trim(trim is 80 , shower and brush is an extra 10). The owner than stated he already brushed!?. At this point the owner said she will brush him, which lasted less then a minute , I came home and brushed him for 5 minutes and so much hair was left over!I would not recommend this place got cat owner!

This place has always done a great job of grooming my dog, making him look adorable, and making him feel comfortable. My dog didn’t enjoy other grooming places, but always loved this one, especially when the owner did his haircut and trimmed his nails. The employees are super accommodating and want to do anything to make your pet as comfortable as possible. My dog struggled with separation anxiety so they let me come + stay with him while he got trimmed. Highly recommend this place

All I can say highly recommend All pets INC 👍 can’t stop looking at my dog that’s how cute he looks after grooming, couldn’t be any happier. Victoria is the best she did wonderful job!

The previous review sounds like it was written by someone drunk. I have taken my Airedale here for haircuts for 5 years. They are less expensive than the "petsmarts" and do a great job with a specific breed cut. They are very nice to the dogs and are very gentle (my dog did not have a problem going in there). Just got a new puppy who is going to be going there as well for cuts. Great place!

They always accommodate taking my dog in over the weekend and do a wonderful job! Very fair prices. I have a German sherpard mix and they do a great job every time! They even helped in a a couple emergency situations when my dog got skunked and they knew exactly what to do! They know how to handle him well and all got to know him, so I know he’s in good hands when I drop him off :) thank you ladies!!

The worst grooming in the world. I left my dog at 8:30 am. After 5 hours they told me that they JUST WASHED him and that’s it?!?? The worst customer service. They were rude with me and didn’t want to give me my dog until I pay. They didn’t even ask me about any documents for my pet. And, FINALLY for all this they charged me $40!!!! Never go to this place again

We are extremely impressed and grateful to All Pets Design for bathing our cat. Our cat was a bit of a handful, but she took it like a champ and got him taken care of. She was very compassionate with our cat and it was good to know he was in such good hands. Thank you!!

Twice has lost appointments and has told me to come back. Shes also rude about it. She cant manage a schedule I don't recommend trusting your dog with her.

We made an appointment for 8:30, showed up on time and the lady plain and simple in a very rude way said she didn’t have the time. They asked us to bring our pet later but it’s no way we will leave our pet there. Horrible customer service

Worst grooming experience ever. The people practically spoke english and did not understand anything that i was asking or saying. I was trying to explain that my dog has a collapsing trachea and can't have anything that puts pressure around his neck and she said no have to have around neck.... needless to say i asked for my dog back and left. If you don't speak english yourself at least hire someone as a front desk staff who does and can translate for you....

I have a hyperactive giant schnauzer and it's difficult to keep him still for long. Never less, his haircuts always look good and he always enjoys going there. Definitely recommend this place

This place has gone down the tubes. Took my cat in for grooming, and come to find out they had cut the cat and covered it up by trying to close the wound with glue. Very disappointed. Not an honest place. BE WARE!
