I moved from Aurora last month and it was time to buy my pets food and I couldn't find it anywhere. I didn't want to drive back to Aurora so someone told me about The Urban Mutt. I called right away and found that they do carry our brand of food, FROMM. The lady was super nice and gave me all the flavors and prices before I drove to the store. I took my dog along for the drive and was so happy I did upon arriving at the super nostalgic shop. I took his photo in the outside photo prop before going into the store. I loved it! I go the food I needed for a fair price and of course we got a little peanut butter paw cup treat. I have now found my new store for pet food.

Xavier was the most helpful person I could ever ask for. In the recent winter freeze I realized my dog needed snow shoes, after going to MULTIPLE stores I called this location. Not only did he tell me that they had them in stock but also told me how to measure my dogs feet for the right sizing and explain everything to me so well. Genuinely so thankful for urban mutt and their employees!

I love the fact they have such a variety! Not all the usual things, adorable, unique treats! The staff is always so wonderful! I believe this is our dog's favorite place to visit! Reminds me of an old-fashioned candy store except it's for pets!

I was looking for a pet store that carries the brand Fromm cat and dog food. The only place I could find in the area was Urban Mutt. I absolutely love the location and nostalgia of the store. It's on a corner in the middle of a neighborhood and has the cutest picture taking stand outside to take photos of your pet. Pets are allowed in the store. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I always receive a free sample with my purchase. If there is something you are looking for and they don't have they can order the item for you. Overall, I love that I found this store and will continue to shop here for my pets needs.

My sister brought gifts to our 2 new rescue dogs from here so we wanted to stop by to check the store out. We picked up a couple of chew toys, some canned food and a new leash and were impressed with the quality and prices. We'll definitely be back.

Walked in today and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Love the new location. Went in and looked around and they have a nice selection of dog food, doggy treats and all kinds of accessories.Was offered to join the rewards program. I purchased some treats for my dog and he absolutely loved them. Definitely coming back! Can't wait to see the business grow. 🐶

Great place to find that perfect toy or special treat , I think my dog thought he was walking into doggie heaven with all the wonder smells and squeak toys everywhere. Great knowledgeable person at the checkout counter. Your pet will want to go back all the time. Nice store in the HOLLYWOOD section of Brookfield, your pet will be happy you went here.

I heard about the Urban Mutt through a family friend and absolutely recommend this location. The staff is extremely friendly and Victoria put together a bag for each of our dogs to fit their needs. Having two senior dogs and a new puppy, they labeled and included descriptions of what was in each one. While it is not the closest for me, I will continue to make the trip for my fur babies!

I love this place. I recently went in to switch put my dogs food. She was not impressed with the current kibble I mixed in with her Stella and chewy dried meats. She is over 1 year in age. I let him know she wasn't into chicken flavors. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgable and kind. He opened about 4 samples before we found one she liked.I love the ease of getting to their location. Parking is easy and it is a great neighborhood to walk your dog. I also love checking out everyone's gardens, it's lovely.Also, I am sorry Zizzy peed on your front door mat. I will be back in a couple weeks.

They had a good variety and the sales person was nice and helpful. I went there to get treats for my dogs birthday. I got a cake, hat, and bandana. I found raw beef bones which was a plus. The dogs loved the cake!! I will be back! If you have a dog, urban mutt is worth the trip!

Initially, being new to the area, we were drawn bc they sold Fromms dog food. After seeing their great treat, toy and misc. items- we have been back several times! They also have a great point system; I feel like i am always getting $$ off. Customer service is always top notch too.

I seriously can not say enough good things about this store! I have an elderly lab and a border collie who thinks he is a puppy & the girl working there blew me away by how much she knew when it came to food! She switched us to a grain free diet that is actually affordable that has been working wonders for my babies and we couldnt be happier! On top of that the rewards program rocks! We go through a lot of food & I feel like nearly every other time I go in there I have $7.50 off of another purchase! Its great! If you are looking for a place that actually cares about your pets and their customers, this is definitely the place to come! She even remembered my dogs names ♡♡

I love our neighborhood Urban mutt. They are very friendly. It is also nice when you purchase something it goes towards dollar saving Rewards for your next purchase. It is so nice when you get $7 off of your purchase every now and then.

Great local pet store. Our dog was so excited to come here for his “birthday.” I agree with the other reviews that the rewards program really rewards you (vs. Petco where you give them your number every time but never seem to benefit from it)
