Worst pharmacy experience ever. Fat lady at the front desk got an attitude with me simply for asking if my careington discount card worked here. Fast forward a few years later and i need a refill on my prescription, ive been waiting almost 2 weeks with no update. Today i call the pharmacy, someone answers and says they will talk with me shortly. Has me wait on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up on me. If this place closed down no one would miss it

The person who must sit while ringing you up was really out of line by not going out of her way a little bit while i was trying to resolve a 6.00 issue. I wouldnt waste my time on this but your branch/ business will lose a few hundred a month from this ol boy. Good luck, your store can use it ...i bumped up to 2 stars because the other gal is excellent and everyone is always working their butts off.

Walgreens is notorious for closing 30 minutes early I call myself going of there early at 9:28 on the dot I get up there at 9:30 the door is locked and the worker is being ring up I find it very unprofessional the fact that yall close so early instead of just changing the store time idiots

Make sure that you count your refills on your medications, I was short by 10.5 tablets on one of my medications. I thought it was strange that they would throw in a half of a pill. Walgreens use to be the best place to have your prescriptions filled. Lately there always seems to be a problem; shortages on medications and now shorting the customer on the prescription.

They have had problems with their frozen and refrigerated system for years, often their ice cream is soft. Last week their system went down and they lost all of their milk products, and have been out, at least through yesterday; I'm not sure if they received a delivery today.

Do not use this pharmacy! The techs are just plain rude and inconsiderate. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I have had multiple negative encounters with them.once a young female tech who couldn’t give me any reason why rx wasn’t ready when the app said it was twice! And then told me you need a new rx this one is no good anymore. How can that be when you never filled the rx nor did I ever receive the medication and the rx was good for a year. She caught an attitude and said she didn’t know and I need to contact my doctor. Then today I go to pick up an rx and this older woman with glasses and walks all slow says it won’t be ready for 20 min and to come back. I’m in the drive through why can’t I wait for it, she responds “we just got it, u have to actually give us time to fill it” with a nasty tone. They need customer service training and they need to be trained on soft skills. As a Black woman myself I am ashamed that both encounters were with black women. I don’t feel respected as a customer and I am offended by the service given. Just tacky. Not a great representation of Walgreens. I kindly moved my business to another pharmacy. Instead of getting rude with me for asking a simple question they need to hire more staff so the prescriptions can be filled accurately and in a timely manner.

Pharmacy is horrendous and slow! Also my prescription is always out of stock as others stated at this location. I've been lied to about the delivery for a week. They claim they have a shipment delivering in the next day but never does but yet they didn't "receive" it yet. It's best to go to the one at Broadview Village Square by Target. They'll literally have your scripts done in 15-30 minutes and seems to always have my "Out of Stock" medication.

I buy Kiss eye lashes there. They are my favorite especially when you buy 1 get the other 1/2 off. Sometimes I get lucky and buy 1 get one free. Although they are sometimes higher than other stores, they almost always have over the counter medicine in stock when others don't. Won't mention their names.🤐

The workers in pharmacy area at Broadview Illinois (1600 W Roosevelt Rd) are very rude. I was trying to reschedule my booster Covid vaccine and a worker had an attitude and hang up the phone while I was talking. This is not the first time that has happened to me.

I wish I didn't have to give a star * at all. But here goes The service in pharmacy here sucks and who the hell are they to pick and choice what prescription they want to fill, I'm about to call whomever I can to report they sorry tails, that's exactly why stores doesn't last in the minority neighborhoods simply because of their poor poor performance in costumer service .

Nice store. Has a good selection of goods and they have pharmacy with drive thru service. This business really serves the community. Nice staff, safe parking area.

Worse Walgreens ever built, I had to select at least one star to get to the review section. They need to close the entire Walgreens especially the pharmacy I hate this store, i wouldn't recommend this store to no one ever! Stay far away from this place!
