Stephanie K did a phenomenal job grooming our puppy Bailey! It was his first haircut and first time away from us. We were nervous. I stopped in, during the apt and saw he was doing great! Was more at ease. We anticipated just a bath and face trim. And she was able to cut his body as well. He looks adorable! Our older dog has been getting groomed here for 9 years.

We got our bearded dragon from this place two weeks ago, after few days he stoped eating so first I called PetSmarts asking if they have a vet, of course they don't and a mean lady said if you dont like it you can bring it back before 2 weeks guarantee passes. I took him to the exotic animals hospital. They examed him and said he has beating issues and they also diagnosed coccidiosis from stool sample. We were prescribed antibiotics for breathing issue, medicine for coccidiosis and liquid food. Today he passed away after all of that. My heart is broken. Those stores should stop selling animals they have no knowledge about and don't care about. This is just cruel.

Customer service is always nice. Hairball Control wet food has become hard to find (in general), but this store seems to always have a variety of (Hills Science) wet food (even when Hairball Control isn't available).

They had all the fish that we wanted and even though the store was limited on employees they were very tentative and quick! They stepped up to the cashier when needed they helped me get the fish when needed no waiting!

The staff was rather nice but the condition of their fish department is abysmal. Too many dead fish in most of the tanks, obvious ick infestation in the guppy tanks, snails overrunning most of their tanks with massive algae blooms in others. Honestly it isn't difficult to maintain the tanks they have and most things seem automated so I wonder why there is so much disarray.What really got me is how almost all of their betta fish are dying. Algae growing in their cups with feces piles so large the cups must not have been cleaned in a month minimum.Great customer service, terrible aquatics conditions.

Our kids had a great time choosing their new pets at this location. Had great help from the staff with selecting food and supplies. They do have a visiting vet that is in once a week. They also have low cost adoption fairs. I would suggest making sure the sale price matches the checkout price at the counter. Otherwise a nice clean store.

One of the worst Petsmart stores you can go to. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I had a same day delivery order which had missing items worth 60$ and they would hang phone everytime you want to talk to them. I went to store 2-3 times but there manager is never available to talk. I would recommend you go to a different petsmart rather than wasting your time in this one

I would like to give negative stars if possible. They scarred my poor puppy. She is so traumatized. I took her in for a full bath and cut and specifically stated I wanted her ears cleaned and the hair cut out. She went I'm fluffy and came out bald. Such a hatchet job. Down to the skin in some areas! Eyelashes and whiskers were cut too! And tons of wax was in her ears and the hair was obviously not trimmed inside. Getting these pics was hard enough. I couldn't get pics of inside her ears :( I will never go back.

PetSmart is the greatest! The employees are always so welcoming not only to us but our baby Luna. She loves exploring the store and getting treats. They have an awesome selection of treats she loves as well as great brands of collars, leashes, harnesses, clothes and so much more! We come almost every weekend and let Luna do the shopping!

Terrible!!! Absolutely terrible the cat groomer Lisa is terrible. I would not recommend going here especially if you have a cat. Honestly stuff does not look kindly and felt unsafe just walking in the groom department, really disrespectful tone from groomer and they automatically tell you to go to the vet if you want something different from what they have. Honestly terrible service Everybody seemed rude. I recommend not coming here at ALL!!!!

even though i have closer pet stores nearby, i still go out of my way to come to this petsmart. they do an excellent job every time i bring my anxious dog to get his nails trimmed. they're patient with him, but still very efficient. i've tried taking him to other places but this petsmart has set the precedent and i'll continue to bring him here even if it means a longer car ride for him. i know he will be in and out of there, and with nicely trimmed nails and minimal stress, (though he still gets stressed regardless, poor fella.) make sure to tip your groomers, people!! they have to deal with all kinds of pets of different temperaments, and i appreciate the work they do. the store itself is also always clean and well stocked and everyone from the groomers to the cashiers are always nice and friendly.

I purchased 125g fish tank with stand included. The legs on 1 end of the stand split, Cannot handle the weight of Tank...stand is made of pressed wood basically woodchips and glue.

I like this PetSmart, it's pretty good when finding the items you need for your pets, and also has a great selection of animals for you to get and love. The employees can be sometimes not knowledgeable about something, but they try to get you the correct information if they don't know something.

I like this location. It's big, clean, and there is a huge selectionof products to choose from. I feel like they are pricey though, but it's a retail store, so I guess it's not surprising. I also feel like they understaff sometimes, but eventually you get through the line. The training classes and grooming salon are spot on. I love both those areas, but again, the price of the grooming is a bit much. If you want a good selection, and need multiples of things, you can often find stuff on a small sale (ie: buy 3 get one free). In general though, it's very clean, good selection, knowledgeable staff (if you can find someone), and plenty of parking.

They have a huge fish department BUT! unfortunately they seem to have the same type of fish in every other tank, been that is a big department they should have a broader range.Seen a dead fish in most of their tanks it shows a lack of interest and is disheartening. Overall the store is always clean, organized and the employees are friendly.

I use this store to buy my cat's wet cat food and dog snacks. I have also found many items that I could use in the clearance area such as a double bowl for .02 cents yes that's right .02 cents. The employees are always nice and helpful. I often walk around looking at the fish, birds, and other pets that they have and the cages/tanks are always clean and the animals seem well cared for by the employees. They have many different brands of food, snacks, toys, clothing, cleaning supplies, supplements, etc. for your pet. It's a one stop shop for all things you would need to care for your pets.

The other pet stores in our neighborhood struggle to stock my dogs' food for some reason. I'm so thankful this PetSmart is in the area because they always have what I need. We also love the grooming dept here, particularly Marianna.

Trainer Kass and manager Mike were some of the most unprofessional Petsmart employees I've ran across. Explaining some things happening with a friend's dog while in the store. Kass rudly interrupts conversation and tells us we need to leave and we're not allowed to be in the store working with their dog. When asked why we were told it was from management. When I asked manager Mike why we had to leave we were told we couldn't be there while they were training. The sign on the door says dogs are welcome anytime. I asked about the new rule and was told I can call corporate and talk to them.I've been to dozens of petsmarts. This was the one and only time I've been told to leave.I recommend any other Petsmart. Most of the staff was golden, but some key members of the store were either having a long bad shift. Or they always treat customers so callously. Either way Pet supplies Plus has my business from here on out

Found it very pleasant.Update 08/18/2023The older elderly female Asian cashier was extremely rude and has a very disgusting condescending attitude. I’m giving this place a 5 star because everyone is super friendly. However the grooming prices doubling was a shock to me. How do we go from $30 to $81? I really hope those in the service department got a raise and if you didn’t start your own clientele! Lol wishing you all the best!

Very bad customer serviceI wanted to buy a couple Koi fish and they deny to sell it supostly cuz they dont sell it was after 8:30pm.Well they should close the store when they can't sell them 🤷
