It okay if you like doing self checkout. Which is all it is now. The prices on many things is higher than Pete's next door. It doesn't have a full grocery department selection. The staff can vary if they are helpful or not.

Worst experience.. went there and went to self check out a black woman sat off my shoulder and watched my every move I was buying a car battery literally then had the audacity to ask why I didn't go wait in line to buy it? Girl ... Then as I'm walking out the black man asked for my receipt? My goodness what is going on there high security like we are located in the Bronx. Relax over there i wont go back ill go to county side from now on .

Curbside service at the Bridgeview Walmart is fast friendly and efficient. I don't have to get out of my car it makes it so easy they do a nice job

Very strange vibe entering and exiting the store. I worked as a Customer Host before and welcomed every customer (no matter what). No one spoke when entering or exiting whatsoever. They just stared right through me honestly. Very strange indeed!!Other than the poor customer interaction, there’s a great selection throughout the store.Everything was neat and in place. It’s a massive store, but I was able to find what I needed without any issues. Employees may need a refresher on how to provide friendly service to “ALL” customers.The 2-star rating is due to nonexistent interactions from employees. I would highly recommend this location for its cleanliness and selection.

Christmas clearance shopping. Was able to get a few items. We're not marked down on App, manager Denice was in the back she told me to let the cashier know 75% and call her if they need to. Smooth transaction.

Not the usual Walmart I shop at. But, navigating the store was OK. It was clean. Staff seemed polite. Checkouts were almost entirely self check out with only 1 actual register with am employee was available.

I visited this location because the website said they had a certain cupcake baking tray in stock, however, I could not find it in the designated aisle. At other locations, employees seem to avoid me when I need help finding something, but Zabrina was eager to help and went above and beyond what I expected. She walked me to the aisle and checked her device to share with me other locations that may carry the product I was looking for. I needed the baking tray same day, so Zabrina recommended I try a similar product that was currently in stock and was so helpful even describing how I could bake in the similar product. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I did not feel like I was a bother. Thank you Zabrina!

Can I just say, best experience ever. I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible, specially this Walmart. Their customer service has a always being a bad taste in the mouth. Anyways, enough negative talk and let me just say, this experience was a pleasant one. Throughout the store every worker kept greeting me with a good morning and actually acknowledge me. It wasn't like a blah good morning, it was more like a pleasant good morning. I was at the toy section and this nice worker actually acknowledged my needs and got me a cart. He also made me aware of the other new toys they have recently got. To be honest, I'm usually avoid when I ask them questions. They will usually say, whatever we got there that's it with an attitude. Well, not this guy! Walmart should seriously hiring more nice people like him.I did walk thru the whole store and pretty much there was a lot of stocking going on. The cashier was a little sleepy but I think, I woke her up trying to engage into a morning conversation. Overall, I got what I wanted and a little extra which was customer service. Well done Walmart!

Hours say they close at 11 but doors was locked at 1045 and worker wouldn’t let me in. Change the hours or get new employees that actually willing to work. This is unbelievable. Walmart shouldn’t operate in this way.

The store is clean and easy to navigate. The employees are kind enough. The lines are usually pretty quick besides a few certain times where it was jam packed.

Staff can vary whether they give you respect or not. Aisles are small. It's only self checkout. Not great but it's walmart so what do you expect

I shop there every other day every time I walk out they check my ticket they have this young African boy by the door that always had a attitude when I give him my ticket as if he dosent like me. as if he doesn't care about his job. And honestly I don't like spending my money we're they don't appreciate it. I will definitely won't go back

You must stop harassing your own customers by demanding to see receipts. I’ve been coming here for years sometime you can ASK to see receipts but no one is obligated to show any. How are you gonna have a text receipt option then ask for one when walking out??!Recently it’s becoming very annoying and employees are demanding to see. As one gentleman said “you better show me receipt” I refused bc of the way he aproshed me.He replied “Ight ima remember you face” not sure what he meant but that. But I felt very threatened.

Probably the most filthiest Walmart with the rudest personnel including the store manager. The restrooms ALWAYS have plastic over the urinals filled with urine, ALWAYS!! Get it together!

This Walmart is awful. Only because of the self checkout,you're made to feel like you're checking out in a prison . You've got tons of employees on overwatch and only 1 cashier lane. I avoid this Walmart at all costs ... .....

This Walmart is located in a very busy area. No truck parking and very tight . I don't recommend coming here during peak hours.

This location is very crowded and while I'd say 85% of the employees are very kind and more than helpful, the other 15% are really rude, don't really help or simply have no clue where things are. I did just find out about curbside pickup and delivery so I tried that vs dealing with the crowded mess inside.... I must say this was the most amazing thing ever!! Pulled up and they came out to me within 5min, loaded my truck even though I offered to do it myself, were so nice and wouldn't even except a tip! I don't think I'll ever go inside again honestly. I'm very curious how be the delivery service work's so that's my next order!

Walmart really needs to decide what's going on in their own mess. An item didn't have a price tag, taken from the top shelve. I asked Heba (woman on the department) to scan the price, and she did saying they should honor online price at the register. Wasn't the truth at the register. The manager Tina said they can't unless I show it on my phone, so I paid "store" price. I got back to Tina she asked someone else advised to go to customer service I did and Tina was there, so I got back with no result. Very not nice to treat customers this way. The upper management should decide who has the right to advice the price for items without the price tag. I think no price tag should mean free.
