I just love hardware stores and Ace is loaded with many things we need and I like to buy BLACK RIFLE coffee . They provide many seasonal supplies and perennials. Informative and friendly staff too. They deliver items too. Just ask.

Every time I go in I get greeted. And if the cashier is busy another employee will definitely ask if I need help or point me in the right direction. When I need something quick and close to home this is my go to place.

Great general store for a small town. The selection is not always vast, but it is amazingly complete for it's size. If they don't have an item they will work with you to get it in.

Wasn't greeted by anyone, and couldn't find what we were looking for. Employees were either talking with each other or eating food on the sales floor. Will not be returning to this location.Drove over to Wilmington Whitmore Ace Hardware and was greeted and helped right away, and found exactly what we were looking for.

I enjoy going to Braidwood,Coal City,and Wilmington Ace Hardwares.The employees are always eager to help and they get it right the first time.I can't say that about any big box store.
