I was hoping there would never be a day where I had to give such a negative review on an establishment but it finally came. It was my first time at this specific Dollar General and will NEVER go back! The store itself is fine, clean-ish and shockingly organized. The reasoning of me never returning and giving it 1 star is for the woman who waited on me. There was a delivery guy before me, she walked out with an attitude rang the bell a few times looking him dead in the eye, then told him "there's a bell there for a reason" once she got to me, I had a basket full and it wasn't all fitting she said and I quote "come on! Just put it all up here" (I had my 6 year old with me) so he hurried and grabbed the 4 tubes of paint and put them inside a planter pot that I had just placed onto the counter (there was no more room on the counter) she snapped at him (I won't post what she said because it contains foul language) he tried to contain his tears. It was at that point when she said what she said to my son that I told her to go ... Herself and left. She wasn't wearing a name tag but was an older lady probably late 50s, short blonde/grey hair. I called corporate as soon as I got out to my car. This woman, even if she was having a bad day, does NOT deserve to work with public.

This place is a dump. Went in to shop today Because of the deals after Christmas and found a lot of things and they were marked 25% and 50% off as soon as I swiped stuff at the self check out only a few items were half or discounted the rest was still full price. I was glad the gentleman came over to take items off that I wasn't going to pay fill price for but as soon as I seen the rest not discounted I left the stuff there. Upon all of that the women that work in there were saying someone smells like Pee and they all got quiet and pointed at me when the whole place smelled like pee. I won't be back.

The bathrooms are alway very filthy and the floors are very dirty! Since writing this review they have cleaned the floors. Since writing this they have cleaned the floors.

It is dirty and Cramped , and the outside is the same only dirtier, there is no reason why they cant sweep the garbage out of the parking lot! Becuz the outside says how the inside is gonna be and NO one wants to go there! And the employees so e are wonderful and knowledgeable of there store then you have the others that dont care and when asked a question shrug there shoulders.

Finially found a well-managed dollar store.Clean,well-stocked and best of all,good people. Not like the nasty and down right hateful women in Ottawa or the complete mess in Kankakee. I almost always make a point to drop by when in Morris. Of course, their prices put all those other so called "dollar stores" to shame.

This location always seems to be so unorganized. The staff tries to help when they can but its always understaffed. On a positive note they always have adorable decorations for the holiday's.

I was in Braidwood & needed a few grocery items, the store was well stocked, had name brands, but was priced a little higher than the Big Box Super Stores or A**i. With the gas prices being so high it probably came out about the same.

Spacious store, some items not stocked as well as it should be. Guessing it's bc it's such a busy store. Easy parking lot, in and out.

The manager on duty accused me of theft and said she had me on camera. She said I come in all the time. I live over an hour away and don't steal. She was very rude.

Cashiers always seem to make comments about items your buying. It's annoying and sometimes none of their business. Ive seen customers highly embarrassed by it
