Having a damp/leaky basement is no one's dream, and it was just time to have some one come take a look. I had been getting post cards from this company since we bought the house 4 years ago, so I took a chance. From the 1st meet with Tim, phone calls with Michelle and 3 days of interactions with theFABULOUS team of 3 guys that did the work......I was not disappointed. They said what they were going to do and did what they said. The guys were professional, friendly and kept me in the loop as to where they were in the process.Now everything looks neat and clean and no more worries. I would highly recommend. Finding out that you need to have your basement tore up because of water and mold is never an exciting moment. Realizing that your crawlspace needs a makeover too continues heartbreak!Thankfully I found this company! Once I spoke with Tim and heard everything his crew was going to do for us, there was finally some excitement. Besides for no more water I was so happy to be giving our money to a local, family owned business. They were quick and efficient, cleaned up before leaving everyday, and were down right nice people to chat with! We hired this company and I can't tell how glad we are that we did! They were early, professional and efficient! The crawlspace looks amazing they added gravel to level it out and even put in a water monitor for the sump pump that I bought and was going to install before they got there, but senior said they would take care of it! The most pleasant home improvement experience that we can recall in quite some time! Thanks to the crew that came out! You are awesome!

We are very happy with our experience. Our crawlspace was barely being used because it was not a place we wanted to go into, much less store anything nice into it. We really want to utilize that space more. The team that came were very professional, did an amazing job and it only took about an hour to do. Now it is a place that we feel comfortable going into and much more usable storage space. It's totally sealed up and is keeping moisture and critters out. In addition, seals in radon. Thank you!

I have a crawlspace that is rock & clay and oftener flooded during a heavy rain. I had done some of the work in my crawlspace. But certain aspects of the job were too much for me. I called Tim and he came out to see. After a thorough inspection he recommended a full crawlspace encapsulation. His price was a third less than the one from US waterproofing. And let’s just say that after a three week wait for P. S. They blew me off and wanted to reschedule in a month. I am very happy with the work they did as well as the install of a battery back up sump pump solution.

I literally had 5 other companies come and look and give me a quote. Tim was the last guy to come and I signed up 30 minutes after talking to him. Very straightforward and honest. Didn't try selling me on anything I didn't need. Most knowledgable guy I've talked to. His crew came and did excellent work!! They left my basement cleaner then it was before they started!! Rained all day and night. I woke up to a wet basement. Called Basement and Crawl space solutions at 7:30am and Tim was at my door by 9:30am, couldn't ask for faster service. Tim went straight to work, asking questions and describing my options. While checking my sump Tim noticed the level was high. He pumped down the level and told me to lower my pump. Quick and easy fix to my water problem. Didn't try to sell me an expensive system. Super honest! If you have water issues Basement & Crawl Solutions should be your first call!
