I had requested for service this morning when my garbage disposal stopped working. I work your typical 9-5, and usually have to wait until the weekend or take time off so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that evening appointments were available.Nick came out to look at it. He was very kind and professional, and was completely transparent about everything. He was able to get it replaced and working in under 2 hours.I really appreciated the service this evening and will definitely be calling again for any issues that come up!

I found that our sump pump was out around 4am this morning. I went online and by 6:30am scheduling called me. By 9:30am a technician, Glen Oiler was at our house and by 10am the pump had been replaced. Great service from the customer service representative that scheduled my appointment, and the technician Glen did an awesome job. We appreciate all of the help! I would absolutely recommend roto rooter to anyone who asked me.

An absolute terrible terrible experience with this company. Had some plumbing issues they came with a camera to try to see what the issue was. Told we were going to have to have our backyard dug up to find the drain pipe and see what the issue was. Quoted us about 8 grand for the excavation work. Had to have my fence pulled out of the ground that was cemented in to begin with that is used for my dogs and kids. They get the excavator back here and start digging and get about 9 feet down in my yard and realize there is no pipe down there only to realize the sewer drain is up front in the front yard under a sewer cap that my husband had asked Greg what that was and to be told it was a “storm drain”. I had no issues with the technician that came to replace our ejector pump. He was awesome! Props to Zach! But my thing is how can you dig up 9 feet in my backyard after taking my fence out for absolutely no reason. I get it everyone makes mistakes but this was a massive mess up on your company’s part. Especially the fact that my husband had asked Greg hours before what the storm drain was. I have called 3 times already asking to get to a manager. Left a voicemail and sent an email to Karen who was supposed to get back to me Monday latest and I have yet to receive a call back or anything. I will never use this company again. Zach is the only good thing to come out of this. Take your business elsewhere because this is ridiculous and very very unprofessional.

I called to schedule a service to unthaw my pipes. They scheduler mentioned there were 3 apts ahead of me and that they should get to me today.I called back at 1:30 and they mentioned that there were 5 ahead of me and that they had no control over the visits.This is not the type of service I'm used to. Very disappointed.Update***: They did call to rectify this issue. Thank you for reaching out about this.

We had a sewage line in our basement rupture on Sunday, and sewage was leaking into our home. We had used roto-rooter before and were pleased with their work so they were our first call. Plus they advertise 24/7 emergency services. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. She said "just so you know there is a 75 fee for coming on a Sunday " I told her I was fine with that, and I explained the situation. I didn't want sewage to continue leaking into our home. She said "best I can do is 11am Monday " That would have left us with sewage pumping in for 24 hours. When I stated that she said, "Don't use the bathroom" Clearly the advertised 24/7 emergency services is false advertising. Luckily we found another company who understood the urgency of the situation and were at our home in a matter of hours. They too charged an after hours fee, but that was fine. The sewage was taken care of. So if it is an emergency, do NOT use RotoRooter. They do not care and will leave you in a bad situation with a bad attitude.

My ejector pump went out and they came to replace it. They had it ready to go within an hour. From the moment I noticed my pump was out to calling them, to them coming out and fixing it took about 2 hours. Excellent service

I was told that another technician would be out the same day, to do some measurements and paperwork. My water was turned off by the tech that originally came out. I asked if they had a ETA on when the other technician would be out and was told no but that it would be the same day since I had no water. It's been almost a week with no return call or visit. The tech that came out originally was nice and upfront concern the problem but the follow up team has yet to respond or attempt to make any contact with me.

Greg, Josh, James, and Daniel were our team working on our very complicated plumbing issues as we have a very old home. The process was almost painless, especially due to their kindness, professional attitudes, and thoroughly detailed explanations of every part of the process.
