Purchased a Miele Homecare just under 5 years ago here. The owner was very knowledgeable and- as others have said- I didn't feel pressured to buy. I now have two(!) Samoyeds and the vacuum is still going strong despite all the dog fur. Couldn't be happier.

Super knowledgeable salesman/owner, listened to what I needed and got me into a super nice vacuum. It is worlds nicer than my last one! No dust smell when I vacuum.... My nine year old won’t let me use it because he loves it too:)

I bought the basic Riccar vac.from Brian at least 5 yrs. ago and it is still running and cleaning strong.I bring it back once a year for him to go through at no cost.With dogs in the house this vac.has been put through the paces.Brian knows this buisness very well,we will be going back to upgrade soon.
