This place has it all, groceries with a large selection to choose from, department store goods, great prices, and excellent customer service, the staff went above and beyond in the service they provided to me when I ask a question. Instead of just saying "it's over there in aisle #?, they actually showed me where the items were located and the lady in the meat dept. knew the items and was able to suggest things she thought I would enjoy after explaining what I liked. I true recommend this as a great place to get your groceries. 🙃

It's one of my favorite places to shop when in town. They usually have everything I need. Go early in the morning or later in the evening to avoid crowds. Beware of midway weekends. Busy!!!

First time EVER in a Meijer and I was not disappointed! This is what department stores were meant to be! There are plenty of open registers staffed with HUMAN employees! There are benches to sit on while you wait for your slow shopping friends and relatives. There are even coin-op toy dispensers in the entryway and a horse to ride! The atmosphere is like shopping in a store rather than a cold warehouse. Staff is friendly, probably because they don't hate themselves for working there, unlike that other larger department store chain. There's product on the shelves! That larger chain frequently has empty shelves! The pet section is THE BEST department store pet supply I've ever seen. It's like animal heaven! The fish are colorful and lively. There are animal toys and snacks of all kinds! I was so amazed that I never even made it to the grocery side, but I'm sure it's amazing too!Only four stars because your electronics department is severely lacking in video games. Your board game section is top notch though!

This store is clean, lots of staff on hand for help. Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The set up and signs are well planned and the store flows very well. Parking lots are clean, marked areas with letters and poles have trash cans in them. Cart return runs are great too!I am so glad to have this as my store!

Don't go on a Sat unless you want the crazys along with restocking in the middle of the isles at the same time and tags for prices were everywhere but not clear if some products of same brand and size were just not on sale or if there was just poor merchandising compared to other locations I frequent. Cashier was helpful w getting points claimed to go through after pin I had was wrong.Anyone familiar w retail sales or using a CC please teach others how much faster it is to just tap their card and give up on inserting the chip unless you clean ur chip and know how to put it in and pull it out to get line moving, managing up or maybe it's teaching the customer in these cases to save everyone time as security usually isn't going to be altered by this and rather the merchant or card issuers/3rd party's get hacked anyway since we know that has been a common theme for ages regardless of how hard you put it in and pull it out, somewhere gonna get caught with pants down and you get it from behind too (doesn't require a cyber expert to have seen the patterns and the bad actors can just fail on the chip 3 times then use good old mag stripe to use stolen credentials if they want to anyway still) and if you don't trust tap to pay about the same, but have a dirty chip that you haven't cleaned or wiped w thumb then just fail 3x fast so you can swipe and move on.

Love this store! Everything is clean.Great produce! Great choice of meat!But it can be dangerous..it has everything under the sun in this store! So... you'll probably buy more stuff than the groceries! Ugh!🤣

There are no fitting rooms to try on clothes. Associate suggested buying the top and then going to bathroom and try it on, which I did not do an now need to return it, it's too tight.

First, I love the store in Bradley, IL. But, MPerks and the 3rd party customer service used for the service are terrible. I've tried since Bradley opened to no luck. Today I called the corporate number and it FINALLY is straightened out! Get rid of the 3rd party in another country and bring your CSR's back to America. Both people I spoke to at the corporate level were awesome!

I like the store, but I ordered a cake for Mt daughter's birthday. The cake was dry, and the icing was so bitter. I will never order any cake from them again. But, their donuts are so delicious.

Love shopping at Meijer if I can't find it at Walmart Or Target Or Kroger then I'll come here And find it Here at Meijer I gave this one sleeping pill a try And had a real hard time trying to find it where else they had it at And I couldn't find it at ether or Walmart's in Bourbonnais or at the Kankakee Walmart or the Walmart down in Watseka so I started to search for it online and came across on there website And now when I need it I go straight here to see if they have any in stock And if they do then I grab a good 2 or more packs and they help me sleep at Night And help keep the pain to stay away even too the inside of the store is a Very nice Setup in the front part Of the store and all around on the inside and I sure do love the self Checkout area even too because I can check out Faster then waiting in line there And in any other stores that has long lines in there Story's a couple Of employees who work there are all was Watching me to make sure that I scan everything And they look at me and probably think to there Self's Man How Can He Use The Self Checkout And Get Everything Scanned Within Seconds And Not Minutes And Pay Up And Be Out Of There Faster Then Using The Regular Checkout Area

Everything at the store usually stays stocked. They have some sweet deals every once in a while, especially in the electronic section. I came across some electronics that were 70% off all the way up to 80% off. Amazing deals. The produce is relatively fresh and they have a wide variety of options to select from. They do rotate their produce selections out to different products which is pretty interesting and always keeps meal planning on its toes. Amazing.The staff are pretty chill. Nobody has been rude to me thus far. I've never heard anything bad about the place. That is all.

I don’t normally shop here since on the other side of town but they do have most items I usually buy and some less than at Jewel. It always seems clean. I have the app which they had updated so will see how user friendly it is. I do like there are shopping options available as well but was only there for groceries on the day I went. There diabetes supplies are cheaper than Osco that I have bought in the past for my husband there but didn’t peruse the whole store as I usually do as on a time crunch no negatives to mention really other than on the other side of 50 and I live on 102. Nice store and glad we have it. I have done pet, birthday and Christmas shopping there and bought some cute sundresses there in the past and it reminds me of Kmart which was always my favorite superstore in the past. Their plants and flower type gifts seem pricey but they usually have an interesting selection but rarely buy them as cheaper usually elsewhere.

Love Meijer's, workers here are great and the produce area always has good deals, standing in line for self service is ridiculous though, please have more cashiers or more self service areas.

No complaints about the store at all. Employees are always helpful when asked for help and I have been happy with all of their fresh foods. Produce has a good selection, deli counter always has plenty of options, and I have never had any bad experiences with any of the meat department products. The people at customer service counter area also always pleasant when I go there to pick up any Flashfood orders. I'm still a little bit nostalgic for the old Super Kmart that used to be in this location but Meijer is a FAR better store than Kmart had been for the last years of its life in Bradley.

Pretty standard Meijer store. I like that they still have the staffed check outs as well as some self check areas.I've seen some Meijer stores that have the pet areas closer to the grocery area, and I prefer this. The Bradley store has the pet area on the other side of the store. I'm sure this is to get the consumer to spend more time in the store; most stores spread things out to get the consumer to spend more money.I also do not like the off set isles on the grocery side, easy to miss items you are looking for.Over all, good store and friendly staff.
