Okay, the store is full of amazing products, however, the women's bathroom is disgusting. Granted I don't always need to use the restroom but yesterday when I visited I remembered why I usually avoid their bathroom at all costs. You cannot tell me this bathroom has been properly cleaned in the last six months. (probably years) I had been there six months ago and mentioned it to an employee. Obviously, that did not help. If I had a child with me, I would NEVER want to take them in this bathroom. The toilet in the handicap stall was full and clogged. Please, hire a professional to do the deep clean and then maintain it going forward. No current employee should be punished with fixing this long term neglect. As a Christian, it is always disappointing when a place has deceptive business practices, especially businesses whose value structure is supposed to align with Biblical principles. In an isle completely full of christmas decorations on both sides with signs all over stating 66-75% off, there is a sign attached to a row of 75+ rolls of tape staring 66% off. I was told it was not part of the sale. I couldn't care less about me having to pay retail for tape, I am mostly concerned about the predatory practices for others who do not pay attention as much at checkout, especially the elderly. Even the cashier espressed embarassment, stating they have had to put away so many rolls because of the poor placement. I feel bad for the amount of people mislead into a purchase and for the employees who have to be on the front lines of people who may take their frustrations out on them rather than the people who benefit off of manipulative business. All of this over tape, but in reality, peoples money.

Absolutely 💯 amazing as usual. Big sales going on inside store the holiday season has definitely kicked off inside. Kinda sad but refreshing all at the same time. It's nice to have a bright spirit for a little while after this year. I finished my project with my supplies from hobby lobby and my coupons saved me alot of money.

I like shopping at Hobby Lobby!! they have so many items to choose from so, I always leave the store having made a purchase. I bought the wall hanging and finished decorating our bedroom!!

My wife is into Crafts. We’ve shopped other Hobby Lobby’s in the past for wall decor etc. This particular visit they had Cricut material/blades on sale and my wife was happy to get everything at a discount.

I spent quite a bit of money and some items weren't on sale. The cashier told me to bring in my receipt to get an adjustment the next week. When I did, I was told they needed the items. I had already used the products for an arrangement, so I was unable to bring them in. This is not the first time I've been given bad information at this location. I love Hobby Lobby, but after taking the 40% coupon away, along with the awful service and long lines (and unwillingness to open up more check out lines), I'm rethinking my loyalty, as I can buy the same quality of items from Amazon.

Clean, friendly staff. Cant say much about the fellow customers, not wearing their mask. Not social distancing in the check out line. Also had some other rude customers throughout the store. Descent prices, coupon is always great. Great selections.

I love this store so much that I'm scared to go because I always end up buying stuff I don't need but really really want. Funny thing is that I didn't know I wanted it until I see it 😄. As usual clean and organized. Nice staff!

This store NEVER disappoints! The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The store is always spotless and fully stocked. The displays are always beautiful and inspirational for new ideas.

I have been to MANY Hobby Lobby locations and this one is the absolute best, I would give 10 stars if I could!! It is so clean, very large, well organized, and full of friendly staff. I could shop in there for hours (and have done so, lol). The only negative I can think of is the restrooms, please keep them clean. Other than that, this is a wonderful place.

This place is great. I went to an art class. I wanted to learn how to do hot glue gun art. Did my first in 2 hrs. Not great but not bad either. Bought supplies to practice at home. I recommend this to anyone who wants to learn something new.

I wish they had more of a selection on certain items (only one brand of thread, fabric paint, etc) and less made in china cheapo "home decor" items. The staff is very nice though and otherwise I can normally find what I want even though it's rarely the brand I want.

Helpful people. I like that they have little paper instructions in the aisles for projects you can do. It really gets your creative juices flowing. They also have decorations for any type of look you want to achieve. Check out the 40% online coupon you can pull up on your phone or print at home.

Not a great experience. Had a 40% of coupon but had to be for a "regular" priced item. Just about everything there has a sale tag in front of it. Thats nice but it makes it very difficult to use the coupon. Makes the coupon almost pointless. How about just making the coupon for any item of your choice. Also i spoke to 2 sales women. Neither were very interested in helping me nor were they friendly.

Mary Jo and her staff in framing always do a great job on my work and my difficult time constraints. In terms of supplies, they usually have anything I need and are competitive with online pricing. I'll go out on a limb here and admit that I'm not a fan of the religious music always playing (which is certainly their prerogative) and how it must make people of other Faith's (or none) feel.

Hobby lobby is well stocked. Must wear a mask. There is alot of sales going on throughout the store. Friendly customer service. Something for everyone. Bathrooms are clean and fresh. Water fountain is closed due to Covid 19.

Somehow, the craft store that has everything doesn't have blocking boards (to shape completed knitting projects). I looked and couldn't find them so I asked an employee. This girl (who clearly came from a sheltered environment and looked mortified that a human spoke to her in public) looked right at me and said "I don't know what that is" and just walked away. Incredibly rude. I've had similar experiences here before with very rude and unhelpful employees. So I went to Michael's and found what I needed, and they were very friendly. So yeah Hobby Lobby has a ton of stuff, but not some simple basic project necessities and not friendly or helpful staff.
