Came into the store happy for some deals. I’m not very wealthy so I look forward to bogos and other things like that.This place was nothing but misconceptions.Both employees working. One tall women with black hair and another older gentleman made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy as I checked out 2 things that were stated on buy one get one. but then they said it didn’t work.. so instead of making it happen for me I said I wouldn’t buy it if not for the deal. Immediately the lady checking me out called for her manager to come and take off the items I wanted without making any attempt to secure the deal that the store promised. Customer service is horrible here. The “deals” they claim are a lie. As well as multiple prices were incorrect. I even matched a serial number with a towel that was supposed 2.75 I made sure before I even checked out. Come to find out on my receipt that it was $5.50. LIES. I returned it. Also I payed for 2 cups that had a big sign saying it’s BOGO but I ended up paying full price. The store is tight. Cramped. Not cheap. I can get better deals at Walmart. Never coming back.

Always really dirty and a total mess. Shelves are really poorly stocked. There are U- boats everywhere and nobody working on them. They just leave that stuff piled up everywhere. That place is a gigantic fire hazard and I'm amazed that Bradley lets them do business this way. The city of Bradley has really dropped the ball.

We enjoy shopping at this particular Dollar General. It's well stocked, it's clean and most of all. The employees are very polite, respectful and just good all around people.In our opinion. This is the best DG store in the area!!

Employees are nice but feel bad for them, their doing 2 jobs at once, running back & forth to ring up customers & stock.Lots of empty shelves, they can't keep up.

I used to come to this store a lot, but what i don't like is that there are 4 of these stores in this one small town,They are economical predators !!Sticking a dollar General in every small neighborhood they can to take any and all business away from our small businesses that depend on us,This store is the cause of the FAILURES of hundreds of small independent shops & stores in our state alone!!I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO NOT SHOP HERE EVER, UNLESS YOU HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL OTHER OPTIONS!!

There were no one at register!! Waited 10 min I had to go and tell them no one was there to help us, store was messy aisles had un packed boxes in mostly all of the them except the food part. They need help! I like the store but its not maintained.

For a new Dollar General..referring to the one in West Kankakee it sure is unorganized. You can hardly get through the aisles and forget about finding most things. Everything is just thrown around in disarray.
