Grooming - TaylorWe moved out of the area & I still will drive down to take my dog to see Taylor. She takes great care of my dog. He’s a Great Pyrenees, and he leave there looking like a perfect little fluff ball.

I spend over 400 a month here and they wouldn't separate a 125 gallon tank and junk partial board stand horrible customer loyalty I will no longer shop here they sold me the seleant to seal my 125 gallon turns out there seleant that they sell is only rated for 30 gallon aquariums that's why the seleant manufacturer wouldn't warranty it they just lost a loyal customer over ignorance

This is a store where you go to purchase tropical fish if you want to obtain fish that are starved and emaciated. I really do not at all believe that they feed their fish in this store. Perhaps they do it to "save money." The Humane Society should monitor this store's activities. The manager should be fired (in my honest opinion). It's horrible (what is going on here)!

I just wanted to say "Thank you" to the groomers at the Bradley store. Missy looked so good when I picked her up. I am very happy with the groomers at Bradley and highly recommend them.

Please don't take your dog to get groom there took my bichon there for the first time and my heart ached just see how bad they left her. Her stylist name was Cheyenne. Manager was understanding and tried to help but at this point the damage was already done. Look at her ears and tail she is so short am disgusted.Never again will i go there

Do not let Cheyenne groom your dog. Worst groom I’ve ever gotten. I called to provide feedback and she didn’t want to hear it. Totally apathetic and blamed it on the dog. Line isn’t blended at ALL. Horrible job, apathetic groomer.I will note petsmart did give me a refund, but that wasn’t really what I was looking for. I was looking for a groomer who actually cared enough to get some feedback to do better next time.

Out of all of the petsmarts I've ever been to and I have been to a lot LOL This is by far the best one. No matter when I go in there. No matter what questions I have The associates and managers are always absolutely amazing. Any employee I have ever come into contact with there Has always had excellent customer service. I have not had one bad experience at this petsmart. And I have lived in the area for 7 years. Twice In the last month I have been there stressed as all get out because of food change decisions and Shawn has helped me with his knowledge and helped me feel more confident in my decisions. AMAZING STAFF AMD AMAZING STORE. They all deserve a raise and as much praise as possible. Management also get a huge HIGH FIVE because i have been in customer service since i was 15 and i know that without great management support, a great atmosphere like this petsmart has would not be possible. 100000 STARSKeep being fabulous!!! You guys ROCK!!!

My pets love going there to get groomed. The girls do a really nice job on the dogs. The staff is always very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that they are a little pricey! One of my dogs is 10 pounds and cost me $90. That's a little crazy I think.

Used my points for $2.50 off my purchase, made my day!!!**11/9/23 still love it & found out info today that told me NOT 2 trust Petco ever, PETSMART is the BEST!!!!Prices are still higher than other stores that sell pet supplies however there's expert advice there to help if you need it.

Got a Syrian hamster from here two months ago. I’ve heard it’s bad to buy them from pet stores, but I had no idea how bad it would be.The hamster we bought was living with five other hamsters in a tiny enclosure - for those who don’t know, Syrian hamsters should always be kept alone, with at least 600 square inches of space. She was so stressed that she had developed wet tail, a life threatening illness, which the store didn’t warn us about.The store of course didn’t carry any enclosures large enough for Syrian hamsters; their largest hamster cage was 350 square inches, and most were significantly smaller, poorly ventilated, and dangerous. Their wheels were too small (the largest was 7 inches, while Syrians need 11) and they sold pine bedding, which is poisonous to hamsters. One actually honest, helpful employee warned us to buy an enclosure elsewhere and come back for the hamster, which we did.We took the hamster home, and within three days she was at the vet being given a 50/50 chance to live. She barely ate or drank and shrieked whenever people came near her. This was a really abused animal. I’m so angry typing this that I’m actually shaking.We reported the sick hamster back to the store - especially because wet tail is contagious, and her housemates were likely to have it too. They told us they’d give us another for free if she died. We didn’t want another hamster; we wanted this one to be healthy.Thankfully our girl pulled through with lots of love and care, and now that she’s healthy and lives in a proper habitat, she finally allows us to hold her. She’s a beautiful hamster, and I adore her, but I’m so hurt every time I think about what would have happened if she’d been left in PetSmart’s “care,” or sold to an owner who trusted the store’s stock and advice.I can’t believe it’s legal for a business to treat an animal this way. I understand that hamsters are small, but they’re living things worthy of respect and care. I definitely won’t be shopping here again.(hamster the night we got her vs yesterday in the pics)

Hi! I just recently brought my pug into petsmart for her usual. And I’m gonna be honest, sometimes when we go in some employees don’t seem to happy but today, we had this AMAZING young lady who I believe was named Audra. She was so great and loving with my dog, I appreciate her work SO much!! She was very welcoming with me aswell, This was by fart the BEST experience we’ve had here!! 😄

I have been taking my dog for grooming here for two years, he is 2. I have been disappointed on many visits because I felt I was paying for services I didn’t receive. Sometimes I felt instead of taking more time to try and keep his hair longer they just shave it down. He is a tight curl golden doodle. I ask for his ear hair to be removed and most of the time they jus cut the ear hair. I want his nails cut and they want $20. extra for grinding which I can’t tell the difference. I understand his hair can get matted and cutting him short is the only way but they ALWAYS charge me $20. extra for hair conditioner! I decided to give them one more chance and told Cheyenne why I was upset after his last appointment (she groomed him and is also grooming manager) Cheyenne was instantly offended and the excuses didn’t stop. I have paid from $100-$130 to groom him and I always tip $20.Last time his ear hair wasn’t touched and several nails on his back paws were not cut because he was chewing them down a week later and I got a good look at why. Cheyenne swore she cut them all but it is normal to see groomers leave their dogs to answer phone and help customers. She told me if the dog is nervous they won’t clean the ear hair or cut the nails. My dog is the most chilled dog I have ever had. So why isn’t that communicated at time of service and why do I get charged for it? I decided to give Cheyenne another chance because everyone there have always been very friendly and he seems to like going there. After Cheyennes’ litany of excuses we made an appointment for yesterday. My husband had to drop him off because I had an appointment up north and couldn’t make it in time. As soon as he hit the door Cheyenne said she wouldn’t groom him unless I was there to “go over” things. (We went over everything on the phone already) my husband said why don’t you call her? She refused. My husband was extremely upset as was I. I think she had no intention on grooming him no matter what because she was butt hurt that I complained. This was so unprofessional and unnecessary. It shows a level of immaturity that Petsmart should evaluate in their management. I hadn’t asked for a refund or a discount I just wanted what I pay for. I believe I overpay and over tip for all these little ad on charges. She lacks communication skills and can’t accept the smallest criticism of her performance. Needless to say, I will not return. I’m sure there are dozens of other groomers out there and will be hitting the reviews. I put a lot of weight into what people say considering that some people are never happy! Cheyenne, YOU shave a nice day, as you told my husband to do.

I have a really fearful dog. No aggression at all just terrified of people. My trainer told me I should take her somewhere pet friendly and get the workers or people to feed her chicken so that she can build a positive association with them. She only gets it when she meets new people. Well, I asked a worker at the checkout to help me out and give her a piece of chicken that I brought(mind you, there was no other customers in the store), she stood over her and tried shoving it at her and when she wouldn’t take it, just plopped it back in my hand and told me to have a good day. Wow. So disheartening for somewhere that claims to be a store for pets and that “they will do anything for pets bc pets are family”. Well petsmart, thanks for nothing!

Not too long ago, I took my older dog with health issues to PetSmart for a bath and trim. I was informed that there would be no problem in accommodating him, and that he would only need 1-2 hours because of his frail nature and needs, especially at the time they offered to schedule him. I offered to pay extra for these accommodations, but was told that it wouldn't be an issue. After 3 hours, and several trips inside to check on his status, he was nowhere close to being done.When I asked how long it would be, I was met with the Grooming Manager just repeating "2-4 hours" in the most condescending tone. Having been told originally that it would be no issue to accommodate 1-2 hours, and then having this woman, apparently angry with her own existence, just shout a line of policy at me without even attempting to listen to my situation was ridiculous. At this point, needing to go to work, I just wanted my dog back, even though he looked worse than when I brought him in. I wouldn't have bothered even making the appointment had they not insisted they'd be able to work around his, and my, needs.Before leaving, I asked to speak with the store manager to let her know what had occurred. Unfortunately, this woman was also angry with the Lord for her continued existence. Much like a mindless automaton, she kept repeating the same line of policy, refusing to listen to what I had been trying to say the entire time. They were the ones that offered to groom my dog in 1-2 hours, not me.If they can't keep their word, or perform the job they've insisted they can guarantee, then don't offer such a service in the first place. And then, when asked if you've completed the job after the agreed upon time, do not mindlessly repeat your standard policy in an absolutely condescending tone. I say all this to warn others. I would not recommend taking your pets to PetSmart to be groomed. There are better groomers, better managers, better attitudes, and better businesses.

Petsmart is my favorite pet store in town. They usually have what I'm looking for and the staff are friendly. In my opinion, petsmart's fish are healthier and live longer than the ones from petco.

Went for Khaleezi's food, pleasantly surprised of the cost for each can, and selection. Supply chain must be improving. While I'm there picked up new retractable leach for Hunter our springer puppy. He is a walking recycle machine for tree limbs, corrugated boxes, plastic bottles, and kitchen rugs. Wife wants to strangle him, but he is my buddy. Can't wait to take him into Pet Smart, have increase my casualty insurance first.

Ordered a couple items online and then went in to shop for a few more..... online was great. Order was ready when we got there. In store, complicated and no staff to help. Got frustrated and left with our online purchase. Collars should not be in 8 different places!

the staff is excellent. we were helped by a great young gentleman named john, he was extremely nice and knew exactly what he was doing to help us out. if we come back for a pet we'll definitely be looking out for him!
