Groomers are very kind and knowledgeable. My lab/chessy is a handful, but he was bathed and nails trimmed. I was a walk in with him.. I will always go back there.

My number 2 place to go to for my puppy's food; because it has a higher variety of foods to choose from, my spoiled pooch likes variety, the high maintenance rascal of a great door-bell. We just love him too much to scrimp on his diet. Plus the associates at Petco are pretty knowledgeable and courteous; I like that.

I took my dog, Bubby, to the Petco in Bradley, IL on 12/12/19. The lady there told me it would take 2 hours to groom him; bath, 15 minute brush, ears, anal glands and cut nails. 45 minutes later she calls me to tell me he was done. When I picked him up she said he bit his tongue and his nail on his left foot is cut on the side and the whole quick is exposed. I don't know how he would have bit his tongue or ripped his nail. He has been kenneled before and I've never had an issue. I was charged $48.00 for this service and am not very happy at all.

The staff is friendly. My dog was bathed and nails trimmed. I was told they would be ground and they weren't. His nails were splitting in spots. But after a few walks his nails were fine.
