Jewel-Osco is large, clean and well supplied. We got today everything we needed. However, the store ma have fell out of Google's favors. I could find it on Google map but I had to try several different approaches to get directions to the store. After that, Google still complained that I may need an appointment to get COVID testing. Well, that's strange.

This was my first time at this Jewel store location. It was very clean & organized. Mack helped me find everything I needed. He was very welcoming and had great customer service. He was busy stocking the shelves but when I asked him for help. He did not hesitate, or just tell me where it was. Like everyone else does now a days. He dropped what he was doing & actually walked with me and showed me what I was looking for. . We need more people with customer service like him definitely will be returning to this location. .

Very nice staff, they are very helpful if you can’t find something. They have a huge selection. I just wish they would add a petting zoo.

April in the Deli needs to learn how to talk to customers with disabilities! Belittling and making fun of people with hearing difficulties is never the way to go! Me and my family will never be shopping at Jewel again, she humiliated my son in front of everyone! You've lost another customer thanks to this woman you hired, and i will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Such great prices such great sales this week the chicken has eight pieces for 5.99 on Mondays and the grilled chicken is delicious ! I'm just a jewel fan when they have good sales for sure

They really jack up prices at this particular store. Inflation or no inflation, some of their products are ridiculously priced. For example, Post Great Grains cereal is priced at $9.99 a box! Target is $4.99 a box, Meijer $5.49, Kroger $3.99 a box. Shame on you, Jewel. I hope no one buys it, the product expires, and then you are forced to eat the cost.

The store post the wrong price of Pepsi 2L ,2 for $4. in fact 5 of $5.cashier over charger $5.60 .Go to customers service talk to male manager about it . Then sara come talk about sad face to me.she mean I am lying the price to him to take advantage from the store. I and other floor manage have to go check the price twice. At two different area two price of same products. Go back to customers service ,sara really no respect to me .and asking the male manage "are you sure you got this" and the male manager wasn't happy either. I dont know what I did wrong to shopping my local store.they are attitude make me so uncomfortable. This is the second time in the same store.

VERY clean and well stocked shelves. Great sale prices on several items! We tried the app for the first time and had a few questions. The guy at the register was AWESOME!! We were trying not to slow everyone down, so I was focusing on the process and failed to get his name.

Every time I've ordered things online. Half my stuff, has been wrong. I asked her daikon radishes I get horseradish don't you know the difference. Other things. After a point it's enough I am fed up with with jewels. This is one reason why I no longer shop at Walmart.Or when I get my products have my half my stuff is not even.

Huge shoutout to the Jewel Bakery in Bourbonnais and its terrific staff for the awesome half-sheet birthday cake. Tina did a beautiful job decorating the cake and Michael was very helpful walking me through all of the choices (and there are many!) Everyone at our family celebration loved the marble cake with fudge frosting. Highly recommend!

My visit to Jewel was fantastic. I don’t like shopping but my experience at Jewel was exactly what I needed to help me with the Christmas spirit.The staff I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and assisted me to find exactly what I neededI was very happy with the sales pricing on meat and found some good deals in the produce section the store manager Mr. Buchanan was cheerful and helpful with my prime rib decision. The checkout clerk Marsha Displayed excellent customer service skills with me and the lady ahead off me in line. It was truly a good day at Jewel

Best Pharmacy in the area! The staff is always very friendly. Even when they are very busy and understaffed. I've never had a problem getting my prescriptions on time. If you are looking for a good pharmacy to go to. Then go to Jewel Osco!!!

Went to compare prices. Was not disappointed much better than the Walmart in Kankakee. More of a variety. The Haggen Das wasn't strewn all over the freezer making it much easier to find what I wanted. Irish Cream brownie ice cream.

I just needed to buy one product that I was fairly sure Jewel-Osco carried. They did have what I needed, and it was easy to find. Close parking spaces, clean store, and the choice of a manual check out or a person checking were all available.

You know… to this day… n probably won’t ever understand y they charge so much for flowers! Flowers r just way too overpriced for something that is so common! If it’s an exotic plant, okay… I get it but not ur typical flowers !!! I feel that a lot of places just take advantage of it especially during Valentine’s Day!

Today it was terrible! It's usually a good experience...the machines went down and you could only use cash!! But they didn't announce it over the intercom!! Customers like myself had their carts full...and what are you going to do! Go to the cash station they said... there was a line...but how much are you going to need??? Seriously! Bad experience today!!!@@

Great bunch of employees work here. We came in 30 minutes before they closed and they was very accommodating. One young lady grab a riding cart off the charger and brought it to my sister. Another gentlemen looked in the stockroom for us to see if they had any more pop we was looking for. Checkout lady was friendly and helpful. Store was clean, and parking lot well lit.

I went to bakery to ask a question and the employees were so rude! They clearly did not want to assist me in anyway. The manager was right there. They didn't care! Must be hard up for Bakeryassociates.

Very crowded but still my favorite grocery store! The Only thing I don’t get is why they are always out of frozen breakfast sandwiches! It’s the only thing my husband can make on his own lol. I’ve been there on M-T-W’s and rare to find any on the shelves! Staff is nice and they have more checkers lately!

Walked away from our half filled cart. Regularly receive Jewel for U offers. Every one i was looking for has been out of stock. This store is the orphan of the supply chain. Walked out and proceeded to Mejier where $200 was spent.

Jewel may have the highest prices around, but I believe you get what you pay for. Everything I needed was in stock. The employees go above and beyond to be helpful. The store was clean and organized And I would recommend this store to friends.

Hadn't been here in a while glad I came back. I stopped because of the sales on produce and was very happy to see they had some "this store only" sales. I got 2 wonderful cantaloupe for 99¢ each. I cut them up this week and they were so sweet. Also, the staff here are very helpful.
