Every. Single. Time. Why is it so difficult to put the donuts at minimum facing upwards? I dislike in general they use bags vs box, we ordered 4 donuts, they all got destroyed for the most part. What’s the point of getting chocolate when 70% ends up on the bag?Frozen drink was also almost entirely melted, they tell you to use the app to order ahead but that seems silly if they make it the moment the order is placed.

Went to this location to get a coffee, coffee tasted great but the staff had a poor attitude. My coffee was $3.85 and was giving the lady $4.85 so I could get the dollar back in change , gave the lady the right amount knowing I had given her a dime don’t know if she dropped it or what. Gave her the amount and not realizing she gave me the coffee opens the window and goes I gave you your coffee and you paid the $3.85 and shuts the window. Don’t appreciate the attitude and that’s no way to talk to customers. Will just order through the mobile app from now on

Went inside to get my coffee and donuts. The girl working the register had gloves on. I paid in cash, she gave me change then went to grab my donuts with the same gloves on. Eww gross!When I asked for her to put on a fresh pair of gloves and get me fresh donuts she got an attitude with me. Very unsanitary. I will not go to this location again. Their customer service sucks!

This is a great Dunkin donuts. It is a standalone store. It is very clean and always has a large selection of donuts. The staff are very friendly and every time I have visited here my order has been made correctly. My favorite thing is the egg bites those are so tasty.

Dunkin is a decent place to grab your coffee quickly. This particular Dunkin the employees weren't very friendly. I usually grab a Carmel latte n a Boston cream donut. The donuts I had didn't have very much Boston cream in them. Ultimately the Boston cream is what makes the donut. If I had my choice between dunkin n wawa...I choose wawa everytime

This location would be great if the customer service and food is better. Some of the staff is amazing, and the other ones are a mouth full. I’m always doing mobile order and I don’t understand how do you mess up and mobile order. Reading is the fundamental of life. And I don’t understand if you're reading a computer screen or the machine is printing out orders on a receipt, how can you mess up any orders. And they have the most dumbest attitude it’s ridiculous. From the mangers to the crew members, they all have messed up attitudes. It’s so bad to the point where I don’t want to order nothing from there. I feel as thought, if so many customers keep complaining about the same thing, then it should tell you something. Also my daughter was an employee there and got fired on some lies because her mangers and crew members who are older then didn’t teach a 15 year old who never worked a day in her life, on the Dunkin’s policy and how Dunkin is ran. The shift manger who had multiple shoes suck up her (blink), and the assistant manger who lied on a 15 year old told me that the reason why she was fired was because she was on her phone, drinking in front of customers and snatching a bag of donuts from a customer, and just standing around. Which was a lie, they put a 15 year old newbie on the register, who never got the proper training she needed to work the front. They all needs a reality check, and when was told about her disrespect she put her hands in her ears and make the gesture of a thing of a mad toddler who just got in trouble by saying blah blah blah. I don’t have to listen to you. And this is how I’m being treating at a company that I’m spreading my money on. Yeah, never again.

I simply love dunkin. This particular Dunkin is very clean and organized. It is a stand alone location and has everything on tap. I normally get a cold brew or Americano but tonight got a mango refresher. Kinda hot out and that hit the spot. Please hit the like button if you appreciated this review

I ordered a coffee roll, I received a cinnamon roll. I noticed it and said something and was told, no that's what you ordered. So got home, took a bite. Definitely a cinnamon roll. So I called them, no answer. Called again and was told that that is their version of a coffee roll. I didnt order a cinnamon roll because I didnt want that.. now I've wasted my money on something i wont eat. Thanks!

I love Dunkin, but unfortunately this is the worst one I have ever been to... I always have to check my order because 9 times out of 10, it is not correct. Today, I ordered breakfast for my dad and I and he picked it up... he didn't think to check it and some of our food was missing. The people seem nice enough but I am sick of not getting what I paid for... I won't be back.Edit on 8/17/23:When I wrote the review above, I also sent an email to corporate to express my disappointment in this Dunkin location. I was surprised to receive a phone call the next day from the manager of this location asking me to explain why I was unhappy. When I did so, she apologized and told me that the service I had been experiencing was unacceptable and that they would look into correcting it immediately. She also told me that she was going to give me a free coffee and hash browns the next time I visited. I was so impressed by this that I decided to give them one more chance. Since then, I have gone back several times. My order has been correct every single time since I spoke to the manager on the phone. I applaud Dunkin for listening to their customers and correcting their mistakes, so I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star one.

This is a great Dunkin Donuts, with the world's FASTEST drive thru EVER! Seriously, the drive thru is lightening fast, almost unbelievable. The inside is bright and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Everything always tastes good and staff is friendly. I wish the inside was larger, as there's only about enough seating for 15 or so but still, as far as DDs go, this one is top notch.

It would probably be a good idea for the employees not to talk smack to the customers after they picked up their order when they're walking out. Clear communication would be a much better way to handle it. You can do better Dunkin!

You never know what you’re going to get at this location. My wife & I spend +/- $60/week. You can be in line 5 minutes or 25 minutes. Lately our orders have been incorrect & we get attitude when it’s brought to their attention. I’m sorry, for the amount of money a “refresher” costs, get it right!!!! And thanks for the $5 cup of ice!!!!!
