OK, so it's a Culver's. It has food just like every other Culver's. It has atmosphere like every other Culver's. But what really sets this particular outlet apart is it service. Everyone has a smile. Everyone is paying attention to you. Everyone really wants to make sure you get the best possible culvers experience. Culver's isn't even my favorite fast food establishment, but this one is exemplary and worthy of your patronage.

My 1st time there. My classmate asked me to come to lunch&she picked Culver's. The young lady that took the order was very patient. She explained the choices of fish. I changed&told her I'd rather have a double butter burger,fries and pop. We got a # filled our cups&sat down. Shortly our food arrived. They had actually made my sandwich just the way I asked&it was so juicy!!! When we got ready to leave, I went to the counter& asked for the manager? He came and asked "How can he help me?" I told him "I just wanted to say y'all make the most amazing burger!" He smiled,along with some other customers& said"Thank you so much!"

One of the last few Burger diners in America that hold a standard. This location had the best customer service of any of the ones I've been to and I used to say that about my favorite one up in Kenosha. This is the best fast burger in the area.Kid-friendliness: My kids absolutely love it here and they are treated like valued customers by the crew.Wheelchair accessibility: My disabled sister loves it here and it's real easy for her to navigate her walker in or the wheelchair when she just can't walk.

I have been to this location many times. I have always received exceptional service. The other day, we stopped by at lunch time and they accidentally mixed up my order and gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. I called as soon as I noticed and they asked if I had time to come back. This day I did have time. They remade my order fresh and offered me some tasty custard to take home for my trouble. They apologized multiple times. Every time I have gone to this location, they are attentive, walking around to see if I need anything, which is really helpful when I have my littles and can't leave the table to get extra napkins or ketchup. I rely appreciate how they go above and beyond to make my experience great.

Stopped by for a quick fixer upper. A previous order was not so correct and they offered a make up dinner. We had the Walleye dinner, which is winding down since the lenten season is over. It is a shame since it really is a delicious addition to their regular menu, but it is not to be. The dinner (3-piece batter dipped) was piping hot, served with fries, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans or coleslaw. Your choice of two and a roll. Everything was delicious. Senior discount, if you ask, is 5% off your total order not including specials.

Disappointed! My Mom wanted Culver's for her 70th birthday lunch. So we got Culver's for our family of 5... 1 of the kid's grilled cheese sandwiches barely had any color and the other one was just this side of burnt. Fries were almost warm, pale and still hard inside. Onion rings were underdone too. Identical burgers were missing different toppings. Idk what was going on with this location, maybe multiple cooks? New cooks? Short staffed? I've never gotten undercooked, messed up food from Culver's before. If this is the new normal, I'm finding a different location.

Service was terrible. The person taking the order seemed distracted and bothered. We had to repeat “single cheeseburger with everything” three times ( we order in restaurant). The burger we received was a double, had no cheese and one slice of onion. All four of the burgers we ordered were dry and slapped together so unevenly, the pattie’s were halfway on the bun. I won’t judge the barely warm fries, because it was a ten min drive home, but I suspect they weren’t fresh when they went in the bag. Our last few trips to Culver’s went kind of the same way. It’s very disappointing as this used to be our favorite burger place. Not sure I’ll be back for a while.

I ordered a Culver's double deluxe. What I received had ketchup up and mustard on it but no other toppings. A little mad but I was okay with that but what I'm not okay with is an undercooked patty

Friendly service, clean environment and food is cooked fresh. Very good quality. Compared to a couple others I occasionally visit this one is always top notch on cleanliness and customer service. Their Butterburgers and all food are delicious, and top notch. Cooked fresh and to order. Topings fresh. Tried 5 guys and they can't compare. Culvers pricing is very fair and reasonable for good quality food and 5 guys is very costly in comparison.

Back after a year of Covid 07-11-2021, Now time for a Pretzel Pub buger. Really great sandwich. Great place for lunch or dinner. Casual dining, great service.

Gotta give them a 4.0 star. The burger was delicious😋😋 had tomato, pickle, red onion. The fries sucked 🤷🏾. It wasnt cooked long enough. Would I come back? Its out the way. So maybe not. But if I was that way 💁🏾 then I probably would come back. Nit a combo because of the fries. But the burger 💀
