Always clean and well organized. Cashiers are pleasant and knowledgeable. Not a fan of self checkout. Not here or anywhere. Already pack your own bags . Not doing self checkout without a discount or incentive.

The store is nice and clean. The cashier I had today was rude. I used a bag to shop vs a cart as I only needed a few things (like 10 things nothing big or fragile). Cashier put my items into the cart next to her, and as I went to push it away to rebag my purchased items, she grabbed the cart pulled it back to her side and said "the cart stays here". So I bagged my stuff out of the cart and held up her line. A manager needs to talk to her or put her in the back away from customers.

Inconsistent supply issues. The Bourbonnais store first opened over two years ago to fully stocked shelves. Now I buy items when they are available no matter if I have need or not. I never know if an item will be in stock. What is with the reduced hours? Some items are cost effective but others are overpriced. I shop at Walmart for about half of my groceries. I was very impressed at the Grand Opening of the store but I’m much less impressed now. I think Aldi has tried to open too many stores at a bad time so they are struggling to stock the shelves consistently.

Found the Bread and Grapes and cheese and carrots and hamburger meat and juice. Found it all in the appropriate places. Prices seemed appropriate for the inflation too.

I found everything I needed but when checking out the cashier Sarah was very rude. I injured my leg & I was trying to push my cart out of the way & she said in a snotty attitude push your cart over here. I was thinking she could have gotten off her seat & got it herself. She also said you need to pull the paper towels out if your cart in a rude tone. I love shopping @ Aldis but this was the worst experience I had there. Makes me think twice.

very clean, great first impressions. slightly larger than the bradley store, and feels more spacious. all-gender restrooms are wheelchair and lgbtqia+ accommodating. one of them doesn't lock, tho, and i feel like an additional one added would be useful.

This store is well taken care of and is a great place for basic groceries. They don't have the biggest selection of items but everything they do have is normally as good as name brands IMHO. Their produce is much improved after they added to the building a few years ago and their special buys are always worth looking at.

The Bourbonnais Aldi is incredibly family-friendly. My daughter dropped a bag of cheese puffs on the way to the car and spilled them all over the parking lot. Mike, possibly the store manager, came out of the store, asked if we had just purchased the puffs and then went out of his way to bring us a new bag free of charge. He was very kind, as most every Aldi employee is, and he made my 3-year old so happy. Just one reason Aldi is a great place to shop.
