Overall a great experience! Took my Maltese there for a trim, bath and nail trim. They did a great job and even put on a hand made bow. Don’t believe the hype this place is just as good as any private owned joint.

Not the first time they canceled my dogs grooming appointment! Never had an issue with my dog grooming until last appointment. They were extremely busy and stuck my dog in a tiny cage! There were way too many dogs there. Stick to your appointment schedule instead of overcrowding, my dog would do just fine! Now they want a special appointment for a lot more money!

I always find everything I need here. Not only that, but the groomer trimmed my cat's nails for me today! I wish I would've gotten the lady's name, but she did an amazing job. She was fast and friendly and was very kind with my cat. Thank you!

Great place to get started if you are looking to become a good fish keeper. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do a good job at keeping the tanks clean, and there is a good selection of fish and accessories you need to get going.If you are a bit more advanced and know what you are looking for, it's also a good place to get equipment and shaping supplies.

Called to make sure they physically had an item in stock. Was told by a manager they don't perform physical stock checks per the phone prompt as they're too busy, the system shows 7 in stock. When asked to physically verify, he proceeded to tell me he's not incompetent and that the system is never off by that much. I explained that I had already visited the Naperville store that showed 6 in stock in which 0 could be found when I physically went there, in which he proceeded to tell me well that's not his store and he's not incompetent.I went in and thankfully was able to purchase what I needed. The store seemed pretty empty and there were a couple employees that didn't seem too busy to do a stock check.Incompetent or not, this manager sure needs a lesson in how to communicate and work with customers.

Completely unprofessional!! We drove about 35 minutes (with a new puppy and 6 year old) to come for a grooming appointment. I had called and spoke with them before the appointment (like an hour before) and everything was fine then. It's was our first appointment (and our last) ever with them and when we get there they told us that someone had called us to cancel (they didn't). The women seemed annoyed with us and went to the back with no explanation. She came back in front and explain someone didn't show (which I can understand) and that someone called and left a voicemail.. THEY DIDNT!! She gave a half a** fake apology and tried to reschedule. We left. As we were walking out (mind you we haven't even left the store yet) my husband just then received an email of the cancellation. Im not one to leave reviews or complain but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We will not be back, such a waste of our time. Not a good first impression at all.

Ran in about 15 minutes before close they were polite and let us find what we needed, the reason I only gave 4 stars is because some items were not scanning with the 50% off as advertised and some rabbit areas are not marked for easy finding.

This review is for the grooming service manager. She refused to give my dog grooming service because she has a defective leg. It should signal that this person just wants the easy way out. She is supposed to be running a professional grooming service and should be aware that not all animals are perfectly healthy, yet her refusal indicates she’s no better than a local 15 year old volunteering to clean your dog. The work they do under her management will reflect her lazy and carelessness personality.

Manager kept following me around the store, constantly asking if I needed help when I was trying to shop. Normally that’s fine but it’s the fact she kept coming after I said no several times. She kept walking past me, specifically like she was trying to see if I was stealing. Had to avoid her she was so annoying, I had airpods on like clearly leave me alone. I didn’t see her do this to any other shopper, and I feel that it was race based. The other shoppers were all white. Pets supplies plus has better prices anyway.

Do not step foot into this location for grooming services!!! I brought my dog here for what was supposed to be a routine nail grind. After checking me in and asking me a series of questions that ive never been asked here before, this same young male, maybe 20's, took my dog back for the nail grinding. What typically takes 10 minutes, tops, took him 30 minutes! Who I assume to be the manager, went over to him when he was done and checked his work so that tells me he was new and inexperienced. He cut her nails SO shor amd there's no doubt he snipped her wick! Since walking to my car after this service my dog has been walking with a limp on one of her legs. I called after the service to complain but the damage is done. I took her to the vet and was told to give it time but if it didnt heal on its own then she likely experienced trauma to the blood vessel. It's been 2 months amd my dog is still limping. I can't even take her for long walks like I used to. Shame on Petsmart for allowing someone so inexperienced to handle amd train on our pets! My poor dog is suffering the consequences for their negligence on a daily basis!!

Great staff. I usually order my products online then pick them up at the store. They are always ready for pickup when stated and all the correct items are in the order. When I arrive for the pickup the staff is prompt and courteous and willing to help carry my order to the car. I highly recommend the PetSmart on Weber in Bolingbrook.

They did a wonderful job grooming my old boy cat. I wish I got the wonderful person's name who worked with my boy Clyde. She did a great job. He was very very matted up but she got them out and my cranky old boy Clyde seemed to leave happier, and definitely looking a whole lot better.

My cat is a Bengal and is very picky with his food. I talked to Phil when I visited the store, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me to pick some food that is perfect for my cat breed. He was very kind and willing to spend time with me. He also directed me to a clearance shelf where I found some nice treats for my cat!I will definitely return and use this Petsmart as my go to.The manager Frankie was also very kind and helpful. He helped me to decide which water fountain I should get my cat, and whenever I have questions I know I can go to him.

Great. Had everything I needed & was looking for. Great sale items & the staff was both knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. That doesn't mean they wasted time talking too much like I (an old woman) tends to do but just that their presentation meant that they were helpful, kind & really helping you find what you you were looking for. Understanding what u were talking about. It was a very pleasant experience that didn't feel like some stores that run off like they were giving you the bums rush so to speak. The staff is very friendly. They are always out of crickets and worms for reptiles. Store is pretty clean and not overly packed. When I brought our puppy in one of the managers had a lot of great suggestions amd helped me save on items for our puppy.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to this petsmart for my first time to add new fish to my tank and I was extremely disappointed. The tanks are VERY dirty. all of the tanks look like they have not been cleaned in months. It makes me wonder if it’s safe to buy fish from here. Plus the staff was not friendly nor helpful.
