Good location and easy parking is important to me. I expect and not disappointed in the vast supply of food, treats and accessories for my pets. In my case, dog and cat. The staff is superb too, welcoming and embracing the pets that walk in to help pick out their favorite treats, and get their ears rubbed.

This store is great, Lance is always a great help with finding products then carrying out my dogs big bag of food. Just wish they did the self grooming stations here so I didn’t have to drive to Villa Park!

I've been coming here for 2 years now. There's multiple reasons I keep coming back. The number one reason is the staff. These guys are incredibly friendly. Every time I walk through the door someone's always greeting me.Something else that I really love about this place is the knowledge of the food. I've struggled with food for my dog ever since she was born. These guys helped me find the best food for my dog and I love them for it.Thank you.

They have a big selection of pet foods, but sale items are not clearly marked. I brought 2 bags of dog food to the checkout, thinking they were on sale, and both were in the wrong place on the shelf, and the sale prices indicated were not correct. That upset me.

I just purchased new Dog food and hoping Lucy likes it! It was pricey, but PSP gives coupons thru email and I saved $22.00 in coupons, Get The Truck! The Store was clean and following CDC guidelines. Employees were Great!

I have a pet supplies plus, Petco and Pet People store all equidistant from my home. Pet Supplies Plus is my go to. Lots of food, treats and extra services my dogs need for a good value. The staff is friendly and pretty quick. Seems like the cash register can be a bottleneck there, but otherwise the operation is great. I highly recommend their store.

Pretty much everything you could ever need for a pet if they lowered prices by ~20% on food and accessories I would go here more. Also, if they advertised a price match on pet food I would buy mine there because it's so convenient.

I love this store! They are always so helpful and so cheery! I have always purchased from them and since covid they are even more amazing. I use the curb side pickup and they are always friendly and quick also love the friendly postcards with my pickup. PSP rocks.

051319 initial visit purchased 4 small bags of dry kibble and some Honest Kitchen051419 out of stock051619 still out of stockI have visited this store several times in the past but sadly my last 2 visits were to purchase dog food that is on sale and they have not had the food in stock since I purchased the 4 initial bags. They no longer offer rain checks or any other options to fix the issue of being out of stock and it's not a shortage from the food company itself. I will no longer bother with this store it's not like it is close enough for it not to be a big deal, I will try the Westmont location next and they are not close to me either.

I love Pet Supplies Plus. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's a shame the store is so small that they can't offer their full line of services. But I have been told they are opening one on the west side of town that will be much larger with more of their services. Can't wait.

I get my dogs food here 2x a month. Staff is knowledgeable and always asks me what I need and has recommendations as well. They aren't pressuring you to buy the recommendations. They are super chill.The workers don't own the establishment but with how they work, you would think they do have a stake in the franchise or are family to the owner.That speaks volumes to the staff!

I came here to buy a hamster not too long ago. I saw two in a cage and asked beforehand if they would get along and if there wouldn’t be any problems and they said no because they’ve been together for a while and apparently haven’t had any complications (even though they’re nocturnal and have no way of knowing). out of no where they started fighting a little bit and I came back a couple days after and told them that we couldn’t keep one because they started getting aggressive with each other. They said they should be fine to just give them time to adapt to the new environment so we gave it a try but now they’re fighting to the point to where they’re getting hurt. I suggest doing your research and not depending on the managers/associates who work here.

Employees are always very helpful at this location and one of my favorite pet supply plus locations to go. Many prices are a little high but at the same time if you find a lower price they will price match which is a good thing. The other only downside is that stock is very limited. I usually have to buy considerable quantities of some items and have to go to more than one location to get what I need since quantity is limited.

Everyone was so kind and helpful especially as I navigate feeding my cat new and better kibbles. Cat sensitivities are no joke and the gentleman was super helpful and then I noticed as I left, he was helping a lady with her heavy kibble bags to the car. I will return. Prices are the usual for good sourced food for our fur babies.

Attempted to purchase package of dog bones and it was advertised by the dog bones - purchase one package $11.98 and buy a second package 50% off. So, I got two packages - both on one spindle. One package was bacon flavored and one package was chicken flavored. I proceeded to check out & gave them my membership info. The clerk ran up the purchase and it rang up as full price for each package. Told them what the advertised price stated & two clerks & myself went back & I showed them the pricing. Then, they went to another clerk that came up & told me that the sign only applied to the bacon flavor. I informed all that the chicken flavor was on the same hook as the others and it should be the same special pricing. Then some of the clerks went & retrieved another woman and she reiterated the same info as the other clerks and added that it was not their fault that someone placed the chicken package with the bacon packages, therefore, the price would remain as they stated. I informed them that they have just lost a customer. Some just shrugged &literally could have cared less. I am a 30 year business owner and our customers have always been our lifeline in all aspects. In essence this experience was sad at best.

I've always gave this place good reviews. But after donating a brand new cage to the shelter they are associated with here and seeing them take it and put it on the shelves to sell, i will never go back. I know they thought I left because the girl saw me and ran to the backroom. Its real shady to steal a donation and try to resell something that was already paid for once.

I really like this place. The staff was very nice. One of them helped me with fitting my pup with his booties. Which I really like by the way. The cashier was also nice and friendly. One thing I noticed on the way out is that the store has coupons for customers to use! I didn't see them when I came in but that is a real cool touch. Will look there next time I go in. Overall my visit was enjoyable. Got what I needed.

I wanted to thank Nancy and Tobi for the wonderful experience I had at their location!! I called very worried about finding the Honest Kitchen dog food because I had spoken to several competitors and they were completely out of stock (and not super helpful). Tobi was so caring and helpful on the phone and when I visited later that afternoon! Not only did they have the dog food in stock, but they cared. I hadn’t even thought to ask about price matching, but Tobi all on her own had heard me mention their competitor had a sale going on the dog food and she offered to ask her manager, Nancy, if they could price match- which they happily did for me!! What an awesome surprise! This location is definitely worth the extra drive when you are provided with such great customer service! Thank you both for caring about our four legged family member!! :)

The store is always packed with practical and necessary things for our dog. Their reward system gives us good discounts. You don't have to wait to accumulate points. Our dog loves their healthy and fresh pastries. Friendly and helpful staff. We love it!
