This is a neighborhood convenient store. Most of the customers are long time residents of this community. Most of us come here for basic needs. Spend a lot of money weekly.Every time you walk into the store they make you turn in your bag or backpack the second you walk in. Even just asking for my bag leaves a terrible taste in my mouth, as it’s basically implying that because I’m carrying a bag I am automatically going to steal. I don’t like being made to feel like a criminal just because I just got off the train from work and I still have a backpack with me.I also just recently tried to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of gift cards at Christmas time by using my debit card. The manager would not allow me to use my debit card. She said,”Maybe if it was $25, but your amount is too much for a debit card. You have to use cash because of all the scams.” Because of all the scams???? What scams? I have my I.D, and the card clearly had my name on it. It was just another case of being made to feel like a criminal, when I was just trying to shop local. I have said so many times that I would rather hop in my car and drive someplace further away just so that I don’t have to deal with that.Plus they keep hiring these young girls who are so rude. Do not greet. Do not say thank you for your purchase. Do not say,”Have a good night.” Do not understand the meaning of the term,”Customer Service.”It just overall leaves me with a feeling that is so uncomfortable that I just don’t want to shop there anymore.I’m not sure what happened in this store to make that manager so paranoid that she treats customers like criminals, but I’m not there for her trauma. I’m there to shop. But I’ll take it somewhere else from now on.

This store never opens on time. It suppose to open at 8am and doesn't open until 9am employees are in the store but has the door locked until they feel like opening the doors. Just go to another location because this store opens and closes when they want to.

Thus is actually one of my favorite stores to shop at. From the stock guys to the manager, everyone is always professional and polite! I do live some miles away, but I have no problem jumping in my car and driving that distance. Keep up the great work team!

Usually pretty stocked which is nice. However, staff needs to focus more on customer service. I was not greeted today when I was purchasing my items instead there was a full fledged conversation in a negative way between two associates about other staff members. Very inappropriate and unprofessional.

Never overly crowded except on Saturday. Fully stocked usually and totally accessible by public transportation. It's a great location with friendly ppl.

This is a neighborhood convenience store. It's like a dollar store. Except, everything isn't a dollar. You can find some decent products, gifts, clothes, shoes, detergent, batteries, lotions, soaps, and toys...etc. I think you can find some inexpensive odds and ends here. My one coffee cup maker I purchased five years ago still works.

This store is always fully staffed and stocked. A friendly customer service experience keeps me stopping in just to window shop. Family Dollar's general sales do not hurt the situation as well. 😉

Visit this family dollars location today with my wife we was racial profile today assume we was stealing however we was their to buy cat and dog food, but one of the staff was disgusting themselves by pretending to stock the shelf where the cat and dog food was, it made me and my wife feel very uncomfortable I am a security office and my wife is a certified nursing assistance, they simply racially profile us because we are African American people and white people be the main one stealing in today society.

Small tightly packed and a little disorganized. But you can find what you need and the cashiers are always pleasant. Bonus: plenty of parking around the building.
