I frequently go here to shop. Service is usually great but today I was met with a lot of terrible customer service. Since there isn't a direct email or person to speak with I figure I'd share here.When I went to check out, the light for lane 1 was on and 3 was off and each had 2 customers in line. I walked to lane 1 due to the light being on indicating "open". Upon me walking up the cashier shut off her light quickly and said she was closed and laughed. I told her this was not funny in fact that was petty and rude to do especially whenyousimplycouldhave indicatedthat prior to me arriving. You made a mistake not me. I went to the lane without a light to stand in line with my 2 items. While waiting the previous cashier spoke rudely about me to another customer and yelled I don't get paid enough to figure people out. Both the other employee and myself heard this. Once I got to the front I politely asked the lady finally ringing me out to cut her light on so no further confusion happens surrounding who customers go to. She agreed and continued on without putting a light on indicating she was open. This group tonight was super lazy and rude. I'm disappointed.

This is my favorite dollar tree location by far. The employees are all super helpful and friendly. I always stop and talk to any one of the employees when I see them.

Nice store very clean and organized. Excellent customer service, the cashier was very helpful and patient with the customer. He kept a smile on his face the whole time. I did not get his name but if corporate is looking at the reviews. I just left the store so you should be able to know who was the cashier on the morning shift today. He wasn't just nice to me. He was nice to everyone in the store. I very rarely see cashiers in your stores with this type of attitude. So, he deserves to be promoted and be able to train other staff on how customers need to be treated. Kutos to him!!!

The store itself is beautiful and always stocked. Depending on the day as I shop here 2-3x p/week spending no less than $50 each visit; the employees are rude and need to be better trained.

One of my favorite Dollar Trees! The employees are great and this location has a cart return. The only drawback I can see is the entrance/exit doors aren't automatic and it is more difficult to enter the parking lot compared to some of the others in the area. I love the selection here too. I recommend the location.

I was excited that dollar tree literally opened 2 minutes away. I don't drive so blessing. Also they are stocked very well and so far my experience has been pleasant, get in ,get out, easy‼️🎊 update: nope!! Turning out to be like the others. Long lines back to the freezers , one cashier. It happens more than it ever should.

Without a Shadow of doubt, this is the cleanest, most organized, and just overall well-run Dollar tree that I have ever gone to as a customer. High praise for the staff for the job they do and keeping that store looking great and allowing people to get in and out quickly well finding the things they were looking for even for first time shopper and this Dollar tree like I was.

Disappointed. Don’t expect to find things that you normally find at other Dollar Tree stores. They don’t have the most common and basic items you expect to find at any other dollar tree. This one seems empty and under stocked. Isles are half empty. It sucks that I live close by but I have to drive to the one near calumet or Crestwood to know I will for sure find what I need. They need to stock this store up and be consistent in the items they have

Although the store is clean; the Mexican girl with green hair and glasses is rude and unprofessional. She tried to make me wait for balloons while she rang up other customers. Meanwhile I was THE FIRST ONE IN LINE. The manager that starts with a V; is just as rude and unprofessional as her staff. Does not make sense to be that rude at 8:15 in the morning on 10/27/21. I’m sick of people not wanting to do their job in customer service when that’s what they applied for and should be doing. EITHER BE PROFESSIONAL OR QUIT.

This was in a high-end area, but it was the worst stocked and unkempt Dollar Tree I have ever been in. But they did have multiple, fast cashiers. And the guests were very polite.

Always find good items at certain dollar trees 😉 that don't cost a dollar at other store. Today I got a very needed ironwear booney hat , men's Vaseline , sheer panty holes, men's face wipes and a great beard mask my boyfriend loves .

Dollar Tree is a marvelous place to shop. Everything thing is a dollar. Also the sales clerk's are very polite. When you walk in the store it is always clean ☺️

This is a very nice location. They have really great products for only $1. You can't beat it. The staff is very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend this Dollar Tree.

Some of the locations are like dangerous hidden treasures. It's dangerous because everything is $1.25.. leave out spending $125!!!Hidden treasures because they have nice items..esp for the holidays.
