I give the staff 4 stars. They are friendly and do their best to keep up. The company would get 0 stars if I could give that score. Like others have pointed out, they are always understaffed, have a long line at all hours in the drive-thru, and I regularly find my medication has not been filed on time due to understaffing. Why go back? It is the most conveniently located pharmacy for me by a long shot.As of today, I quit with Walgreens at this location. I refuse to go back. I hate having to see if there is another company my insurance likes, but that is my mission. If Amazon Pharmacy is a good fit for me, I am moving completely away from Walgreens forever.

Very disappointed by the lack of personalized care at this specific location. My recent experience highlighted a concerning lack of attention to individual customer needs. The lack of concern and personalized assistance inconvenienced me significantly. It's crucial for a pharmacy to provide tailored care, and unfortunately, that was sorely missing. Hoping for an improvement in customer-centric service in the future. Would rather go without medication then to ever be serviced at this pharmacy!!!

The pharmacy here is chronically understaffed and struggles to bill correctly. Now I'm sitting on hold for 30+ minutes to get this corrected. Perhaps Walgreens needs to pay their pharmacy staff more to attract and retain employees, because the current situation is unacceptable.

Conveniently located just off Main and Center Streets in Bloomington. Pharmacy staff has always been nice to us. Lots of options if you just need something quick and not wanting to bother with a big box store. From over the counter medicine, snacks and drinks, some dairy, gift and greeting cards, household cleaning products, etc.. Plenty of parking and a Red Box out front.

I love the customer service here. They’re always so kind. Specifically staff member Faye. Love her. During the time everyone is sick at the same time, there are long wait times for meds to be filled and when you pick them up. If your prescriptions get sent to them after a certain time they may say they cannot fill it. When I really needed a medication due to illness, they did help me out and get it filled right away. Sometimes they cannot do that though. They handle a lot of difficult customers and I applaud them for that.

I have had nothing but great service in this store. The staff is pleasant and the pharmacy does the best they can under stressful circumstances. I have had to wait sometimes but I have never seen any of the staff just standing around. They are always rushing but never make me feel rushed. Great store.

What is the deal with this place? Worst pharmacy in town. Fifty people in line inside and 20 cars in drive thru. Close, if you can't employ enough people to do the work.

The Walgreens app and refill process could use some work, however the staff at this specific Walgreens pharmacy have always been incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. I continue to refill at this location because of the kindness of the pharmacy staff.

My dr sent a prescription over to this location. I went to pick it up and was told that it would be an hour and a 1/2 to pick it up. I went home and approximately 3 hours later my spouse went to pick it up. When she got there it was not ready and she was told that they didn’t have it in stock. We live 30 minutes drive away from this pharmacy. The medication I was prescribed needed to be taken today or another course of medication would be needed.THE PHARMACY DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL AND TELL ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MEDICATION IN STOCK.I would avoid this irresponsible pharmacy at all costs. This experience has caused a waste of time and money and I will need to see my doctor again for a new prescription.Ironically the call system announced that it was Pharmacist Appreciation Month. Well I certainly do not appreciate how portly this pharmacy is run.On a somewhat related note the landscaping at this location is always dead and looks like the place is abandoned. It’s clear that Walgreens does not have high standards for the management.

I wait 40minutes in line and at 530pm I get told my prescription won't be ready since they close at 6pm. Then I'm told well we can transfer your prescription to another walgreens and I ask which one will it be and I'm told "oh you won't be able to get it anywhere tonight" their sign says the closest 24hr pharmacy is in Peoria. This is just wrong and the worst service and I needed my medication because I'm having trouble breathing and have been waiting for several hours fo pick it up. Walgreens get some more staff hired please!

Do not use the pharmacy here. It'll take you a good 40 minutes just to get one prescription and they'll tell you they don't have a prescription for you then, after you pull up your account on your phone to show them, they miraculously find the prescription. A drive-thru is supposed to be more efficient and fast, not here!

This Walgreens is better run than any of the others in Bloomington/Normal. I was using a different store and always had to wait for about an hour every time I got a refill on my meds. I was able to transfer my prescriptions and get them filled in less than 15 minutes. Great job!

Dropped my sisters prescription off this morning...Came back after 6pm to pick up.I was told by the pharmacy tech that Walgreens no longer did contract with my sisters insurance so she would have to pay out of pocket for it. What I'm not understanding is why this wasn't communicated earlier. A simple phone call would've been nice & saved me time. Had to rush to Jewel Osco to get script in before they closed.Which I could've just did earlier if someone had called us.This was beyond unprofessional & shows that the staff don't care!

Slowest pharmacy I have ever seen. Their concept of time is off. If they tell you 45 minutes be prepared to wait 2 1/2 hours.

Worst pharmacy in town. They say they will have your prescription ready on a certain time and day, and it’s never ready until days later. Don’t tell me you’ll have my prescription ready tomorrow if it’s not going to be ready for two more days. Some people NEED there meds when they schedule to have them filled.

Was told 30 min for my daughter's prescription after I waited in line for 30 min. Called before I went back up there and was told they would get it ready right now and to head up there. When I got there I was told it wasn't ready and the pharmacist was on lunch so there was nothing they could do!! Horrible service!!

I like Walgreens. Lot to look at to check for new items that may not be everywhere. Most helpful are the pharmacy staff. They are very busy, most of the time, but they will help you if they can.

Use this pharmacy if you want to wait atleast 4 hours for the scrip to be filled and then atleast 30 min in line to get it regardless if you're in drive thru or insideAtleast the staff are always very kind but it's so understaffed and i blame walgreens management for that not the struggling staff

Not once but twice now I've had a pharmacist tell me my script was ready only to go there and be told it wasent. Not only that but twice they've also told me to come back WHEN THEYRE CLOSED. This pharmacy is rediculous.

This is my FAVORITE store! Always a very pleasant staff and polite and helpful! The one on Emerson has rude staff, I avoid that one like the plague! Keep up the good work!!
