Its Springtime (my excuse to purchase new rainboots) I found a lovely floral pair for myself, unicorns & rainbows for the girl and green dinos with black bottoms for the boy-all for under $55. The best part, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the store, everything was organized, and Rose was such a delight and sooo sweet. So happy, this store popped up during my google search for Rainboots.

Went to Tractor Supply today to grab a few things. Upon arriving they were fairly slow. Only 2 other vehicles in the parking lot. We decided to check out the baby chicks. The ducks, turkeys and chicks were all in filth and had not been cleaned. The ducks had no water at all. The turkeys were sitting there pecking each others butts to where they were bloody and one had passed away. We notified the cashier as there were NO OTHER WORKERS ON THE FLOOR! When I asked her if there was anyone else working, she walked right by me and said oh they are all in the back as if it was no big deal. Places like this should not be allowed to have these birds in their facility if the are not willing to do proper training on how to take care of them until they are sold! We will no longer visit this location and will continue to do our business at the Pekin location where they take care of the yard birds properly!

Do not buy their ridgecut boots. Yes they are very comfortable but the souls rip off very easy. I bought one pair and had it happen to me. Went back and bought a second pair but different model and the complete soul came off in less then 4 month. Went in today to speak with the manager and she was very helpful putting me in contact with the main office. That gentleman was very helpful and explained to me that there was a 100%. Customer satisfaction and both pairs could be replaced at no cost.But the store manager would not do it in person.

Competitive pricing on diesel oil. Had large supply too.I needed 20gal of oil. I called in to see if they had and the phone was answered right away. She was very pleasant and offered to gather my oil for me to which I obliged. I arrived and was dealt with quickly and kindly. One of the employees graciously offered to help load my vehicle up as well.Good people. Good pricing. Good supply. I'd recommend this place to location to anybody

I have been shopping for a log splitter for several weeks. I have looked at all the major retail stores. The level of incompetency among the store workers was astounding. I could not find one person with any knowledge of the product and even worse, they simply did not want to help me find the answers. I would hear things like " I have no idea" ---"this isn't my department" --- " No, we cannot sell you the floor model" -- It would seem to me that the number one goal that these stores should have, is for me to go home with the product they are selling, but that just wasn't the case ... until I met Laura at the Bloomington, Illinois TSC... she was amazing! she provided answers to my questions and when an issue arose, she reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf, and got me the answers I needed. She took care of every detail with courtesy and professionalism. As you can imagine, that log splitter went home with me... Thank you, Laura, for a great experience, you are head and shoulders above your competition...

Store does not honor company return policy on chickens. Do not buy from here if you want birds that will survive. Store associates pick your chicks from behind fenced area and you get what you get, weak, trampled, etc. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place is not contractor friendly. I had one who needed propane to keep the heat in the camper going because he is working from out of state and hotels have become expensive.As a result, the employee proceeded to ask, “Why don’t you buy a real house?” or “Why don’t you stay at a hotel?”.This person had explained prior that he’s a contractor from out of town. Needless to say, it was not that employees place to ask those questions let alone deliver that type of service.I would avoid this location if you’re not in the mood to deal with below average service which is pretty poor as is.

Prices kind of high on some things. However they have good feed for our rabbits. And have bought lots of supplies for them from there. Nice they always say hello when you walk in. And usually employees very willing to help if you need.

We love Tractor Supply! We buy all our pet stuff there....they also have great seeds for flowers or veggies, lawn care, tools, chicken coops, chick etc in season, fencing and animal enclosures, they also have great clothing and boots for work and play....great quality for great prices! Check it out, they are everywhere!!!🤠

Store is always clean, staff is super friendly. I've never been in there and been treated poorly. Usually has a great selection, and they're always helpful.

Have had good and bad experiences the couple times ive been here. Had outstanding service with an employee here once getting a propane tank refilled here. But also had a time where staff was very rude and not very helpful when locating something i needed.

They have the odd ball things you need. But more than likely you will need to head over to the other local farm store to get everything you need. Main reason for a 4 over a 5 is because its always hard to find someone to help you, as there is limited staff members. I understand you cant have people standing around but its not good busn when no one is around to help.

Being female Im not real savvy on automotive things. I found a gentleman who explained what exactly i needed, how to use the product and he actually pointed me to a cheaper product that worked just as good. Thank you for great service!!😃

Actually my experience at this particular Tractor Supply store has been good. It is the Tractor Supply company itself that I am having a problem with. I purchased a lawn mower lift at this store a couple of years ago. The lift worked as designed until recently when the hydraulic bottle jack started leaking profusely. Of course there was only a 90 day warranty. A call to the lift manufacturer revealed that the jack was not repairable and that the only solution was to buy a new bottle jack. The kicker was that no replacement bottle jacks were available for another two months! A stop at a local Hydraulic repair place confirmed that the bottle jack was not repairable, nor replaceable with another similar jack from any manufacturer. I am not in the habit of writing reviews about a product unless I feel passionately one way or the other about the product. However, i felt others needed to know the poor quality of the product and customer support was for this product. At this point I am still a loyal TS customer. However, my review of the lift on the TS website was rejected due to "contains inappropriate content" and "mentions the specific price". I did state the cost of the replacement part. I also stated the country of origin for the part, thinking that could be the only possible thing i stated that was inappropriate. So I rewrote and resubmitted the review for the lift w/o naming the country of origin or the replacement part cost. This time it was rejected for "is vague or needs more detail"! Are you kidding me? I am now convinced that an honest review about a TS retail item is not appreciated nor wanted by the moderator of TS reviews. Is this a way for TS to elevate sales by censoring out all negative reviews for the products they sell? This runaround by TS by rejecting honest and what i am thinking is a helpful review about a product has turned me away from being a customer at TS.

The people at the store are not that knowledgeable the products they care and their customer service is way down at the bottom of the list it basically wanted to tell you the products are in that area of the store you go find them and if you find them you could come and bring them up and they'll bring you out at their convenience
