Seth did an awesome job 👏 We replaced our furnace last fall with Summers and Seth did the installation. We were very satisfied from start to finish. He was prompt, answered all our questions, and we did not hesitate to replace our air conditioning unit this week. We were glad to see Seth again who gave us the same great service. We would highly recommend Summers. Also big shout out to Tony who did the maintenance on our air conditioner and also gave us great service and recommendations.

The best service hands down! Zachary was at my house within 45 minutes of me placing the call. He looked everything over and throughly explained everything to me every step of the way. His coworker, Justin, came to help and was very nice and knowledgeable too! They solved the problem and fixed it within no time. Summers plumbing heating and cooling installed my central air and my hot water heater. When they were installing my central air, they found that my hot water heater was getting ready to blow. That was a blessing. Well they came to check on the hot water heater, one of the technicians told me that there may be some issues with my dryer. My dryer have an overheating and filling my basement with smoke. That technician save my life. That was a severe blessing. I like them because they go over and beyond. They don't stop until the job is done right. Best thing I ever did this year.

From the second he walked in, I knew I had called a great company. He knew how to talk and let the dog smell him and he was so sweet. I looked at the water heater, checked how old it is and gave me quotes for replacing it or fixing it. We had our first scheduled maintenance appointment and had Zach as our technician! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions which included informing us of things of priority versus things that could wait down the line. He did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot and left us a detailed inspection report for us to look over. We would definitely recommend Zach and his team to others!

I can't express how greatful we are to Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Tony did a wonderful job. He came out after hours when it was below 0 outside to fix our heating system. I have small children in the home so we really needed the heat on. He was friendly and fixed it no time. Misty was the best technician/heating and cooling Engineer. She went over the problems that were encountered and showed me how she resolved them. It appears that when my unit was installed about 5 years ago that the installation team from another company did not perform their work up to par and I will remember that "Bratcher", there was a leak that seems to have occurred at that time. I recommend Summers and Misty, hope you are lucky enough to get her but I assume all the technicians are great....Thanks,Jack

Very polite, friendly, and thorough. This is out HVAC company from now on. We had them in spring for air conditioner and furnace previously. Today it was to check plumming. Found a couple potential problems, that will need addressing in the future. No high pressure, just information. This was part of their annual service plan which is an even better deal. Kirk did an awesome job explaining any issues I may have with my heating and cooling as well as effective and AFFORDABLE ways of resolving those issues. He was very forthcoming with information regarding possible risks of not replacing appliances and alternative options to maximize my use of furnace and air conditioning unit. Just in informal conversation, we came to find out that he is also personal friends with other members of my family which shows how much he just shines as a person.
