Shout out to the employees at this location for hustling on Thanksgiving morning. Even though mobile orders were backed up an hour and the app doesn't show that, they continued to work diligently to get everyone's orders.

I pulled up behind 10 cars waiting to place their orders. I fully expected to be there a good 20 minutes. Can you believe I was in and out of there with my order in less than 10 minutes? The service here is FAST, probably the fastest Starbucks drive-through I’ve ever been in. Ever. My order was spot on, and the service was very friendly. 10/10.

I was in the drive through line to be served. I am aware that I was cutting it decently close with time and it is christmas, however I got in line at around 1:55 and they close at 2. I was aware that I might not get served. HOWEVER for the employee to come out and look at the vehicles outside, then go back and cut off the line in front of me was extremely disrespectful. Considering I SAW HIM outside, it wouldn’t have been difficult to say something instead of keeping me waiting and WASTING my time outside waiting in line. Two of us were out there it’s not difficult to tell two cars they will not be getting served. Truly disappointed.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks es. They are super nice, efficient, and polite. The lobby and bathroom are always immaculate. The lighting is slightly dim, but that's perfect for an afternoon out. I love grabbing coffee and snacks here on my long drive back to work. Thanks guys and gals, you rock!

For my first time going to Starbucks I would say that I was pretty happy, I got a caramel frappe. While I've had the ones in glass bottles u can get from the store. Nothing beats one from the actual place itself! It honestly tastes a lot different.. love it! Was a little confused though because I've never been there before so I was just kind waiting for my order and didn't know when it would be ready. 😅

Service was incredibly slow. After a wait for over 25 minutes for a chocolate chip cookie and a oatmeal. We politely asked if our order was coming up. We were met with a combative employee, stating your order will be out soon it's a "sunday." When brought to the management on duty "Jay," we compliment his skills in handling the situation. I would say if every Sunday morning is busy. I would have more staff on duty to help handle the rush.

The staff are always great. I'm greeted with a hello and a smile always and am made to feel welcomed. The only issue (if you can really call it that) is more or less a personal gripe. The process of making my drink of choice, Venti soy white chocolate mocha hot with no whip add caramel drizzle, leaves so much foam that when it settles, the cup is only just over 3/4 full. However, that isn't the store's fault. It's that way just about everywhere. I'd just like a full cup because it's delicious!😉

I stopped by this Starbucks location thru my drive towards I-55 Northbound and this is my first time on this location Bloomington September 15,2018 at 6:52am. I have purchase Starbucks coffee for so many years at even the most busiest day I always get my order right, as I went back to I-55 I ask my husband to check my coffee a Pumpkin latte shouldn't be too hot and liquidy as he open the lid it was just plain coffee I contact the store immediately I had an appointment 2hrs away and I could not got back for my order to make short story I had spoken to two store managers and as promised to fail on my purchase order of a pumpkin latte I would receive a starbucks gift card. I told them I can send receipt if they like. I love Starbucks and I am very disappointed of how nothing has arrived at my mail. Is already October 18,2018. Customer service is totally not your priority. I do plan to contact corporate office about this matter not for the coffee but because your quality of coffee should reflect on customer service as well, like other locations. Contacting you more than 5 times doesn't show patience and time?.I really don't think you are more busy that a downtown Chicago Starbuck's location.

Service is always friendly and drinks are always on point. Location is horrible though as people are always driving into the parking lot the wrong way and blocking the street. They really need to move across the street by the gas station where there is so much more room for a perfect building parking and traffic flow.

First of all, the staff is phenomenal, great demeanor, attentive and customer oriented. Great and convenient location, very convenient on the weekends which makes the waiting extremely long. It took over 18 minutes to get my latte ready.

Clean, bathrooms are nice. Employees are friendly and even asked me while making it just how I wanted (because they were unsure exactly). I appreciated that and ended up having the best coffee I've ever had at a Starbucks!The seating is also nice with a variety of chairs and tables available. This location also has a drive through.

I wanted Starbucks so I drove to this one.. I haven't been in the area for about 2 and a 1/2 years so I forgot that there was 1 down the street and I should have I just used Google to find locations and went to that one. Service was slow and it was not packed. I felt like I wasted my money, a gas station coffee would have been just as good. Very small parking lot. Starbucks corporation should be ashamed.

My family and I were passing through on a road trip so we had a big order. The staff was super nice and our drinks are delicious. The lady who made my sister's oatmilk honey latte put salt on it (which is supposed to be on it but never happens, except for this time!).

We haven’t been to this location before and we’re tired from traveling. Tracy and the drive-thu staff were so friendly and fun. There was a long line, but it went by quickly despite the staff connecting with each customer. Very positive experience. Thank you!

i typically have a good experience at this location. wait times can be long, but that’s expected. this morning i got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it had white chunks in it. gross. i’m not sure if that’s normal or if something was expired or if one of the ingredients just reacted weird when mixed together. i didn’t drink it though. kinda disappointed because i got a venti and didn’t get to drink it. it even looked gross when she handed it to me. i shoulda said something but i was on my way to work so had to hurry.

The parking lot is small and the drive thru line has limited space, but the baristas work quickly and efficiently to keep the line moving. They are polite and always get my order correct.

Went to this location, due to its proximity to the highway. We got our usual drinks we get, and the drinks were made well. However, ordering them was a chore! We went in to order and the lady at the cash register was very rude to my girlfriend. Laughing at her questions, and randomly blurting our “I can’t hear you!” My girlfriend tried to give her, her partner numbers and she replied, snootily, “I was asking for the order name!” Just a generally very angry lady! Hope the rest of the staff is not like her, but she botched any good faith we had on returning to this location when we come here for family. Drinks were good and made quick otherwise.
