Used to love shopping here but won't be returning...tired of one lane being open and having to bag a cart full of groceries myself. The last straw was was when on the rare occasion I did have someone start bagging my groceries the customer service manager sent them away to do something else. When I asked why she would do that she just shrugged her shoulders. Meanwhile I'm left to bag my cart full again while there are two people behind the customer service desk chit chatting and not helping out. Tired of being treated like an employee and not a customer.

Rude cashier attendant at self checkout today. There was no line, 6 open registers, I walk up and she tells me self check out is for 10 or less items and I would need to get in the other line. I had 12 items. Seriously?? Not customer friendly at all. Won't be going back. Too many other grocery store options with friendly staff and happy to have my business.

I like schnucks. Its fine. I shop here for my mom because shes a fan of schnucks but doesnt drive anymore...but I am so confused why their self check out only allows 10 items...craziness to wait in a huge line when there's only one cashier and then to glance over to self check out section and see no customers. Not very convenient. I had 14 items..just doesn't make sense. Other than that, found everything easy and quick and the guy checking me out was friendly

"I'll let you slide this time but next time you can't use these registers". Only one manned register open with a line of six people waiting and this is what I am told at the self checkout. As of February this year you are going to be scolded for going through the self checkouts with more than 10 items. TEN. So not only was I already going to check out my own items but then I get scolded by the self checkout monitor on a power trip. We had maybe 15 items in total and there were still at least four open self check sections. The look she gave us and the attitude that she presented this innovative change was enough for me to say forget this store in my normal rotation. The quality here was already on the decline forcing me to double check dates on perishables constantly but seeing sections like the Deli becomes a ghost town with no employees and now even a bare minimum of selections. At the end of the day I would have continued to give them some business but NEVER would I ever allow someone to talk to me with attitude like that like they are doing me a favor letting me spend my money with them... Over FIVE items over this brilliant new item limit in the SELF checkout lane.

I do enjoy Schnucks. I grew up with them in the STL area and this location has become a favorite. I like the bakery (gotta try the single serving Red Velvet cake and German Chocolate cake) and the CVS in-store. Makes for a nice 1-stop shop.

As long as you watch for deals, it's a great place to shop. Also, they consistently have 7% cash back through Upside.

I was trying to buy a product at their store and I wanted to do part of the$$ on 1 card and the other part on other card. The black haired female with glasses . She had 1 card run thru and she screwed that up by taking that Amt n more off the card. Then she tried to put it back on and it wouldn't do it so I got cash for it. Then tried to pay 6.00 on it and it declined. I said: this is just pointless. FIND PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB OR FIRE THEM!

I really used to enjoy shopping here, however they have gotten really bad over the last year. Deli and butcher are almost always close much sooner than advertised hours. This is a plus as when they are open the service and products are terrible. This area of the store typically has a bad oder. The bakery has become pretty much prepackaged products. I have found many items in the cheese and dairy that have been weeks out of date. Typically can never find anyone for assistance. The checkout experience usually isn't bad. I've attempted calling to talk to a manager and have tried calling Schnucks customer service, neither have been helpful. Even further Schnucks customer service did not call back.

You have to really watch the dates on the food so I don't shop here as often as I used to.I ordered a cake for my sons birthday. The woman at the counter told me she spelled my son's name wrong and had to scrape off the mistake because she didn't want to make the cake over. This would have been fine except she left blue smeared into the white icing all over and left a hole. It looked really bad. We got a pudding filled cake and it had a very weird artificial taste. We did not like it.. I won't be getting a cake here again for sure.

I cant tell you how many times i go to get the $20 bundle, get all the way to check out to be told that i cant buy the item because of the sell by date. Then i have to go the way back to the meat section to try and find something else---PLEASE FIX THIS- But thank you for providing patrons the $20 meat bundle.

Fresh fried chicken at deli very good. Wide range of choices and price ranges on shelf. Staff is nice and helpful.Since using the app I have really streamlined my shopping. Prices are insane for name brand but I have found store brand has amazing quality that matches or betters any name brand.

I recently discovered they will cook seafood made to order right there in the store! I've been going often for the fresh salmon. It only takes 10 minutes to cook, and can go home and have a healthy meal without my place smelling like fish! It doesn't cost extra. The salmon turns out amazing every time. They put garlic butter on it also. Such friendly staff and I will keep going back.

This place has always been good to me. The seafood people know their stuff. Have gotten wonderful advice for them on cooking shrimp and other items. Never met anybody so caring and knowledgeable. They have enough sales on rotation that you can always get a good deal. I like their frozen vegetables and some of their Frozen specialty items. A great place to shop. I asked the produce employee about tomatoes and got a good bit of Knowledge from him. Just that Pleasant attitude makes it nice.

They did not removed the expired dark chocolates from the shelf in their store because of which I accidentally brought 2 dark chocolates which were expire on dec 2022 around jan 1st week of 2023 . If I fall sick because of this i’m going to take serious action on them.

Some awesome deals and light traffic in the store fairly easy in and out. Love the new shopping carts and upgrades they have done to the store. Majorly needed a face lift and upgrade great job! Great deli and chicken.

Great store, coming here since 1996. Excellent produce, always fresh good quality. Meats are great also, love to have them to cut me a center cut filet, melts in your mouth so tender. Also use their Pharmacy, great people, friendly, helpful. Store clean and nice, Overall top notch, love Schnucks. Socially conscientious too.

Awesome deli. If you like Boars Head lunch meats, this is the place to go. Excellent staff, will let you try something new so you can decide before having to buy. Great produce selection. For when you want to get something sweet their bakery has many choices!
