We had a last minute issue with our new stove installation. The valve broke off to the gas line. Root-Rooter was able to accommodate us the same day and get someone out to repair. Communication was great and they gave me a call an hour prior to arrival. Techs were professional and polite. I had some questions afterward and received a call from Brian who was very helpful in resolving my concern. We would absolutely use them again if needed and highly recommend

The first time they came out to fix my sump pump I just needed the pipes to be reconnected. There was a mention of replacing the check valve with no explanation as to why so I told them no. I had originally given them a low rating due to poor communication. I did get a call and there was much better communication and they came out and changed that the check valve explaining that it needed to be up to code.

I would recommend Rotor Rooter to anyone that needs fast help with their plumbing issues. I have never had such an amazing experience as I did with the folks from Rotor Rooter. Of course, when disaster strikes, it happens after normal business hours. We discovered a sewage back up in both our downstairs basement drain and bathroom shower. I called the 24-hour phone service and within an hour, two technicians were there, and within 5 minutes, the drain that leads from the street into our house was completely blocked and they were able to open it right up! Very courteous and helpful staff. Thank you all so much!

Office staff was extremely unprofessional. I set up a time for them to come out. I called when they didn't show up and they said I wasn't on the books. Said she would check and call me right back. She did not. I called again and was sent to voicemail more than once! Finally got ahold of a different lady who was nicer. Explained the situation again and she got it straightened out. When they did make it out, they did a great job! But definitely didn't appreciate being lied to and sent to voicemail!

Zach and the team (4 fantastic guys) cleaned out what a competitor couldn't after the competitor supposedly cleaned out in two tries. Zach and the team determined the root (no pun intended) of the problem with the roots continuously getting into the clay pipe. Do I like the amount of money it's going to cost me to repair?? Nope. Although once the sewage line on my property is fixed, I should never have a sewage back up due to the roots again.These guys were scheduled to come yesterday 4-6pm. I was their last stop of the day. They arrived at 7:30pm and did an amazing job and took extra time to make sure the line was clean despite having been working since 5:30am. They also cleaned up after themselves including the yuck the competition left earlier that day.I'm so hopeful that the line repair on Tuesday is as fabulous of an experience as this was! Thanks Zach and team!!!

Claims here that they do commercial work. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with their receptionist providing information to her, as sewage was backing up into our office, only to be told that our company had not been pre-approved to do business with them and they'd have someone call me in 1-2 days to get the process started. Called Hill & Hill Plumbing and they had someone over quicker than it took me to talk to Roto-Rooters receptionist.

We were scheduled at the end of their work day and previous appointments ran over, making them late. Still, they graciously came at 6, including the field manager, and they ran a camera down the pipe at no extra charge. They found the problem that had likely been affecting us for 5 years or more, ever since we first had septic people come, pump out the septic tank, and drill out roots.The pipes are running now, and the final repairs are scheduled and should take care of things for years to come.(I only gave 4 stars because of their lateness. I am fully satisfied with the service they provided and recognize that the late arrival was because they were providing good and thorough service to their other customers.)

They even tightened up the connector under my sink as there was a leak. I’m grateful they were able to come out on a Sunday. They live 1.5 hours away from my service area. Store manager called me and gave an ETA of 45 minutes and the driver showed up on time and solve our problem very quickly. The quick fix seemed a little expensive, but I have never had this problem before and am happy it’s fixed. Thank you, thank you! One week before Christmas and the washing machine drain pipe is not only spewing out the top like a geyser and all over the floor, it’s backing up in the kitchen sinks all the stuff I put down the garbage disposal yesterday! 😳 Scott, the Service Mgr., arranged to have Dillon here within an hour. He confirmed the problem, assessed the options to obtain a remedy and presented them to me, we discussed them, and within another hour, he had completed the job, with a 6- month guarantee. Yay!! Thank you, Dillon. Scott, get him a hero cape, please!

Great worker , great information, keept me in the loop of the diagnostic and the follow up repair , seemed to fixed the problem temperarly waiting on follow up which I have we could not reach at time of inspection for a follow up camera check untill then I'll be waiting. Through and through rooter rooter came through again.

I had an appointment and they never showed up, no call, no email. I called and the person I talked seemed confused and apologized. I thought I would give them another chance to redeem themselves from the experience I had last year. They did get one of the drains unclogged but it cost much more than expected. Very disappointing! Don't even want to give this 1 star. So had a tech come out his name was Gary drzewicki said I needed a new thermo coupler he said he replaced it and now he couldn't get a pilot lite said I needed a whole new unit said if he did the work they wouldn't charge me for thermo coupler he just put in well I told him i couldn't afford it right now so we talked for a few more mins and says hay since I couldn't fix it no charge and leaves so I went and checked to see for myself he never changed anything like he said just tried to get me to buy a new one for $2600 I called and complained and the Manger said Gary told him my father showed up to my house and we decided not to get it fix and try doin it are selfs well my front camera shows him being the only one at my house that day not my dad and my inside camera caught him saying that he would not charge me for the new part but I have proof its still the old one he never changed be careful who you hire even if it's a 5 star company stay and hover over them cause they just tried to scam me and the Manger is sticking up for him saying it was miss communication well my camera dident miss communicate nothing.

After about 10 minutes of hand work I was able to level out the dirt around the pipe to see how close it was to my existing yard grade and the top cap is about 1.5 to 2 feet below the yard grade. I am pretty sure this needs to be raised so the pipe can be found again for a clean out.

My husband hired this company to come out and fix a leaking toilet. They drained it, replaced some rubber pieces and pipe from the wall to the toilet, then refilled it. They charged us $439. It took less than an hour for them. They did come out in a very good time frame. But to replace several rubber pieces and a metal pipe it is bizarre to me that it costs that much.Service: Toilet repair
