Truckers if u need groceries across the street lupitas Hispanic whatever it's called has fruit desserts real food and meat market and hand sanitizer not so much on hygiene products but food and sodas and fruits and can goods and frozen fridge area for frozen food

It's a nice place to stop, If you are truck driver and need fuel or to use the lavatory. As far as I could tell the staff was really nice and freindly. As for truck parking, well it's limited here, more of a place for get and go service. But on the plus side, there's a nice little space there to take your pets for a walk and to you know do there thing. If there is no room to park here, there is a TA across the street. There is ample truck parking there.

Truckers, pay attention to all of the recent reviews. Showers need some major attention. Black mold throughout the shower and there's also water spots everywhere which leads me to believe that it wasn't properly clean. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable showering here but to each there on, see images attached. This review is as of 5/10/23.

No one working there that can run a register apparently. They have changed the store to self checkout. Normally I prefer to self checkout but today I'm tired just woke up as we stopped for gas. A security guard that talks about other employees and drugs the whole time as the other guy that works there for no reason I guess because he couldn't help me with anything and didn't know anything about the store or what the self checkout was or wasn't charging me for. As I was asking him for help he got an attitude and started acting tuff and in a threatening manner. I don't like having to deal with an attitude like that at 2 AM and I really don't like having to work without getting paid for it with a guy working getting paid that can't help you. Go back to having cashier's. I don't plan on ever stopping at this Pilot location again. You can get better service anywhere at this point.

Self checkout in a truck stop? Where is the customer service not here. Bathrooms still dirty. Remodel not done. Previous cashier's were awesome. Time to find a new truck stop and drop pilot in all states of travel. It only takes one to ruin the pot.

Million dollar upgrade, so fancy, self checkout, employees doing nothing but sitting around, pee on the floor in newly remodelex restrooms, items inside are more expensive than other gas stations, gas is the same price as other gas stations. No customer service, this place is the last place I'll go for gas and snacks! Not impressed, will avoid going back here in the future!

Self checkout at a truck stop. What a joke. Instead of hiring cashiers they pay people to talk about drugs and other employees. They don’t want to help anyone and are rude. Where’s the service at? Not here. No more stopping at Pilot here or anywhere.

Always I have great experience in any Pilot branch. Yesterday was different, It wasn’t by fault of any pilot workers. It was for a dumb driver, who parked the truck on the scale, while he was taken a breakfast at the Wendy restaurant. By fault of these guy I wasted the exact 30 minute window to get on time to the delivery location. This guy lack of common sense.

😡🤬 Just left there with some pizza. STILL RAW.. Come on what about food poisoning????????? Need to be darn sure ya'll food is cooked. My husband is a trucker so we started eating after leaving. Better be careful with not cooking food all the way. Other than that it was just ok. Disappointed but like all MAJOR STORE CHAINS ya'll don't care.

Trying to remodel this place, which is a nice attempt. I've seen places in 3rd world countries in better shape than this place currently. Please save us all the disgust and headaches and close this dump until the remodeling is completed! Absolutely disgraceful!!

I'd bypass this location if I could. The restrooms are not well maintained. Trash on the floor, towel dispensers were either empty or not working. Absolutely no hot food prepared and with no trays in the warmers you can tell nothing was gonna be cooked. And all of this is going on while 3 employees are stand in a huddle having a conversation. And by the look of other reviewers this is all common practice. The one bright spot is there's a security guard that helped direct me to an open spot. Thank you that was greatly appreciated.

For the past few times I’ve tried to go here the “unspecified data” page comes up when I try to pay. It says to press “skip” but that doesn’t work to get rid of the error. I am unable to get gas here, waste of time to even try at this point.

Thugs working here. Management must not care with all the bad reviews. Notice hardly any if no white people working. Thought that was illegal oh only if it was other way around. They all act like they’re too good to do their basic jobs. Nothing clean. Drivers pull up!! Stop being lazy

Was under construction. Outside restrooms. Greatly reduced inside amenities. 1st pump didn’t work and took a while to get the 2nd one to work. Wendy’s was extremely slow.

There are no showers here. I don't know what is going on with the pilots lately. Either there are no showers due to renovation or there is no hot water. This need to be dealt with for drivers.

Words can not explain my thoughts properly. I’ve tried not to leave a post about this place showers but I’ve been here 5 different times and it never fells. They truly don’t clean these showers. I’m not sure what nasty drive cut there nails in the shower but no one never cleans these showers. Trash is in can and ants on the floor. It’s winter time, all you have to do is properly clean. Mold on hangers and in the shower. I can’t take it no more for myself or my drivers. We will gladly take our 20,000 gallons monthly to LOVES. This place is sad. Wendy’s is a hit or miss but mostly it’s always a miss. They truly have no professionalism or food care with so ever.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are towing a trailer or a boat. There is literally no room. If you need Diesel, there is only 2 pumps at the end.Bathrooms are very small.

After using the Drivers Lounge pretty frequently in recent weeks, an armed security guard seems to have stolen my wallet without obtaining a search warrant. Why do they allow untrained armed guards on the premises?

Stopped in to get a shower, Fuel & a truck wash across the street. Arrived at 6pm & parking was already full but only waited about 3 minutes before my shower was ready, even though the app said there were 3 people ahead of me.Shower itself was the cleanest I've had at any truck stop in a very long time(Pilot Flying J, or otherwise). Surprisingly, there wasn't even calcium or mineral deposits on the shower head or handle. Just spotless & shiny chrome! Water pressure was excellent,too! Props to the younger guy taking care of the showers, He needs a raise for going above & beyond his job responsibilities!Definitely marking this as a must visit again location & FYI... the Streakin Beacon & "Shawn" did an awesome job on my truck as well
