Food was fine, but the coffee pots were out, the honey for coffee was empty, the dining room tables had clearly not been cleaned and no one came to clean them in over an hour, the floors needed a good vacuuming, and the booth seats are all terribly ripped and need reupholstered. This Panera needs a makeover, both in the facility itself and the management staff.

Everything was spot on for our visit. We were welcomed by the cashier, food came quick and hot. Expectations were exceeded. We tried some new menu items, buffalo chicken baguette and chicken tikka masala soup……I enjoyed both.

The food was good. The service was great. They seemed to be short handed, there were a fair number of empty tables waiting to be cleaned. This seems to be a more and more common thing at fast food places. I would still go here again, the people working that night went out of their way to make sure our visit was pleasant. As Panera's go, this place was better than all the other ones I've been too.

I go to Panera when friends want to have a visit. The coffee and food is good. Service is very good. My gripe is that they do not keep the popular flavored coffee available, and I prefer Panera coffee to Starbucks. I've been to Panera in East Peoria, south Veterans in Bloomington, and on Greenbriar. Same disappointment about the coffee. All else is good.Parking: High visit times = more parking challenges. That means parking further from the door 😎

Went 10 minutes off the interstate to this location because we wanted something better than the typical fast or casual food experience. What we got was way worse. Arrived a 5 minutes after 7 pm and the dining room was closed. People were inside eating but I guess they were not allowing new people in. So we had to use the drive thru and eat in our car. Not what you want to break up a long trip. Spent $22 on two salads and ended up with bowls half full. Maybe 6-8 bites! Honestly the "to-go" trend brought on by the pandemic has resulted in lower quality and quantity across the industry. The employee at the window said the dining room was open til 8pm. She had no clue why the dining room was closed. Failed to give us forks for our meal. Had to go back through the drive thru to obtain. We used to love Panera, but too many negatives in the past couple years to go back.

Generally the food and is not bad but every time we order a dozen bagels from panera it's always cut terribly. This has been going on for years and I've complained about it before but nothings changed.

Went for a late night sweet snack and had the apple cinnamon crunch scone which was pretty good once you warm it up and the almond bear claw which was very yummy along with a Thai tea latte which I thought it needed some lemon, but all in all everything was pretty good for eating their sweets for the first time.

This was supposed to be the strawberry pecan oatmeal with brown sugar topping that I have got many times over the years. I've never seen it look this way and was literally a $6 bowl of watery slop with no brown sugar and gross strawberries. I tried to call and talk to the manager but they never answer the phone. This is my last visit to this Panera because it's not the first time over the last 6 months food has been sub par.

Fast and friendly service! I ordered the Turkey and Avocado BLT on Tomato Basil bread. The turkey was amazing! Very juicy, tender, and full of flavor! The avocado was fresh, not brown. I also ordered an Iced Chai Tea Latte that was really refreshing. Overall a great experience and I will eat here again. Thank you😎

I had been staying at a nearby hotel for the past week. I went to Panera daily and I want to comment on what a great employee you have in Anthony. He was courteous and helpful each day. When I had something I needed, he didn’t just point me to where I needed to go he actually went over and told them what I needed. He goes the extra mile.

Let me start by saying I love the salads. Today was not a good day for service. I ordered 2 salads. One was Chicken ceasar and the other was a Greek salad with chicken. This is the second time in two weeks that I did not receive Chicken on the Greek salad. Next I was going to a park and meet a friend and we had to eat with out silverware because none were placed in the bag. I ordered 2 chips with the order and only received one. The last two times I have gone through the drive thru has not been a good experience.

I ordered just a turkey, mayo, gouda sandwich. I was given one with turkey, lettuce, onion, and some weird sauce on it. The sauce had brown flakes of something. I went in but hubby and already thrown the receipt away, and they turned me away. Very unhappy and extremely displeased. It's not what I ordered at all, and they wouldn't even compensate even though we had just been in the drive-thru. Terrible experience. I love Panera bread, but not this location, won't be returning here.

I want to share my experience at this establishment this past week. When I entered the restaurant, it appeared they were probably short staffed, as so many other businesses since Covid. However, I want to share a few comments about this establishment. When I was placing my order, it was clear the gentleman working in this capacity was not in his usual role. In fact, he was the baker, filling in, due to being short staffed. He did an excellent job. He even, when I mentioned I had a food allergy, was immediately on alert and ready to put protocols into place that would protect my health and safety. He was doing an amazing job working in a position that he was not used to performing in, but he was doing it with no complaints, but ready and willing to help all customers with their orders. As I sat eating my meal and watching the employees scury around, both behind the counter and in the dining area, I could not help but have compassion and appreciation for them. These individuals are showing up to their jobs, working their shifts, having much more responsibility placed upon them than most could probably handle, due to staffing shortages, yet they are all there, ready and willing to do their jobs, go above and beyond what is probably in their "job descriptions", do their best to perform at 110%, and keep that restaurant running so we all can enjoy a meal out. Many may complain because their order maybe isn't right, perhaps they did not get an order as quickly as they felt they should, but we all need to say a huge "THANK YOU" to these staff members working in this establishment. Everyone should recognize they are running their tails off, are probably beyond stressed due to carrying a work load of what is normally 20 people, with only maybe 10 people to work, are are exhausted to boot!Let us all show our appreciation to these amazing individuals and thank them for doing such a good job in such trying times. They are to be commended. God bless you all. Thank you to the staff and management at this establishment. Your hard work does not go unnoticed! You all rock!

For the price you pay at Panera this is UNACCEPTABLE! Half of my BBQ chicken salad was lettuce stems! They could not even fill the cup of chipotle ranch half way! What you see is mostly BBQ sauce which came with the salad. I'm beyond disappointed to come home and see this! The quality is sooooo poor!

The people working here are friendly and polite, the food was good. The bathrooms here were pretty disgusting though and didn't appear to have been cleaned anytime recently. I worked in a giant peach (in both boat and seagull flight-mode ) after college and even with all the sticky juice on everything, the bathrooms were cleaner than this Panera..Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options including breads, soups, sandwiches, and bowls, with the option to remove meat from others.Parking: Parking tends to get pretty tight here with the entire lot occasionally being full though alternative parking is available nearbyKid-friendliness: Quite a few kid friendly options such as chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, Mac and cheese, and lots of sweet bakery items and juice boxesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from the parking lot and no stairs or anything inside. Wheelchair friendly seating options include movable tables

I love Panera, but we had an unpleasant experience last night. First, let me say the staff was very polite. When I ordered I was told they were out of red onions for our sandwiches. I told them that was okay. Then we had a gift card, but we were told they couldn't get the machine to work for gift cards. Later a gentlemen came to the window and said they couldn't sell us the kind of soup we wanted because it wasn't hot enough to sell. He apologized for the time it took him to tell us, because he was on the phone. The lady behind us, became upset, parked her car ,and walked up to the window to get her order, because she was tired of waiting. Here, I was looking for a great meal and we ended up getting an order we really didn't want, and paying for an order when we wanted to use our gift card.

Ordered on the app and had to wait an hour for the food. At least they gave me the hour wait time when I ordered instead of giving me an earlier time and making me wait at the store. I got there 20 minutes early and they helped 20 people at least. My order was for 4 people. So why did I have to wait a full hour for food??? Great food though. They need to figure out how to turn around orders from online as quickly as those in the store.
