If there was a way to not rate any stars at all, I would. I called right when they open the way I was greeted was very rude. I’m sorry, but this is part of business and when he finally did come back which I felt awful that I bothered him and then when I asked my question he was rude! VERY poor customer service! The only reason I go to the pharmacy is he is the only one that carries this ointment. If I could find this somewhere else trust me I would NOT go back!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service in town. If you doubt me, call their phone number and watch what type of service that they give you on each call. He'll keep answering the phone saying and he's busy doing something right now call back in 5 or 10 minutes and hang the phone up.Each time you call back he does the same thing.When you tell him how you feel about the treatment he hollers over you and then threatens to hang up on you.No other pharmacy in this town has the behavior at this one displays on phone. Better Business bureau needs to be aware.Don't take my word. Call the company of yourself and see what happens.

The 1 star holds up. Went inside with an open mind just to grab some knee braces that the Dr told me the pharmacy would fit me for. So I walk in and some lady just goes "What do you need? Medicine??" I'm like "oh no, actually I need 2 knee braces" and she immediately stops me and goes, "we don't send these to insurance" because of my actual prescriptions in my hand. I'm like okay, how much are they and she goes I'll show you. So, she just starts pulling knee braces out going "what size do you want? Do you want more support?" Like lady, look at the prescription, I don't know what it means but I was led to believe that you would. She then tells me that we would probably not be able to get both and that we would have to order. She had a snotty attitude the whole time I asked her questions. So, I told her politely that I was gonna go somewhere else because it seemed that she didn't really know anything about the product. She had lost my trust at this point. Her response, "have fun!" I'd rather have both my knee caps fall off then go inside this place again. Thank you for your time.

Caught my dog ingesting Base ointment (baby rash cream) that they produce in house. I called to ask what the ingredients are (none are listed on the container) to make sure my dog would not need medical assistance. They refused to give me the list because it is "classified" and they aren't allowed to give the information. I told them that I needed to know and I had no intention on trying to reproduce their ointment. He reluctantly told me that there is zinc in it but wouldn't tell me anymore. I had to call back after speaking with my vet to find out the amount per gram. Again didn't want to tel me anything, but after I threatened to sue if my dog died of zinc poisoning, they gave me the information I needed.

Would give this business no stars but can't leave review. Pharmacist is a RUDE LITTLE MAN. Acts like customers are inconvenience when asked questions he feels he is above customers and should not explain himself. Will hang up on people and yell.and yell

This place should be shut down! I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this place. The pharmacist needs to retire, he clearly is not a happy person & hates his job. I was going to transfer all my prescriptions to Merle & the pharmacist didn’t want anything to do with me or my prescriptions because a few of them are expensive & he didn’t want to have to deal with any of the paperwork that would be involved. Guess what Merle, I found a Pharmacy that wants my business & they are in a better/safer location & the pharmacist could not have been nicer. Merle Pharmacy deserves NO stars!

Not impressed. I darted out of the doctor's office and flew across town to get here before they closed at 4. Granted I arrived at 3:57 but the doors were already locked & the woman inside ignored my knocking. Then she walks out of the shop and gets in her car which is parked RIGHT next to me without a word.

Abysmal customer service. When reaching out to this pharmacy and trying to streamline things for a patient; the pharmacist I encountered was very rude and actually hung up on me. There are a number of medications on backorder right now, and some of the ones that are available are too expensive for patients. As someone that works in healthcare I can understand the frustration, but that frustration is not a free pass to be dismissive or short with other healthcare workers who are also trying to work toward the greater good and health of our patients.

Doctors told us they sent over to get a nebulizer machine from here on out insurance, was told they don't take it. Yet the doctors was adamant that they place does, the lady on the phone said "call your insurance to find out" offered no other help and hung up before I could finish talking.

Terrible customer service here. We went in to look at some walkers and as soon as the saleswomen heard we were looking at Amazon as well she stopped helping us and walked away. Not once did she come back or offer any assistance. She could have made a sale if she just tried to win us over but will not go back to this place again. This is why people go online...bad service in person.

Horrible Customer Service at Customer's Expense. Sold a Lift Chair for Medical needs. However, Lift Chair does not operate on a safe manner. Customer is needing to return as not a safe working mechanism for her Physical Condition. Store refuses to work to return ....

I love this place, i go here for all my equipment needs. Always have. I got my nebulizer there, my rollator walker, shower chair, etc. they are very helpful with finding out what's covered by insurance and how much.

I first used this pharmacy as an infant. I had/have severe allergies and asthma. I remember growing up and walking there with my family. The employees are great!!!

I called to ask about an item in stock. The man that answered the phone was very rude. He treated me as an inconvenience. He then hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question. I have never been to this store and now I never will.
