I shop this store often and was disappointed in the mess that I found in the women's undergarment department; I can't believe the management team finds this acceptable. However, best part of my shopping experience was at the checkout counter and dealing with Shirley, talk about someone who understands the importance of customer service. While she may be of a mature age, I would rather deal with someone like her than someone from the younger generation who can't look you in the eye or put down their cell phone long enough to be bothered. Kudos to you Shirley for putting the customer first!

In December I was mistakenly charged for an item ($43.49) that I did not purchase so I filed a dispute. Today, February 16, I called customer service to get an update. The first person I spoke with confirmed the dispute and indicated she would transfer me to someone who could process the refund for the charge and subsequent late fees. I was transferred SIX times, had to repeat my information/situation each time and after 56 MINUTES there was still no resolution as the dispute is still be reviewed. Unbelievable and worst customer service experience ever!

Be careful to use your Kohl Bucks in the small window (1 week) when they are valid. Often the item you want if off sale when the Kohl Bucks are valid...especially shoes.

You no longer give Amazon customers a receipt giving them money off of a Kohl's purchase. No money was spent in your store because of this action. Start giving out those discount receipts to Amazon customers again and you'll see more business.

Very unorganized with many items throughout the store just laying on the floor. Almost every sale has misplaced items that don’t go with the sale wether it’s bad organization from the store or purposefully to trick you into spending more money I witnesses 4 different checkouts have issues with items they grabbed in a sale area just for them not to be on sale. 5 including myself with buy 1 get 1 50% off mugs. Mugs are mugs. No specifics about the sale but just so happens that the mugs we pick out don’t go together on the sale. Terribly organized and managed kohls.

The Bloomington store has amazing customer service. I had a couple of returns, and the associate who helped me there was extremely good and very efficient. When I checked out my current purchases, another associate offered to help me with self checkout and she was amazing, afterwards, after I bragged on her, she informed me this was her first day, I was totally happy with both of my experiences! This is a great store!

Great surviving anchor store for the Eastland Mall complex, unfortunately the mall mismanagement has ruined the rest of it! Kohls continues to offer a great variety of items, although sometimes hard to find in the store. The recent store updates are very nice changes! For security at night though the parking lot lights by the front of the store need to be repaired. The 2 large pole lights aren’t working, but lights way out in the parking lot where no one parks are. Otherwise thanks for being a great local store for so many years for the community!

The store was well stocked. It is also refreshing to have friendly cashiers that are helpful and engaging! I was surprised to see self-checkouts...and managers encouraging their use!!!Customer service is important and I hope Kohl's continues to realize the importance of great customer service...brick anf mortar stores are beginning to be preferred by many again.

It is nice to have a store to go into to shop. These are few and far between these days. I still prefer to see, handle, smell products when shopping. I'm really glad Kohl's is still at Eastland Mall.

These five stars belong to Zaven! He is a cashier and this gentleman is the GOAT. Very patient, kind, relatable, informative, helpful, and all around awesome. Refreshing to see a young worker take pride in their occupation and make the difference. Zaven has been my cashier 3x and each time he has been the exact wonderful employee. Thanks for being you Zaven!

The store is fine. Getting to it is sort of a pain. There are a lot of older parking lots and areas to navigate that are not well maintained with somewhat confusing layouts.

On 6/23 I went in looking for a suit for my possibly life-changing interview in Chicago next week. After looking around, I was getting ready to head out and found THE perfect suit: a baby blue pantsuit by 9 West. The salesperson in Women's Apparel, Kathy, was there stocking and I asked her opinion of the suit. She was very helpful, even showing me the options of tops and reassuring me that it would be perfect for my needs. She showed genuine concern and was very kind and helpful. I purchased the suit, getting 20% off (great! since I am low on funds) and wore it to the interview looking like "a million bucks". In the hospital cafeteria, the cashier was so impressed at how pretty my suit was, she wouldn't let me pay for my fountain drink. THANK YOU KATHY! And by the way, I GOT THE JOB!!! What a great experience.

Today I had an amazing experience in Kohl's I met two beautiful ladies named Shirley and Elizabeth they explained to me all the deals and discounts that was available for me they even helped me sign up for a Kohl's card which really helped me so much they was so kind and sweet they were really patient. Bought me a winter coat at half off plus a 10$ coupon, hell of a bargain couldn’t go wrong. The dockers winter coat is very comfortable. Plus Kohl’s has a variety of holiday sale prices on just about everything, you’ll find great holiday deals here thru out the entire stores.

Racial Profiling & DiscriminationMy grandson went to Kohls with my daughter to purchase his Homecoming items with my Kohls card. He was not allowed to make his purchase. His inability to make purchases with my card within itself didn't bother me, but the fact that after the denial of his purchase and the behavior of the store clerks were my concern.When I came to the store to get the items that he asked to be put aside the same individual that he worked with made snares, comments of suspicion and continued to stare at my family. While working with other individuals, she stated she knew all about the suspended order. She called over a man I am assuming a manager. I don’t know, no one made me feel like they were helping me. It felt more like they were suspicious of my family’s purchase without reason. I know there was a comment to the nature that's why the worker flag the order. What was the reason? What was the reason when I came into the store after their refusal to allow his purchase that I was looked at with snares and stares? What was the reason that my Kohls experience was one of the most degrading experiences for myself, my grandson and daughter have had in making a purchase?I love Kohls; however, being treated with dignity and respect means more to me than any name brand or store preference. I think every worker at Kohls needs to learn about racial profiling, discrimination, and treating everyone equal.I am 100% certain that my experience was due to racism, racial profiling, and discrimination. I am not asking anything in return except to be heard, an apology to my family for our experience, and a form of prevention of any further occurrences.In closing, a second worker treated me with respect but it is hard to celebrate better service when the damage was already done, still was being done, and no apology for the initial experience.

This is the quickest way to return items bought from Amazon. It is quick. The only issue is that some of the customer service agents have an attitude when returning items. As if they are doing someone a favor by existing, or working there.

Average at best. It felt very, sad is the best way to put it. It felt like the life of everyone there was sucked out of them. Item displays same as five years ago... lacking updates. Prices were a little high for the quality of items.
