At first I thought it was better than Walgreens because there's not a long wait when picking up. This place may be faster during pickup, but be prepared to wait a day or two for them to fill a bottle.Almost every time my doctor authorised a prescription, it takes them at least an entire day and part of the next day to prepare my prescription.Recently, my doctor's office said my prescription was refilled on Tuesday. It's now Thursday and my prescription is still not ready.Do I have to call and beg for basic medicine? I'm not asking for opiates....

Carle sent a prescription over to HyVee at 3:30 on June 9th. I did not get a call saying it was ready by the time I got of work on the 10th. So I stopped by to see if they got it they did get on June 9th but I still had to wait 10 minutes for it to be filled. Never have a a problem with the pharmacy till yesterday. Hopefully nothing like this happens again.

I should’ve read the reviews before switching to this pharmacy. I walked in at 8:05, was greeted with an annoyed “we literally opened 5 minutes ago”, they then told me that they didn’t have an Rx for my daughter’s eye drops. I let them know it was sent the previous evening, and after finding the Rx, I asked how long it would be, as I had an extremely busy schedule…to which I received an even more annoyed “come back in 10 minutes”, I (at that point was irritated how I was being spoken to) said “I guess I’ll be back in 10 minutes then”(while I was walking away) and their LEAD PHARMACIST Brandon, said “I guess you will then”. I turned around as I was not ok with how rude both of these humans were toward me, and let him know he doesn’t need to be so rude…to which he replied that I was the rude one…this carried on for a couple of minutes until I walked away. Pure INSANITY! 8:05 in the morning and fighting with the pharmacist for my daughter’s eye drops was not at all the morning I was expecting. Upon speaking to the manager, he quickly apologized, but that was not enough to ever step foot in this store again. Be aware that if you try to pick up your Rx when they open, you will be greeted with hostility. Hard pass on this pharmacy. If you enjoy being spoken to like absolute garbage, then this is the pharmacy for you. For me, I’ll drive the extra distance and switch back to Walgreens, where they actually value their customers.

My husband and I had our bivalent boosters and flu shots at HyVee Pharmacy in Bloomington and had outstanding customer service from all the staff. Brandon, the pharmacist was exceptional administering our shots and putting us at ease. We highly recommend this pharmacy, especially because of their exceptional staff.

Brandon Edwards, the lead Pharmacist, and his team provide outstanding service! Every time I have ever gone in (for a vaccination, flu shot or anything) I have been treated like special friend and part of their friendly family. They are professional, courteous, and always helpful. So happy that we have this team in Bloomington!

Often hard to get them on the phone. You may have to call over and over and be hung up on with their automated messages. Then you have to go into their facility just to get a renewal put in. Need more staff

If I could I would give this 0 stars today. The woman manager is rude and constantly complaining about how overworked she is. She avoids customers at all costs and is rude when she does help. If it wasn't for Brandon and how amazing he is i would never return. Maybe staff more on days she works so she won't have to do anything and we can have a more enjoyable experience.

Told me my medication would be ready for pickup next day so I came in the next day only to be told it wouldn’t be ready til after the weekend. It’s a seizure medication my son NEEDS. Super unprofessional. I’ll keep getting my medication from Kroger.

We are always greeted with friendly staff and great service... if they don’t have your medication they always go out of their way to order so it’s there by the next day, and if it’s something my child needs ongoing they’re willing to re-order so it’s always there the next time... hometown service in a large store! Crazy and so awesome!

The pharmacy staff and pharmacist used to be friendly and helpful, but no more. Now they are mostly rude and dismissive — so out of character with the rest of the store employees.
