The florists at Forget Me Not Flowers in Bloomington always do such a wonderful job. The delivered bouquets are just as beautiful as they are pictured on the website, and their deliveries are prompt.I sent a get well bouquet with a stuffed animal, and it was just the perfect touch to cheer up my sister.

I needed to order a bouquet to thank a local Bloomington/Normal business. I don’t live locally though and I didn’t want to use an online store so I opted to call Forget Me Not Bloomington/Normal. Beth took my information and made detailed notes to ensure the specific requests were met. I was so appreciative of the detail that was put into this arrangement. Forget Me Not exceeded my expectations and blew away the recipients.I highly recommend using this business for all of your floral needs! Excellence in quality, beauty, and customer service.

Awesome traditional flower shop. A nice selection given we are a small town. I've heard some people complain about selection if they just walkin to make a purchase. People don't understand in a large city there's actually flower warehouses where shops like this can go and get their flowers but here in Bloomington that option no longer exists. you may have to give them a little time to order in a particular flower you were looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Not happy at all, was way overcharged for what I received, told I could not receive a refund, and they would fix it, definitely did not fix. Had to go somewhere else last minute, thank goodness for Casey's garden shop, they made me a bouquet that was twice as big, 100% more beautiful for half of what Forget me not charged me!! Do not recommend!!

My friend for whom I ordered a summer bouquet just texted me a photo of what she received. Yikes! I was honestly embarrassed by not only the odd selection of flowers but also by the obvious lack of artistry or design. Even for spending the minimum for a bouquet, I expected much, much more, not necessarily in terms of quantity but at least in quality and design. This is a place and experience I am happy to forget!

I needed to order flowers for my mother's memorial service but live in Atlanta and know not one thing about flowers. I made a feeble attempt to order online, with a note about what I needed the flowers for, and the staff reached out to make sure I got the right flowers in the right container for my purposes. A very dear friend just lost his mother and we wanted to send chimes for the family instead of the traditional bouquet. I am not from the area, so I had no idea which florist to choose. I made a couple calls to other florists, only to be told that there was no one available to help me until the next morning and the second store had nothing but stepping stones. When I called Forget Me Not Flowers, the lady who took my call immediately went to check availability and choices without me even asking her to do that. She came back with pricing and a complete description of all the choices, making it so easy for me to come to a quick decision. I would recommend this florist to anyone and wish we had one just like her in our area. I would give a 10 star, if I could!

A friend of mine from St. Louis contacted Forget me Not for a delivery on NYE . The florist called me to assure someone would be home and the delivery person was extremely nice. My mother passed away and her life celebration was delayed. I live out of state so I was nervous to order the flowers online, in case there are issues. I was raised in Blm so I also wanted to support a local shop that I used while living there.I gave a short backstory. The day before delivery, I receive phone call from shop asking if it’s for a man or woman. They didn’t want to accidentally “use pink roses if for a man”. That shows they didn’t listen when I placed order. And it was moot bc there wasn’t a rise in either arrangement. I ordered 1 spray and 1 good size bouquet.I didn’t expect all roses, lilies or hydrangeas. I know the cost is more. Bit it was all the least expensive flowers. It was my mother. I only get one on those. I feel I should hv been guided more. Asked if I had any flowers in mInd and how that could affect cost. It was also way too colorful. To me or screamed mother that is still alive.I was not happy at all. Delivery was fine, though it was to a hotel as they didn’t deliver to the park where service was located. Of course I mentioned this and wasn’t offered easier delivery, even if additional cost, at all.I feel like their arrangements are all ideas from the past, And they really should be helping to guide ppl, depending on event. I’m guessing they do with weddings but a funeral is just as important.

Heads up that this flower shop mandates a phone call to the person receiving the flowers to schedule delivery. So if you are trying to send flowers as a surprise, find a different shop.
