Got a great pair of shoes and after the consult got exactly what I needed for my sore feet. I had such a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet!! I was recommended by many to get professionally fitted for shoes to use on our upcoming Disney trip. I wandered in on a Thursday afternoon, was given exceptional service and I walked out with a pair of shoes that felt like they were made specifically for my feet!! All within 30-35 mins from when I walked in, and their pricing was not any higher than what I saw on Amazon for similar shoes. And now I have the knowledge of how my feet are unique and what I need (I’ve been wearing the wrong shoes this whole time)!! I highly recommend everyone to get fitted by the team at Fleet Feet!

Very nice place and staff. Have lots to offer from running gear, supplements, post run items, and shoes. They have a fair selection of shoes and do a great job of making sure you are comfortable.

The staff was knowledgeable, and very helpful. I don’t know much about shoes, or what I was looking for, and she helped me find shoes to fit my specific needs. Wait time was short, even though they were busy. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the need for running shoes!

I had a great experience yesterday at Fleet Feet Bloomington. As a new trail runner, I had no idea what I needed, but the staff person who helped me asked so many questions and made great recommendations. I had a lot more information about my feet and what exactly I need to support my particular issues (high, rigid arches). I purchased a pair of shoes that I am very excited about, and I checked online afterwards - the prices in the store were exactly the price online. I will definitely return. Thanks!

What a great experience from the minute I walked into the store. Julie did such a great job explaining everything to me and helping me find the best running shoes. Excellent service! Staff is friendly, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy stuff/add-ons. She seemed to genuinely want me to feel good in my shoes. I highly recommend Fleet Feet for not only all fitness shoe purchases, but also, fantastic gift ideas! Not wanting to fight crowds on 12/24, I perused the quarter zips at Fleet Feet to find something nice for a gift and found the softest, functional pull over to give to a relative. The customer service was fantastic and I was able to complete my Holiday shopping with 1 stop in half the time!

We stopped here to get fitted for some running shoes and wow this place really knows what they are doing. From Fancy equipment the map and scan your feet to sales people who are on top of their stuff. They have everything and anything you will need for running. They are are fast and friendly and do not push items on your. The store is nice and cool to when it's about 90° outside. Within 20 minutes the shoes were picked out and ready to go. If you really need shoes that fit well you should come here. The prices are about the same as a national shoe chain.

I had gone in for a pair of walking shoes, and my first experience there was not ideal. However, I went back to exchange the shoes out and Dan and Kelly were absolutely amazing to work with.
