I love five below, I love the items. The store was neat and nice. The staff however was fairly rude and distracted. A few associates were throwing items over their heads back and forth on sales floor. One cashier had the light on but it didn’t seem like they were open for customers since the associate was checking herself out while behind the counter. The other cashier who came to assist didn’t smile once. They asked one question and didn’t talk nearly the entire time. When they walked over to check me out they just stood there and stared at me. They didn’t say “hi” or “I can help you over here.”They didn’t turn the light on. Just stared at me until I asked if they were open to check me out and they said yes. When they did ask me a question, once I answered I got a dirty look in exchange and no response. It was a very cold interaction. There’s one wonderful lady that works there. She’s there all the time and is wonderful, but just about everybody else seemed like it was a bother to be there and a hassle to help customers. Just did not feel welcomed whatsoever.

Great stuff under $5, I got my Iphone 13 Pro Max case and screen protector and my wife got Yoga mat. We really want to visit again. The staff is very friendly.

I went in today for a rug i saw online. There were boxes everywhere and I could see they were putting spring stuff out. I searched the store and couldn’t find it. I work retail and instead of being rude and just going through the boxes since I don’t work there I decided to ask an employee how long it might take to bring out all the spring decor. I was mid sentence and I’m not sure if she was the manager but she freaked out on me. I just stood there in shock and embarrassment that she was yelling at me over something I saw online and “that doesn’t mean it’s in the store” like as if I was supposed to know. I left shaking because of my bad anxiety.

Should be called, nothing is 5 below. I haven't been in a couple years and was disappointed. I could get better deals elsewhere, and better quality. The store was messy too, I almost fell because of something on the floor.

Nice place to go when your looking to take the kids shopping or your just looking for some cheap stuff yourself and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Besides the prices being well over $5 it was still very affordable and the store stays surprisingly well kept so I give it a 5 star.

Great for grandkids, they always find things they can't live without. I personally think they have a good selection of candy:)

Absolutely fun place to visit. Need some inexpensive rugs or kitchen stuff? Decorations for a party?The items probably wont last long.Still you can spend 20 and go home with all you need. They change out with the season. Worth looking

Love this place! Alot of random things! I go in for one thing and go home with a cart full! Very affordable!! After all it is called 5 below!! Meaning everything cost 5 bucks and under! Very friendly place to shop!! I just came from grabbing a charger there!!!

Great place to get small, simple gifts. I would not recommend their electronics.Good toys and crafts, also good activity books and recipe books. It is so cool to have access to all of this for less than $5

"5 below"??? More like 5 and above..... I think that short a few candy items and some key chains that you could probably find at dollar tree or dollar general for 1.25-3$, yet they want 4-4.50 for, EVERY item was 5$ AND UP. I understand inflation, but come on.... at least mark the cheap items accordingly, don't try to make up losses on the dollar store items. Kids should be able to buy stuff too....

It's such a great store with a variety of things but my favorite is that if your kid has birthday parties to go just go to 5 and below and scoop up gifts and bag or even a fuzzy bag, all in one place.

Been here a few times since it's been in the twin cities, it's not bad! You get what you get for 5 bucks...but I say worth it! It's like dollar tree but 5 dollar tree. Staff welcomes you, friendly, interesting selection, I always walk out with something. Take my 5 stars 5 below!

If you have younger children or grandchildren this is a great place to stop by for gifts or toys. I got a lot of good ideas just looking aroundI needed a lightweight stainless steel thermos that would keep drinks hot or cold. Lady that was working there was wonderful. Very kind very quick to help me out. I love to shop in places like this. $5.00 Can't beat the price. Recommended.

I've been in there before, but they have a lot of cool stuff in there now. Probably due to the holiday season. I've mainly bought phone cords and candy out there. They have some ok gadgets in there. Don't expect the greatest quality though. It's 5 bucks so...🤷🏾‍♂️

They have a great selection of random goods all priced $5 or lower. The store is well organized, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and everything was clean. They really exceeded my expectations. I love that you can get everything from workout attire to beauty to electronics all at affordable prices in one stop.

I was welcomed by more than 1 cashier as I entered the store..The store was clean,, but as expected,, the seasonal section was low on inventory with only 2 days til the holiday.. The clerk was very friendly and helpful when I asked about a specific item. She walked me right to it.

This place is the jacked dollar store. Obviously not everything is super high quality, but I wouldn't say it's terrible either. They have cute decor especially for teens and college age. They offer a selection of sports equipment. I bought a set of 5 lb weights and some 2 lb ankle weights for less than $20. Very worth it.

This location is always clean and has friendly employees. They keep it well stocked and its has a great selection of candy for gift baskets or prizes for children. It has cute cheap shirts and we always find cute rugs and pillows.

Everything is $5 or below. Decent to good quality items. This is one store where you get better quality than what you're actually paying for. Up to date current trend items that young to old are wanting but don't need at a higher price. Ex. $5 bluetooth headphones as good as the ones that are $20 elsewhere. You must see it to believe it.
