Visited first time and no carts available. A lady with a cane entered after me. Saw 3 carts filled with some stocking boxes and told customers could bot use them. Clerks could care less about helping the lady. While checking out some man finished and had a cart. My husband took that cart and found the lady and gave it to her. Good timing too, cause she dropped her cane and having problem getting it. Will likely not stop here again.

Store was very large and had a lot of selection. The management seemed to be a little harsh with some customers, but it was a busy day.

Fully stocked store for household, cleaning, bathroom, snacks of every kind from candy, chips, ice cream, popcorn, healthy snacks and more. Party needs, hair needs, over the counter medicine, etc... Polite, courteous employees and plenty of parking out front. Most things are $1.25 now.

Found and the things I went in there for and more.the lady at cash register was telling people with cards the the cards were very slow.so if in hurry use cash.she was very busy but very cheerful and humming Christmas songs.

Friendly staff make ALL the difference! Doesn't matter if the store is cluttered and messy from all the inconsiderate people who just put things wherever... the smiles and helpful attitudes of the staff make it invisible! Kudos to... Melinda(?) for remaining cheery and pleasant despite the customers she had to deal with!

THANK ME - not "thank god." Several days ago, a customer was at the cash register with her child having trouble with her debit card. She swiped her card over and over again but was being declined. Since she only had a few items and the line of customers was getting long, I stepped forward and asked the cashier how much was the woman's total. I took out a $20 from my purse and paid for her items. The customer thanked me but the Dollar Tree cashier began to say "thank god" for my generosity. I corrected the cashier and explained that it's thank me, not thank god - god did NOT pay for the customer or her child's items. I paid for the items with my money, therefore it's thank me. I pointed out to the Dollar Tree cashier that several people were standing in line and NOT ONE person stepped forward to help the struggling woman, some who claim to be religious. However, the Atheist stepped forward to help the customer. LESSON: If you're going to choose to serve a faith, then serve that faith 100% of the time, not just when it benefits you; don't just stand there and watch someone struggle. Life is not about faith but how you treat others. My actions were more helpful and useful than anyone else standing in line. Thank Atheists for being some of the most selfless people on Earth!!

Very bad experience..When I go there I took 208 items and when I see the receipt there is 210 item.then I tell about this mistake to the employee rude on me and her behavior is so bad.Very bad experience.

Management are lazy and rude. This store has gone down hill. It use to be the one I loved shopping at most. When Ashton was there it was always clean and orderly. She knew the store and all the employees worked together. It was a place to be proud of.

Great place to shop for bargains and weekly shopping needs. It used to be so clean and organized. Perhaps they have had a change in management. Floors are filthy, aisles filled with boxes to pick out what you want, merchandise on the floors and walked on. My favorite store is just yuck now. I run in and grab needed items and get out. No more browsing.

Many useful small items you might need now or possibly as things come up. In terms of quality the "you get what you pay for" rule applies so choose carefully what you buy from here and the intended use. Still for what it is, good value over all.

Wow! Very clean and organized store. I was used to stores up in Northern Illinois that are just trashy so I have avoided shopping here until I needed decorations for a project at work. Will definitely shop here again.

Good prices but people need to learn how to stand in queue. Cutting people off because you did not see the line is not a valid excuse. Use your eyes and check how long the line is. What's surprising is that these are 40,50 year olds that don't have the courtesy to stand in the main queue. People are staying in line longer than you and you're basically cutting people off and by refusing to go back in line you're escalating the situation. I left the queue in between and even I went back in line to the main queue. Act you age and be considerate.

I live in North dakota but was travelling this week. I needed to get some groceries because my trip is longer than i planned for. I have autism and in social settings i often go nonverbal, meaning i cannot communicate verbally. I use an app for communcation during those times. A young man there was very helpful and helped me! I think he mistook me being mute with deaf but none the less he was so patiend and kind!! I always have trouble shopping because of my inability to communicate soemtimes. It put a smile on my face and i hope that the guy has an amazing year.

I visit the Dollar Tree near HyVee, and am happy to be able to purchase gift bags, wrapping paper, and occasionally other items. but the floor is FILTHY!!! Two times I have mentioned it, once to the manager, and was told that they have minimum staff, and no cleaning service. She said she would have someone run a duster at quitting time. The ground in dirt and spilled drinks need to be mopped, not dusted.

They don't wear masks here workers or people walking. Not a safe shopping experience at all and won't return. You should remove on your info that they do wear masks because they don't. False advertising.

Don't trust anything about what you read online about the hours at this place. On the Dollar Tree website, it says this specific one is open until 9pm on Sundays. On google it says until 7pm, but the hours on the door say 8pm. That was very annoying when we tried going at 8:15. However, the products are great! I always check to see if what I need is at Dollar Tree before I go to Wal-Mart or somewhere else. We got pool toys for my son here along with bubbles for my wedding. They pretty much have everything. The people that work there aren't always polite and a lot of times it's hard to find someone at the checkout counter because they always seem to be somewhere else. It's really annoying when you're ready and they're nowhere to be found. But for $1, I'll never stop shopping here.

Typical DT with the merchandise from communist China we all know and love. Staff is usually pretty friendly. Unlike a lot of DTs, this one stays poetry well stocked. At least it is when I go in.

This is by far the best DT I've ever been into. And I've been in a LOT of them. This store is always stocked and clean. Always well organized and the staff is super friendly. I travel miles just to go into this DT.

I'm going to be honest, I'm from the city so I'm used to dollar stores being nasty, run down, places where you cant even really eat the non perishable items and everything is some cheap knock off brand. When I moved here I was surprised to see name brand items at the store and being strapped for crash we decided to do some of our food shopping here. was very hard to find something that was't eatable. Really the only thing was the round steak. otherwise the other frozen food such as the fish, bacon wrapped chicken/beef, veggies, microwave breakfasts, eggs/ect were all actually pretty good and didnt really have any weird additives or a long list of questionable ingredients. If you have to buy in bulk to stock up, yea you'll actually lose money but if your in a pinch and need a quick cheap small meal for 1-2 people stop an get it here. espically if your from the city and need a nice surprise

It's a clean store with everything you need. Traffic and parking are the problem at this location, but the stores are great
