I have gone by this store for 3 days and it’s closed but no signs stating it’s closed. There are also ups stickers in the front door for the past few days. Is this place closed?

Excellent customer service, and not a bad selection of products! There were definitely quite a few areas with sold out merchandise or only one or two items left, which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5, but this is a transitional time between holidays and seasons, so that may have something to do with it.I had to make a return during my trip today, and the only issue was the receipt printer had been low on ink apparently, so one digit was missing from my receipt's number. The cashier was very patient though, and with a bit of time and guesswork, she figured it out! Overall, I would recommend this location, especially when it's fully stocked. The workers are friendly and helpful, and the prices are always very good.

I like the variety of items, prices are good, convenient location for me BUT the store is a hot mess! Unorganized, tubs and boxes in every aisle, ugh. Seems like there are always different employees and I go there fairly often. Maybe if they paid better and had a couple extra people working, they could get the place cleaned up. I'm sure it's a corporate thing tho, trying to save money.

Out of everything, went for storage tubs and they had 4 left in the size I needed and they were all busted out on one side! The police were just leaving the store for a situation with a crazy customer. The employees are actually really nice which is why I'm giving them 3 stars, otherwise I'd just never go back. The past few times I've been in this particular store they're either out of alot or have multiple aisles blocked with stock.

Overall not a bad experience but there was merchandise laying on the floor (hats, signs, ect) merchandise unorganized and in wrong spots. The one employee working was doing the best she could to keep up with the register, cleaning, and stocking but there is only so much one person can do. Other then the under staffed issue the prices were good, location was easy to find and service was friendly.

If I could give it no stars I would. This store is a complete disaster. You can't even move around the register to get it the door from clutter everywhere. Clutter in every single aisle, boxes of unopened good just laying on the dirty floor (not that it matters because the shelves are just as dirty). Plastic tables set up in several aisles just sitting there with junk all over them. Clothing racks all pulled full on the top with clothing. You can't even get a cart down any aisle at all without moving items to get through. Barely ever stocked with general everyday items, and if they do have the items their sitting in unopened boxes that are scattered. Cash register areas are packed full of scattered, random items can't even get your items in the counter because of it...Granted the employees are very nice and the prices are decent. Clean this place up. I would think management would be completely embarrassed!!

It's great, good customer service and, great products and I can say the clover valley products the ones I have tried, tastes like the name brands used toI would list the ones that I like! I'm not selfish but I don't want a run on my favorites! Wait a minute I must be selfish just thinking of myself, but I'll tell you a few 1. Fudge mint cookies, taste like the girl scouts thin mints!2. The chocolate covered marshmallow with chocolate cookie better than the pinwheel cookie.3.And most of the clover valley assorted flavors party crackers!There are other products but but this is just my opinion! Oh I'm sorry but another great product is the clover valley mini marshmallows oh my goodness these are just like the marshmallows I had as kid in the 50sThey don't get stuck together the are dusted with powdered sugar Oh my so good think like they are what was the commercial you can't just eat one and that is true great in hot chocolate!!!

This store is the trashiest in town. Not only is it always a mess the employees have no idea what they are doing. When something goes down on the resister/keypad they stand infornt of lines full of angry costumers arguing about how to fix it rather than trying to fix it or ringing them up on the next open register. Then they don’t even apologize for the wait or anything they just continue on griping about the company they work for. All around terrible costumer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Because of the manner in which DG runs it's company, they understaff, typically the aisles are difficult to manuever due to product on carts. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I will continue to shop here, it is convenient and they have good prices, even if it can be frustrating.

Nice & very helpful employees! I had to hurry last night & the young lady helped me find some good deals on clothes. She had a great attitude eventhough she was tired & almost done working for the day.

If I could give zero stars I would! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. The store is always dirty and not clean the people are not pleasant and are not nice, I sat for five minutes waiting for someone to check me out and finally went and sent my daughter and they told my daughter they didn’t want to. Drive the extra half mile and go to the one on Main Street they are always nice the store is clean and the customer service is amazing.

I was very disappointed with this store. The price of the food items was extremely high. Many of the shelves in the food areas were empty or nearly empty. Throughout the store, the prices seemed to be higher than similar stores. The store was very messy. Even though this Dollar General is the closest store to my home, I don't plan to shop here again.

Very cringy place inside. Shelves were low of product and it's very pick and choose. The girl at the register was nice and great at customer service, but the overall store needs some updating.

Cashier needs to work on her customer service skills. Cashier wasn't even present while there was a line of customers at the register. Only one guy stocking and the store was a complete mess!!

The clerk had no regard for protecting the public from Covid. Even though there are signs that masks are required she said nothing to the man in front if me about putting one on. When mentioned it to the clerk, she said she thinks it should be the person's decision whether they wear a mask. This is the attitude that many have and one of the reasons we are still in this lockdown. I tried to explain to her that the mask is to prevent spread of the virus to others by the person wearing the mask. She didn't care. Well I do. So I won't be returning!!!

The aisles are always filled with stuff making it awful to try an get around. I have even spoke with there district manager who said they have been working on the store and give them time but that was over a year ago. The store is filthy.

The store looks so much nicer now! It seems a lot more organized, and definitely cleaner. The produce looks good and they have a lot more to choose from in general. 👍

Cashier was friendly and found the coupon code I was searching for on my phone. I was disappointed how the store looked though. It was cluttered and messy. Shelves were in need of straightening, stuff on the floor and aisles crowded that it was hard to go down them with a shopping cart. This is the first time I have ever seen this store look like this.

I just called the store to ask if y'all sold frozen home run in pizza and was told "yeah I think so" so I said can u check I'll like an for sure answer and they hung the phone up I'm my face.. I tried to call back but didn't get a answer👎👎 bad customer service

This store is the worse store I could ever emagine going to. For the store looks just down right a mess and the customer service is not even considered when going to the store. The District manager and regional manager needs to be fired or written up for letting one of their stores continue to look like this.

Cigarettes were $1.00 to $2.00 more than most places. They do not refund on cigarettes even though you never leave their parking lot. Very dissatisfied!!
