My experience picking up the medication was great, but here’s the issue. I’ve been on this medication for years. The CVS app wouldn’t allow me to request a refill until it could be processed by insurance (after a certain number of days since my last refill). Therefore, I requested a refill on the 3rd of February, but that was a Saturday. So the doctor couldn’t be reached until Monday. Doctor provided refill on Tuesday. The pharmacy went to fill it, but realized they didn’t have enough and had to order the medication. By this time I had run out. Why can’t the pharmacy ensure they have enough medication while they’re waiting on the doctor’s prescription? Again, I’ve been taking this for years and this isn’t the first time for this to happen.

This pharmacy is so busy it takes 18+ hours to fill simple count the pills prescriptions! If i could avoid this pharmacy, i would. Unfortunately, my insurance requires I endure this. I DO NOT choose this pharmacy willingly. I HATE going in there.
